Koliko često mijenjamo, odnosno peremo posteljinu tema je o kojoj su mišljenja podijeljena, no većina se nekako drži toga da je mijenja najmanje jednom tjedno. No, novo istraživanje je pokazalo da prerijetko mijenjanje i pranje posteljine može biti povezano s nekim zdravstvenim problemima. Stručnjaci upozoravaju da prljava posteljina može biti leglo štetnih klica i bolesti. Nepranje posteljine (ili barem ne dovoljno često) može dovesti do niza zdravstvenih problema, od blažih kožnih problema do nekih ozbiljnih bolesti, piše Živim.

Kožni problemi

Odumrle stanice kože koje se talože na plahtama i jastučnicama idealna su hrana za grinje koje mogu izazvati niz bolesti kože. Ekcem je jedna od najčešćih, a radi se o bolesti koja izaziva svrbljiv i bolan osip te nadraženost kože.

Alergije

Grinje luče fekalije koje, u kombinaciji s tijelima mrtvih grinja, mogu biti okidač za alergije i astmu. Simptomi mogu uključivati kožne osipe, svrbež i peckanje očiju i curenje nosa. U ozbiljnim slučajevima astme, to može izazvati poteškoće s disanjem, a to može biti vrlo opasno. 

Upala slijepog crijeva

Taloženje bakterija na posteljini može dovesti do nastanka upale slijepog crijeva ako one uđu u probavni trakt. Alok Via, dermatolog s Klinike Cleveland rekao je za Daily Express da u našem tijelu ima više bakterija nego što tijelo ima stanica. No, infekcija slijepog crijeva bakterijama može biti krajnje ozbiljna. Upala slijepog crijeva često zahtijeva operativni zahvat, a puknuće slijepog crijeva može biti čak fatalno.

Infekcije

Bakterijske infekcije mogu biti i posljedica taloženja mikroba na neopranoj posteljini. Jedna od najzaraznijih bakterija je staphylococcus aureus, koji se vrlo lako širi i može uzrokovati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme. Ta je bakterija, između ostalog, povezana i s upalom pluća. Gonoreja je još jedna bakterijska infekcija koja se može prenijeti putem neoprane posteljine, naročito ako dijelite krevet sa zaraženom osobom.

Zbog svega toga preporučljivo je da redovito perete svoju posteljinu, dok bi osobe sa zaraznim bolestima trebale posteljinu mijenjati svakodnevno. 

Najgora sezona...

Posebno pažljivi trebamo biti u sezoni prehlada, viroza i gripe, a ta nam je, kao što znate, već stigla. Dakle, ako ste prehlađeni ili ste kojim slučajem "pokupili" neki virus ili gripu - morate redovito mijenjati posteljinu. Kako zbog sebe, tako i zbog onoga s kim dijelite postelju. Samo ćete tako spriječiti da se virusi ne razmnožavaju, da se vaš partner ne zarazi, a i da vi brže ozdravite, piše Živim.

Koliko često mijenjamo, odnosno peremo posteljinu tema je o kojoj su mišljenja podijeljena, no većina se nekako drži toga da je mijenja najmanje jednom tjedno. No, novo istraživanje je pokazalo da prerijetko mijenjanje i pranje posteljine može biti povezano s nekim zdravstvenim problemima. Stručnjaci upozoravaju da prljava posteljina može biti leglo štetnih klica i bolesti. Nepranje posteljine (ili barem ne dovoljno često) može dovesti do niza zdravstvenih problema, od blažih kožnih problema do nekih ozbiljnih bolesti, piše Živim.

Kožni problemi

Odumrle stanice kože koje se talože na plahtama i jastučnicama idealna su hrana za grinje koje mogu izazvati niz bolesti kože. Ekcem je jedna od najčešćih, a radi se o bolesti koja izaziva svrbljiv i bolan osip te nadraženost kože.

Alergije

Grinje luče fekalije koje, u kombinaciji s tijelima mrtvih grinja, mogu biti okidač za alergije i astmu. Simptomi mogu uključivati kožne osipe, svrbež i peckanje očiju i curenje nosa. U ozbiljnim slučajevima astme, to može izazvati poteškoće s disanjem, a to može biti vrlo opasno. 

Upala slijepog crijeva

Taloženje bakterija na posteljini može dovesti do nastanka upale slijepog crijeva ako one uđu u probavni trakt. Alok Via, dermatolog s Klinike Cleveland rekao je za Daily Express da u našem tijelu ima više bakterija nego što tijelo ima stanica. No, infekcija slijepog crijeva bakterijama može biti krajnje ozbiljna. Upala slijepog crijeva često zahtijeva operativni zahvat, a puknuće slijepog crijeva može biti čak fatalno.

Infekcije

Bakterijske infekcije mogu biti i posljedica taloženja mikroba na neopranoj posteljini. Jedna od najzaraznijih bakterija je staphylococcus aureus, koji se vrlo lako širi i može uzrokovati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme. Ta je bakterija, između ostalog, povezana i s upalom pluća. Gonoreja je još jedna bakterijska infekcija koja se može prenijeti putem neoprane posteljine, naročito ako dijelite krevet sa zaraženom osobom.

Zbog svega toga preporučljivo je da redovito perete svoju posteljinu, dok bi osobe sa zaraznim bolestima trebale posteljinu mijenjati svakodnevno. 

Najgora sezona...

Posebno pažljivi trebamo biti u sezoni prehlada, viroza i gripe, a ta nam je, kao što znate, već stigla. Dakle, ako ste prehlađeni ili ste kojim slučajem "pokupili" neki virus ili gripu - morate redovito mijenjati posteljinu. Kako zbog sebe, tako i zbog onoga s kim dijelite postelju. Samo ćete tako spriječiti da se virusi ne razmnožavaju, da se vaš partner ne zarazi, a i da vi brže ozdravite, piše Živim.
