Retinol je tijekom posljednjih godina postao poznat kao "sveti gral njege kože". Do nedavno strogo čuvana anti-age beauty tajna, sada je dostupna svima - bez obzira na njihov budžet. Ipak, mnoge je strah ukomponirati novi proizvod u njegu lica kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih nuspojava ili nepovratne štete na njihovom licu. Iako je takvo nešto razumljivo, neznanje ne bi trebalo biti kočnica u korištenju fantastičnog sastojka koji nudi veliki niz blagodati za vaše lice (ali i tijelo).

Što je to?

Retinoid je opći izraz za derivate vitamina A koji mogu biti kupljeni na recept i bez recepta. U tu skupinu ulaze retinol, adapalen, tretinoin, tazaroten, retinaldehid i mnogi drugi.

Retinoidi koji se izdaju na recept su zapravo retinoična kiselina koja djeluje odmah pri nanošenju na kožu i ima veći rizik od nuspojava od retinola. Retinol je vrsta retinoida koja se može dobiti i bez recepta, a preporučuju ga dermatolozi i estetičari kao jednog od najboljih saveznika u borbi protiv starenja.

Dobrobiti retinoida i retinola su brojne, ali sve one se svode na poticanje izmjene stanica kože, koja se starenjem usporava.

Osim što retinol "pegla" bore i linije na licu, on također sprječava stvaranje novih, ali i jača proizvodnju kolagena. Također pomaže u reguliranju sebuma, zbog čega pomaže ljudima s masnom kožom, ali i onima koji se žele riješiti hiperpigmentacije.

Kako se koristi?

Mnogi stručnjaci smatraju da bi retinol trebalo uvesti u rutinu njege kože lica u dvadesetima, kada se uspori proizvodnja stanica kože i kolagena. Ipak, najbolje bi bilo posavjetovati se s dermatologom glede poduzimanja ovakvog koraka, jer je svaka koža "priča za sebe". 

Kada ipak odlučite krenuti s retinolom, najbolje bi bilo prva dva tjedna koristiti ga jednom tjedno. Ako je iritacija kože nakon njegovog korištenja pod kontrolom (jer je normalna), intenzitet korištenja retinola trebao bi se pojačati na svako drugi dan.

Koliko ga koristiti?

Retinol se na lice nanosi u količini veličine zrna graška te se razmazuje i na vrat. Naravno, na očišćeno lice. Iako bi SPF trebao i ranije postati broj jedan proizvod u vašoj skincare rutini, kada počnete koristiti retinol niti slučajno ne napuštajte kuću bez nanošenja zaštitnog faktora. 

Koji retinol odabrati?

Skincare tržište svakim danom nudi sve veći izbor skincare proizvoda, što u mnogo slučajeva može dovesti do prave zbunjenosti potrošača. Pri izboru retinola potrebno je posavjetovati se s dermatologom ili ovlaštenom osobom koja trguje provjerenim skincare proizvodima. Bitno je i pratiti reakciju vašeg lica na retinol kojeg uvodite u vašu rutinu i voditi računa da se zaustavite s korištenjem proizvoda koji ne odgovara vašem tipu kože.

Retinol je tijekom posljednjih godina postao poznat kao "sveti gral njege kože". Do nedavno strogo čuvana anti-age beauty tajna, sada je dostupna svima - bez obzira na njihov budžet. Ipak, mnoge je strah ukomponirati novi proizvod u njegu lica kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih nuspojava ili nepovratne štete na njihovom licu. Iako je takvo nešto razumljivo, neznanje ne bi trebalo biti kočnica u korištenju fantastičnog sastojka koji nudi veliki niz blagodati za vaše lice (ali i tijelo).

Što je to?

Retinoid je opći izraz za derivate vitamina A koji mogu biti kupljeni na recept i bez recepta. U tu skupinu ulaze retinol, adapalen, tretinoin, tazaroten, retinaldehid i mnogi drugi.

Retinoidi koji se izdaju na recept su zapravo retinoična kiselina koja djeluje odmah pri nanošenju na kožu i ima veći rizik od nuspojava od retinola. Retinol je vrsta retinoida koja se može dobiti i bez recepta, a preporučuju ga dermatolozi i estetičari kao jednog od najboljih saveznika u borbi protiv starenja.

Dobrobiti retinoida i retinola su brojne, ali sve one se svode na poticanje izmjene stanica kože, koja se starenjem usporava.

Osim što retinol "pegla" bore i linije na licu, on također sprječava stvaranje novih, ali i jača proizvodnju kolagena. Također pomaže u reguliranju sebuma, zbog čega pomaže ljudima s masnom kožom, ali i onima koji se žele riješiti hiperpigmentacije.

Kako se koristi?

Mnogi stručnjaci smatraju da bi retinol trebalo uvesti u rutinu njege kože lica u dvadesetima, kada se uspori proizvodnja stanica kože i kolagena. Ipak, najbolje bi bilo posavjetovati se s dermatologom glede poduzimanja ovakvog koraka, jer je svaka koža "priča za sebe". 

Kada ipak odlučite krenuti s retinolom, najbolje bi bilo prva dva tjedna koristiti ga jednom tjedno. Ako je iritacija kože nakon njegovog korištenja pod kontrolom (jer je normalna), intenzitet korištenja retinola trebao bi se pojačati na svako drugi dan.

Koliko ga koristiti?

Retinol se na lice nanosi u količini veličine zrna graška te se razmazuje i na vrat. Naravno, na očišćeno lice. Iako bi SPF trebao i ranije postati broj jedan proizvod u vašoj skincare rutini, kada počnete koristiti retinol niti slučajno ne napuštajte kuću bez nanošenja zaštitnog faktora. 

Koji retinol odabrati?

Skincare tržište svakim danom nudi sve veći izbor skincare proizvoda, što u mnogo slučajeva može dovesti do prave zbunjenosti potrošača. Pri izboru retinola potrebno je posavjetovati se s dermatologom ili ovlaštenom osobom koja trguje provjerenim skincare proizvodima. Bitno je i pratiti reakciju vašeg lica na retinol kojeg uvodite u vašu rutinu i voditi računa da se zaustavite s korištenjem proizvoda koji ne odgovara vašem tipu kože.
