Neprestano brišete nos, kišete, grebe vas grlo, a neugodno vam je jer vas ljudi na ulici čudno gledaju misleći da hodate okolo zaraženi koronavirusom. Ni vi sami više niste načisto, pitate se je li to obična sezonska alergija, prehlada ili neka veća nevolja, budući su zadnjih dana simptomi baš neugodni.

U Dalmaciji naime, upravo vrlo intenzivno cvatu bor, čempres, grab i crkvina, a na kontinentu je na vrhuncu cvjetanja breza.

„Niti dišem, niti spavam, gore mi je nego da imama COVID-19. Uzimam propisanu terapiju za alergiju, ali simptomi su jaki pa sam i sama bila u nedoumici da nije nešto drugo. Odahnula sam kad sam izmjerila temperaturu koja nije povišena – priča nam Splićanka, a jednako govori i Zagrepčanin kojemu stan gleda na park s brezama.

- Simptomi su jako izraženi, ne pomaže ni dosadašnji antihistaminik, morao sam tražiti jači lijek - objašnjava.

Liječnici obiteljske medicine potvrđuju nam kako zadnji tjedan imaju pojačan pritisak alergičara, a ove se godine sezona proljetnih alergija poklopila s epidemijom koronavirusa.

Prof. dr. Goran Tešović, pročelnik Zavoda za infektivne bolesti djece zagrebačke Klinike "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" kaže nam kako sezonske alergije i COVID-19 imaju dosta sličnih simptoma, te da oboljele dodatno zbunjuje što neki ljudi zaraženi koronavirusom uopće nemaju povišenu temperaturu, pa se ni po tome ne mogu razlikovati simptomi dviju bolesti.

- Povišene temperature nema kod alergije, no često je nema ni kod COVID-19 – veli prof. Tešović.

Najčešći simptomi sezonskih alergija su svrbež u očima, curenje iz nosa, natečeni sinusi, kihanje i kašalj. Tko ima astmu, možda će u travnju i svibnju osjetiti pogoršanje simptoma astme. Akutni simptomi traju od tri pa do tjedan dana, a blaži simptomi, poput curenja nosa i kihanja mogu trajati i mjesec ili dva.

- Kašljanje, kihanje, otežano disanje, grebanje u grlu, stvaranje sluzi u plućima to su sve simptomi koji se prilično poklapaju i kod sezonskih alergija i kod Covida. Alergičari nemaju proljeve, mučninu, povraćanje i kostobolju, no nekad se i kod njih mogu poklopiti i takve situacije - napominje dr. Tešović.    

Osobama koje pate od peludne alergije liječnici preporučuju da i u okolnostima epidemije koronavirusa redovito uzimaju terapiju koja im je propisana, a onima koji su prvi put osjetili takve simptome preporuka je da se jave liječniku obiteljske medicine. On će utvrditi je li im potreban dodatan pregled i terapija.

- Svi koji imaju alergije trebaju se držati svoje terapije. Ti propisani lijekovi, ako se uobičajeno koriste ne bi trebali imati interferencija s lijekovima koje dajemo u liječenju COVID-19.

Ako se za alergije koristi sistemski kortikosteroid onda to može imati utjecaja na daljnji tijek bolesti, u slučaju da pacijent oboli i od COVID-19. Međutim inhalacijski kortikosteroid koji se najčešće koristi kod alergija ima minimalnu sistemsku resorpciju nakon što se inhalira, tako da to ne bi trebalo imati utjecaja na tijek bolesti. Naravno kao i kod svih drugih, i kod ovih pacijenata oporavak od Covid-19 ovisi i o nizu drugih faktora, o konstitucijskim i imunološkim razlikama i komorbiditetu ( istodobnoj pojavi dvije i više bolesti) - objašnjava prof. Iako je, kako upozorava cijenjeni liječnik, neki nemaju, u najvećem broju zaraženih SARS-CoV-2 virusom najčešće je ipak prvi simptom vrućica te potom suhi kašalj. Drugi najčešći simptomi su umor, kratkoća daha, bolovi u mišićima i zglobovima, grlobolja, glavobolja, stvaranje ispljuvka, anosmija (iznenadni gubitak njuha, ali bez začepljena nosa, ponekad praćen gubitkom okusa) te nešto rjeđe kihanje, začepljenost nosa, proljev i crvenilo očiju.

Neprestano brišete nos, kišete, grebe vas grlo, a neugodno vam je jer vas ljudi na ulici čudno gledaju misleći da hodate okolo zaraženi koronavirusom. Ni vi sami više niste načisto, pitate se je li to obična sezonska alergija, prehlada ili neka veća nevolja, budući su zadnjih dana simptomi baš neugodni.

U Dalmaciji naime, upravo vrlo intenzivno cvatu bor, čempres, grab i crkvina, a na kontinentu je na vrhuncu cvjetanja breza.

