Suzuki Jimny, od 1970. godine kada se prvi puta pojavio do sada je imao samo tri generacijska izdanja, od kojeg je posljednje s malim izmjenama na tržištu od 1998. godine.
Mali japanac je sigurno najdugovječniji terenac, pod čijom haubom se krije 1.3-litreni benzinac snage 85 KS, ali koji je krajem 2012. doživio još jedno lagano zatezanje bora. Novi model najlakše se prepoznaje po grbi na haubi motora, koja je u funkciji usisnika zraka.
Maleni terenac iz japanskog Hamamatsua odličan je izbor kao rabljeni automobil jer je koncepcijski najbolji. Jedini je napravljen na osnovi legendarnog Jeep Willysa iz 40-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, a to znači da ima masivnu šasiju s krutim osovinama sprijeda i straga, te odvojenu karoseriju.
Kad se sve to upakira u malenu karoseriju dimenzija 364,5 x 160 x 170,5 centimetara dobiva se automobil čvrst poput granita, koji se može uništiti jednino prešanjem.
Mala težina
Uz pogon 4x4, elektronski uključiv preko posebnog prekidača u vožnji, tu je i reduktor koji se također aktivira putem prekidača, tako da Jimny zbog svoje konstrukcije, ali i male težine ide uzbrdo poput koze. Usudili bi se kazati kako se Jimny po terenskim sposobnostima može staviti uz bok Ladi Nivi, koja je zakon na dalmatinskom kršu.
Mala težina od samo 1060 kg, kao i mali međuosovinski razmak od svega 225 centimetara omogućava svladavanje prilično zahtjevnih terena, bez opasnosti da će negdje nasjesti. Mali terenac se može uhvatiti ukoštac sa strmim padinama čak do 30 stupnjeva nagiba bez ikakvog napora.
Najviše ga koriste lovci za odlazak u brda i planine, kao i vikendaši s kućama u zabitim dijelovima prirode, te ako ga se kupuje za takve namjene odličan je izbor. Naravno, treba pripaziti u kakvom stanju je podnica, da slučajno nije odveć oštećena, ali u principu ovom terencu perolake kategorije nema smrti.
Samo jedan benzinac
Suzuki Jimny opremljen je isključivo 1.3-litrenim benzinskim motorom koji istiskuje 85 KS. Motor je vrlo živahan tako da mu uopće ne nedostaje „špirita“. Dostiže najveću brzinu od 140 km/h, dok mu za ubrzanje do stotke treba 14,1 sekunda.
Automobil s trojim vratima i četiri sjedala u vožnji gradskim prometnicama uopće nije tvrd, dok s obzirom na dimenzije unutrašnjost nije pretjerano velika, ali ipak za dvoje ljudi na prednjim sjedalima prostora ima.
Na stražnjoj klupi prostora nedostaje, ali za kraće relacije može se upotrijebiti. Osnovni prtljažnik je kapaciteta 113 litara, dok se obaranjem stražnjih sjedala dobiva 816 litara korisnog prostora.

Suzuki Jimny, od 1970. godine kada se prvi puta pojavio do sada je imao samo tri generacijska izdanja, od kojeg je posljednje s malim izmjenama na tržištu od 1998. godine.
Mali japanac je sigurno najdugovječniji terenac, pod čijom haubom se krije 1.3-litreni benzinac snage 85 KS, ali koji je krajem 2012. doživio još jedno lagano zatezanje bora. Novi model najlakše se prepoznaje po grbi na haubi motora, koja je u funkciji usisnika zraka.
Maleni terenac iz japanskog Hamamatsua odličan je izbor kao rabljeni automobil jer je koncepcijski najbolji. Jedini je napravljen na osnovi legendarnog Jeep Willysa iz 40-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, a to znači da ima masivnu šasiju s krutim osovinama sprijeda i straga, te odvojenu karoseriju.
Kad se sve to upakira u malenu karoseriju dimenzija 364,5 x 160 x 170,5 centimetara dobiva se automobil čvrst poput granita, koji se može uništiti jednino prešanjem.
Mala težina
Uz pogon 4x4, elektronski uključiv preko posebnog prekidača u vožnji, tu je i reduktor koji se također aktivira putem prekidača, tako da Jimny zbog svoje konstrukcije, ali i male težine ide uzbrdo poput koze. Usudili bi se kazati kako se Jimny po terenskim sposobnostima može staviti uz bok Ladi Nivi, koja je zakon na dalmatinskom kršu.
Mala težina od samo 1060 kg, kao i mali međuosovinski razmak od svega 225 centimetara omogućava svladavanje prilično zahtjevnih terena, bez opasnosti da će negdje nasjesti. Mali terenac se može uhvatiti ukoštac sa strmim padinama čak do 30 stupnjeva nagiba bez ikakvog napora.
Najviše ga koriste lovci za odlazak u brda i planine, kao i vikendaši s kućama u zabitim dijelovima prirode, te ako ga se kupuje za takve namjene odličan je izbor. Naravno, treba pripaziti u kakvom stanju je podnica, da slučajno nije odveć oštećena, ali u principu ovom terencu perolake kategorije nema smrti.
Samo jedan benzinac
Suzuki Jimny opremljen je isključivo 1.3-litrenim benzinskim motorom koji istiskuje 85 KS. Motor je vrlo živahan tako da mu uopće ne nedostaje „špirita“. Dostiže najveću brzinu od 140 km/h, dok mu za ubrzanje do stotke treba 14,1 sekunda.
Automobil s trojim vratima i četiri sjedala u vožnji gradskim prometnicama uopće nije tvrd, dok s obzirom na dimenzije unutrašnjost nije pretjerano velika, ali ipak za dvoje ljudi na prednjim sjedalima prostora ima.
Na stražnjoj klupi prostora nedostaje, ali za kraće relacije može se upotrijebiti. Osnovni prtljažnik je kapaciteta 113 litara, dok se obaranjem stražnjih sjedala dobiva 816 litara korisnog prostora.
