Većini ljudi sama pomisao na godišnji odmor i putovanja razvuče usne u osmijeh od uha do uha, no, nažalost, brojni su i oni koji u isti tren pomisle na mučninu i povraćanje u vožnji, s kojima uvijek imaju problema.
Mučnina, pad tlaka, vrtoglavica, preznojavanje, povraćanje tijekom putovanja... To su simptomi koji se kod nekih ljudi javljaju pri vožnji brodom, zrakoplovom, vlakom, automobilom, autobusom.
Stručan naziv za bolest kretanja je kinetoza.
Većina liječnika reći će kako nije u pitanju ozbiljna bolest, međutim, ima i onih koji misle sasvim drukčije.
Kod brojnih osoba se kinetoza manifestira uglavnom vezano uz jednu vrstu prijevoza. Tako netko povraća kad putuje trajektom, drugi samo u automobilu...

Kinetozu prate neke zanimljivosti:
- vozači su imuni na ovu bolest
- muškarci su skloniji bolesti nego žene
- bit će duplo više problema ako sjedite na stražnjem sjedalu, nego na prednjem
- s povećanjem temperature u kabini rastu i rizici od povraćanja
Osim tableta za sprječavanje mučnine, pomažu i sljedeće stvari:
- prije odlaska na put automobil držite u hladu, a tijekom vožnje budite klimatizirani ili s otvorenim prozorima
- ne pušite, niti jedite hranu intezivnog mirisa, već će vam biti umnogome lakše
- sjedite obavezno na prvo sjedalo
- želudac ne smije biti ni prazan ni pun, a dobro je grickati dvopek, kreker ili suhi keks
- ne čitajte za vrijeme vožnje, ne igrajte igrice, ne razgledajte sa strane
- neka vozač stane da se možete češće osvježiti na zraku, zasigurno ćete lakše prebroditi put

Mučnina, pad tlaka, vrtoglavica, preznojavanje, povraćanje tijekom putovanja... To su simptomi koji se kod nekih ljudi javljaju pri vožnji brodom, zrakoplovom, vlakom, automobilom, autobusom.
Stručan naziv za bolest kretanja je kinetoza.
Većina liječnika reći će kako nije u pitanju ozbiljna bolest, međutim, ima i onih koji misle sasvim drukčije.
Kod brojnih osoba se kinetoza manifestira uglavnom vezano uz jednu vrstu prijevoza. Tako netko povraća kad putuje trajektom, drugi samo u automobilu...
Kad bolesnici otkriju načine koji im pomažu u borbi s problemom, drže se "rituala" godinama.

Kinetozu prate neke zanimljivosti:
- vozači su imuni na ovu bolest
- muškarci su skloniji bolesti nego žene
- bit će duplo više problema ako sjedite na stražnjem sjedalu, nego na prednjem
- s povećanjem temperature u kabini rastu i rizici od povraćanja
Osim tableta za sprječavanje mučnine, pomažu i sljedeće stvari:
- prije odlaska na put automobil držite u hladu, a tijekom vožnje budite klimatizirani ili s otvorenim prozorima
- ne pušite, niti jedite hranu intezivnog mirisa, već će vam biti umnogome lakše
- sjedite obavezno na prvo sjedalo
- želudac ne smije biti ni prazan ni pun, a dobro je grickati dvopek, kreker ili suhi keks
- ne čitajte za vrijeme vožnje, ne igrajte igrice, ne razgledajte sa strane
- neka vozač stane da se možete češće osvježiti na zraku, zasigurno ćete lakše prebroditi put
