Stiskanje gumba odgode (snooze) na budilici mobitela ipak nije tako loše, otkriveno je u novom istraživanju. Ispostavilo se da korištenje ovog gumba nema negativan utjecaj na spavanje ili misaone procese, piše Živim.

- Istraživanje je pokazalo da kratko razdoblje odgode može ublažiti inerciju sna, dezorijentiranost i pad raspoloženja do kojeg dolazi prilikom buđenja, bez drastičnog ometanja sna. To bi također moglo poboljšati kognitivno funkcioniranje u usporedbi s potpunim buđenjem nakon što prvi alarm prođe - izvijestio je USA Today.

Dvije su studije pregledane za potrebe istraživanja. U prvoj je zabilježeno buđenje 1.732 odrasle osobe. Od toga je 69 posto koristilo gumb odgode, jednom ili više puta. Odgađanje je u prosjeku trajalo 22 minute i bilo je u rasponu do 180 minuta. U drugoj je studiji sudjelovalo 31 osoba koje su koristile opciju odgađanja alarma. Ispostavilo se da su izgubile šest minuta sna svakih 30 minuta. Istraživači nisu pronašli jasne učinke na raspoloženje, stres, umor ili kvalitetu sna.

- Istraživanje je pokazalo da kratko razdoblje odgode može ublažiti inerciju sna, dezorijentiranost i pad raspoloženja do kojeg dolazi prilikom buđenja, bez drastičnog ometanja sna. To bi također moglo poboljšati kognitivno funkcioniranje u usporedbi s potpunim buđenjem nakon što prvi alarm prođe - izvijestio je USA Today.

Dvije su studije pregledane za potrebe istraživanja. U prvoj je zabilježeno buđenje 1.732 odrasle osobe. Od toga je 69 posto koristilo gumb odgode, jednom ili više puta. Odgađanje je u prosjeku trajalo 22 minute i bilo je u rasponu do 180 minuta. U drugoj je studiji sudjelovalo 31 osoba koje su koristile opciju odgađanja alarma. Ispostavilo se da su izgubile šest minuta sna svakih 30 minuta. Istraživači nisu pronašli jasne učinke na raspoloženje, stres, umor ili kvalitetu sna.
