Žena koja 542 dana besplatno živi u smještaju preko Airbnb-a i koja je upala u pravnu bitku s iznajmljivačem u čijoj gostinjskoj kući živi, već je i prije sudjelovala u sličnoj pravnoj bitci, piše Business Insider.

Elizabeth Hirschhorn je u srpnju 2021. godine izbačena iz smještaja vrijednog 2.6 milijuna dolara kojeg je unajmila u Oaklandu u Kaliforniji, izvještava DailyMail.

Posjed u vlasništvu Briana i Gordona Bishopa navodno je u rujnu 2019. godine unajmila od Alexa Lewina, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Prema pravnim dokumentima spomenutima u Business Insideru, na posjedu je pronađena štetna supstanca, a Hirschhorn je primarnog iznajmljivača zatražila da ga da profesionalno očistiti.

Prema žalbi, Hirschhorn je zatražila da se posjed očisti na vrlo specifičan način zbog njene ‘hiperosjetljivosti na alergene‘.

Brian Bishop tvrdi da je Hirschhorn imala "nerazumne zahtjeve" prema Lewinu te da ga je tražila da zamijeni sve njene osobne predmete koje je nepoznata supstanca navodno oštetila.

Da joj se ne bi izlagala privremeno se iselila s posjeda te je boravila u hotelima, no prema pravnim dokumentima koje je pogledao DailyMail, u veljači 2020. godine vratila se na posjed.

U ožujku se zbog njenog ‘neprijateljskog‘ ponašanja Lewin iselio, no ona je u prostoru nastavila živjeti, iako s vlasnicima nije sklopila ugovor o najmu i najam nije plaćala.

Hirschhorn je tužila vlasnike jer je tvrdila da su njihovi potezi bili štetni za njeno zdravlje.

Tvrdila je i da su na nju za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19, dok je u Kaliforniji na snazi bila naredba da se ostane u zatvorenom, vršili pritisak da napusti posjed.

20. srpnja 2021., nešto više od mjesec dana prije no što se preselila u Airbnb smještaj stomatologa Sasche Jovanovica, slučaj je riješen nagodbom.

Hirschhorn je najam novog smještaja plaćala šest mjeseci, počevši od rujna 2021. godine. S vremenom su se ona i Jovanovic našli u svađi oko popravaka.

Njen boravak trebao je završiti u travnju 2022. godine, piše LA Times.

Elizabeth Hirschhorn je u travnju prestala plaćati najam.

Jovanovic je svoju gostinjsku kuću počeo iznajmljivati iako nije imao sve potrebne dozvole te dozvolu da postavi tuš, a prema kalifornijskom zakonu je to iznajmljivanje onda ilegalno, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Prema odluci suda, Jovanovic nema pravo iseliti Hirschhorn.

Jovanovicev odvjetnik Sebastian Ricci The Timesu je rekao da je Hirschhorn "podstanarka iz pakla".

Žena koja 542 dana besplatno živi u smještaju preko Airbnb-a i koja je upala u pravnu bitku s iznajmljivačem u čijoj gostinjskoj kući živi, već je i prije sudjelovala u sličnoj pravnoj bitci, piše Business Insider.

Elizabeth Hirschhorn je u srpnju 2021. godine izbačena iz smještaja vrijednog 2.6 milijuna dolara kojeg je unajmila u Oaklandu u Kaliforniji, izvještava DailyMail.

Posjed u vlasništvu Briana i Gordona Bishopa navodno je u rujnu 2019. godine unajmila od Alexa Lewina, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Prema pravnim dokumentima spomenutima u Business Insideru, na posjedu je pronađena štetna supstanca, a Hirschhorn je primarnog iznajmljivača zatražila da ga da profesionalno očistiti.

Prema žalbi, Hirschhorn je zatražila da se posjed očisti na vrlo specifičan način zbog njene ‘hiperosjetljivosti na alergene‘.

Brian Bishop tvrdi da je Hirschhorn imala "nerazumne zahtjeve" prema Lewinu te da ga je tražila da zamijeni sve njene osobne predmete koje je nepoznata supstanca navodno oštetila.

Da joj se ne bi izlagala privremeno se iselila s posjeda te je boravila u hotelima, no prema pravnim dokumentima koje je pogledao DailyMail, u veljači 2020. godine vratila se na posjed.

U ožujku se zbog njenog ‘neprijateljskog‘ ponašanja Lewin iselio, no ona je u prostoru nastavila živjeti, iako s vlasnicima nije sklopila ugovor o najmu i najam nije plaćala.

Hirschhorn je tužila vlasnike jer je tvrdila da su njihovi potezi bili štetni za njeno zdravlje.

Tvrdila je i da su na nju za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19, dok je u Kaliforniji na snazi bila naredba da se ostane u zatvorenom, vršili pritisak da napusti posjed.

20. srpnja 2021., nešto više od mjesec dana prije no što se preselila u Airbnb smještaj stomatologa Sasche Jovanovica, slučaj je riješen nagodbom.

Žena koja 542 dana besplatno živi u smještaju preko Airbnb-a i koja je upala u pravnu bitku s iznajmljivačem u čijoj gostinjskoj kući živi, već je i prije sudjelovala u sličnoj pravnoj bitci, piše Business Insider.

Elizabeth Hirschhorn je u srpnju 2021. godine izbačena iz smještaja vrijednog 2.6 milijuna dolara kojeg je unajmila u Oaklandu u Kaliforniji, izvještava DailyMail.

Posjed u vlasništvu Briana i Gordona Bishopa navodno je u rujnu 2019. godine unajmila od Alexa Lewina, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Prema pravnim dokumentima spomenutima u Business Insideru, na posjedu je pronađena štetna supstanca, a Hirschhorn je primarnog iznajmljivača zatražila da ga da profesionalno očistiti.

Prema žalbi, Hirschhorn je zatražila da se posjed očisti na vrlo specifičan način zbog njene ‘hiperosjetljivosti na alergene‘.

Brian Bishop tvrdi da je Hirschhorn imala "nerazumne zahtjeve" prema Lewinu te da ga je tražila da zamijeni sve njene osobne predmete koje je nepoznata supstanca navodno oštetila.

Da joj se ne bi izlagala privremeno se iselila s posjeda te je boravila u hotelima, no prema pravnim dokumentima koje je pogledao DailyMail, u veljači 2020. godine vratila se na posjed.

U ožujku se zbog njenog ‘neprijateljskog‘ ponašanja Lewin iselio, no ona je u prostoru nastavila živjeti, iako s vlasnicima nije sklopila ugovor o najmu i najam nije plaćala.

Hirschhorn je tužila vlasnike jer je tvrdila da su njihovi potezi bili štetni za njeno zdravlje.

Tvrdila je i da su na nju za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19, dok je u Kaliforniji na snazi bila naredba da se ostane u zatvorenom, vršili pritisak da napusti posjed.

20. srpnja 2021., nešto više od mjesec dana prije no što se preselila u Airbnb smještaj stomatologa Sasche Jovanovica, slučaj je riješen nagodbom.
