Znanstvenici su utvrdili koliko tjelovježbe trebate raditi na dnevnoj bazi kako biste ‘nadoknadili‘ cjelodnevno sjedenje. Njihovo istraživanje pokazalo je kako bi do 40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta na dan trebalo biti dovoljno.

Podaci dolaze iz studije objavljene prije nekoliko godina, koja je analizirala devet prethodnih studija u kojima je sudjelovalo 44 370 ljudi koji su svi nosili neki oblik fitness trackera.

Kod aktivnih pojedinaca koji rade oko 30-40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta, povezanost između dugog vremena sjedenja i rizika od smrti nije značajno drugačija od onih s malo vremena sjedenja, objasnili su istraživači u svojoj studiji.

Nalazi uvelike potkrepljuju trenutne smjernice Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije o razinama tjelesne aktivnosti za odrasle u dobi od 18 do 64 godine. Prema informacijama koje su oni objavili, ove odrasle osobe trebaju imati od 150 do 300 minuta umjerene tjelesne aktivnosti ili od 75 do 150 minuta vježbe snažnijeg intenziteta.

Znanstvenici su utvrdili koliko tjelovježbe trebate raditi na dnevnoj bazi kako biste ‘nadoknadili‘ cjelodnevno sjedenje. Njihovo istraživanje pokazalo je kako bi do 40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta na dan trebalo biti dovoljno.

Podaci dolaze iz studije objavljene prije nekoliko godina, koja je analizirala devet prethodnih studija u kojima je sudjelovalo 44 370 ljudi koji su svi nosili neki oblik fitness trackera.

Kod aktivnih pojedinaca koji rade oko 30-40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta, povezanost između dugog vremena sjedenja i rizika od smrti nije značajno drugačija od onih s malo vremena sjedenja, objasnili su istraživači u svojoj studiji.

Nalazi uvelike potkrepljuju trenutne smjernice Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije o razinama tjelesne aktivnosti za odrasle u dobi od 18 do 64 godine. Prema informacijama koje su oni objavili, ove odrasle osobe trebaju imati od 150 do 300 minuta umjerene tjelesne aktivnosti ili od 75 do 150 minuta vježbe snažnijeg intenziteta.

Znanstvenici su utvrdili koliko tjelovježbe trebate raditi na dnevnoj bazi kako biste ‘nadoknadili‘ cjelodnevno sjedenje. Njihovo istraživanje pokazalo je kako bi do 40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta na dan trebalo biti dovoljno.

Podaci dolaze iz studije objavljene prije nekoliko godina, koja je analizirala devet prethodnih studija u kojima je sudjelovalo 44 370 ljudi koji su svi nosili neki oblik fitness trackera.

Kod aktivnih pojedinaca koji rade oko 30-40 minuta tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog do jakog intenziteta, povezanost između dugog vremena sjedenja i rizika od smrti nije značajno drugačija od onih s malo vremena sjedenja, objasnili su istraživači u svojoj studiji.
