Da, znamo da nije lako mijenjati navike. No, to nije razlog da se ne posvetite više sebi. Pogotovo zato što "ako postoji volja, postoji i način".

Upravo je tako. Treba znati posložiti prioritete, a briga o sebi ipak bi trebala biti negdje pri vrhu. Iako vam se možda, do nedavno, vježbanje kod kuće činilo kao grozna opcija, danas nam je ona, nažalost, jedina. Dobra vijest je da i vježbanjem kod kuće možete postići odlične rezultate.

Diplomirana trenerica fitnessa i pilatesa Marijana Pašalić (43) donosi nam zato pet super vježbi koje možete raditi u dnevnom boravku, a koje garantiraju super rezultate.

Sve vježbe se ponavljaju 20 puta i po završetku ponoviti vježbe još jednom (možete i više puta, ovisno o formi). Ovo je jedan od oblika kružnog treninga. Splitsku trenericu možete pratiti i na Instagramu.

Bočno se istežite za kose trbušne mišiće. Istovremeno rade mišići ramena i leđa. Ponoviti svaku stranu 20 puta

Vježba za stražnjicu

Podizanje kukova ispružajući jednu pa drugu nogu. Položaj zadržite nekoliko sekundi, a zatim se spustite. Radite vježbu dvije minute.

Triceps potisak - spuštati se što niže aktivirajući stražnji nadlaktični mišić.

Da, znamo da nije lako mijenjati navike. No, to nije razlog da se ne posvetite više sebi. Pogotovo zato što "ako postoji volja, postoji i način".

Upravo je tako. Treba znati posložiti prioritete, a briga o sebi ipak bi trebala biti negdje pri vrhu. Iako vam se možda, do nedavno, vježbanje kod kuće činilo kao grozna opcija, danas nam je ona, nažalost, jedina. Dobra vijest je da i vježbanjem kod kuće možete postići odlične rezultate.

Diplomirana trenerica fitnessa i pilatesa Marijana Pašalić (43) donosi nam zato pet super vježbi koje možete raditi u dnevnom boravku, a koje garantiraju super rezultate.

Da, znamo da nije lako mijenjati navike. No, to nije razlog da se ne posvetite više sebi. Pogotovo zato što "ako postoji volja, postoji i način".

Upravo je tako. Treba znati posložiti prioritete, a briga o sebi ipak bi trebala biti negdje pri vrhu. Iako vam se možda, do nedavno, vježbanje kod kuće činilo kao grozna opcija, danas nam je ona, nažalost, jedina. Dobra vijest je da i vježbanjem kod kuće možete postići odlične rezultate.

Diplomirana trenerica fitnessa i pilatesa Marijana Pašalić (43) donosi nam zato pet super vježbi koje možete raditi u dnevnom boravku, a koje garantiraju super rezultate.