„Niti dišem, niti spavam, gore mi je nego da imama COVID-19. Uzimam propisanu terapiju za alergiju, ali simptomi su jaki pa sam i sama bila u nedoumici da nije nešto drugo. Odahnula sam kad sam izmjerila temperaturu koja nije povišena – priča nam Splićanka, a jednako govori i Zagrepčanin kojemu stan gleda na park s brezama.

- Simptomi su jako izraženi, ne pomaže ni dosadašnji antihistaminik, morao sam tražiti jači lijek - objašnjava.

Liječnici obiteljske medicine potvrđuju nam kako zadnji tjedan imaju pojačan pritisak alergičara, a ove se godine sezona proljetnih alergija poklopila s epidemijom koronavirusa.

Prof. dr. Goran Tešović, pročelnik Zavoda za infektivne bolesti djece zagrebačke Klinike "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" kaže nam kako sezonske alergije i COVID-19 imaju dosta sličnih simptoma, te da oboljele dodatno zbunjuje što neki ljudi zaraženi koronavirusom uopće nemaju povišenu temperaturu, pa se ni po tome ne mogu razlikovati simptomi dviju bolesti.

- Povišene temperature nema kod alergije, no često je nema ni kod COVID-19 – veli prof. Tešović.

Najčešći simptomi sezonskih alergija su svrbež u očima, curenje iz nosa, natečeni sinusi, kihanje i kašalj. Tko ima astmu, možda će u travnju i svibnju osjetiti pogoršanje simptoma astme. Akutni simptomi traju od tri pa do tjedan dana, a blaži simptomi, poput curenja nosa i kihanja mogu trajati i mjesec ili dva.

- Kašljanje, kihanje, otežano disanje, grebanje u grlu, stvaranje sluzi u plućima to su sve simptomi koji se prilično poklapaju i kod sezonskih alergija i kod Covida. Alergičari nemaju proljeve, mučninu, povraćanje i kostobolju, no nekad se i kod njih mogu poklopiti i takve situacije - napominje dr. Tešović.    

Osobama koje pate od peludne alergije liječnici preporučuju da i u okolnostima epidemije koronavirusa redovito uzimaju terapiju koja im je propisana, a onima koji su prvi put osjetili takve simptome preporuka je da se jave liječniku obiteljske medicine. On će utvrditi je li im potreban dodatan pregled i terapija.

- Svi koji imaju alergije trebaju se držati svoje terapije. Ti propisani lijekovi, ako se uobičajeno koriste ne bi trebali imati interferencija s lijekovima koje dajemo u liječenju COVID-19.

Ako se za alergije koristi sistemski kortikosteroid onda to može imati utjecaja na daljnji tijek bolesti, u slučaju da pacijent oboli i od COVID-19. Međutim inhalacijski kortikosteroid koji se najčešće koristi kod alergija ima minimalnu sistemsku resorpciju nakon što se inhalira, tako da to ne bi trebalo imati utjecaja na tijek bolesti. Naravno kao i kod svih drugih, i kod ovih pacijenata oporavak od Covid-19 ovisi i o nizu drugih faktora, o konstitucijskim i imunološkim razlikama i komorbiditetu ( istodobnoj pojavi dvije i više bolesti) - objašnjava prof. Iako je, kako upozorava cijenjeni liječnik, neki nemaju, u najvećem broju zaraženih SARS-CoV-2 virusom najčešće je ipak prvi simptom vrućica te potom suhi kašalj. Drugi najčešći simptomi su umor, kratkoća daha, bolovi u mišićima i zglobovima, grlobolja, glavobolja, stvaranje ispljuvka, anosmija (iznenadni gubitak njuha, ali bez začepljena nosa, ponekad praćen gubitkom okusa) te nešto rjeđe kihanje, začepljenost nosa, proljev i crvenilo očiju.

Zbog simptoma alergije mnogi ovih dana strahuju da su zaraženi koronom; Liječnik objašnjava koje su glavne razlike, ali ni to nije pravilo...

Neprestano brišete nos, kišete, grebe vas grlo, a neugodno vam je jer vas ljudi na ulici čudno gledaju misleći da hodate okolo zaraženi koronavirusom. Ni vi sami više niste načisto, pitate se je li to obična sezonska alergija, prehlada ili neka veća nevolja, budući su zadnjih dana simptomi baš neugodni.

U Dalmaciji naime, upravo vrlo intenzivno cvatu bor, čempres, grab i crkvina, a na kontinentu je na vrhuncu cvjetanja breza.

„Niti dišem, niti spavam, gore mi je nego da imama COVID-19. Uzimam propisanu terapiju za alergiju, ali simptomi su jaki pa sam i sama bila u nedoumici da nije nešto drugo. Odahnula sam kad sam izmjerila temperaturu koja nije povišena – priča nam Splićanka, a jednako govori i Zagrepčanin kojemu stan gleda na park s brezama.
