Svi oni koji su zadrijemali na suncu i probudili se s opeklinama pomoć mogu potražiti na policama svoje kuhinje. 

Liječnici klasificiraju opekline po stupnjevima. Opekline prvog stupnja utječu na vanjski sloj kože. Uzrokuju bol i crvenilo, ali se ne pojavljuje mjehur od opekline. Opekline prvog stupnja su i najčešće, a mogu se liječiti kod kuće, piše centarzdravlja.hr.

Opekline drugog stupnja uključuju epidermis i dermis, sloj kože ispod. Opekline su vrlo bolne, ali obično nisu ozbiljne osim ako su velike. Neke opekline drugog stupnja mogu se liječiti kod kuće, međutim, ako je opeklina velika ili uključuje lice, ruke, noge ili genitalije, potražite liječničku pomoć.

Najozbiljnije su opekline trećeg stupnja, koje zahtijevaju hitnu medicinsku pomoć. One uključuju vanjske i unutarnje slojeve kože. Kosa, živci, krvne žile, žlijezde, pa čak i mišići i kosti mogu biti oštećeni. Opekline trećeg stupnja često rezultiraju smrću, pogotovo ako pokrivaju velike površine tijela.

Kućni lijekovi za opekline

Pitate se čime mazati opekline? Kućni lijekovi mogu pomoći kod manjih opeklina koje nisu toliko ozbiljne. Navodimo neke koji mogu biti od koristi.

1. Med

Med se dugo koristi kao lijek za opekotine i dezinfekciju rana. Kada se primjenjuje na opekline, med izvlači tekućinu iz tkiva i učinkovito čisti ranu. Možete također staviti med u gazu, što je manje ljepljivo od neposredne primjene. Na komad sterilne gaze, stavite med i položite direktno na opekline. Primijenite tri do četiri puta dnevno.

2. Zobena kaša

Kako manje opekotine zacjeljuju, mogu početi svrbjeti. Dobar način da se smanji svrbež je stavljanje zobene kaše. Jednu čašu nekuhane zobene kaše namočite u mlaku vodu 15 do 20 minuta, a zatim nanesite na kožu i sušite na zraku tako da tanki premaz ostaje na koži.

3. Sol

Opekline se mogu ublažiti ispiranjem slanom vodom svakih sat vremena. Pomiješajte 1/2 žličice soli u čaši tople vode.

4. Vrećice čaja

Tanična kiselina koju nalazimo u crnom čaju pomaže izvući toplinu. Stavite 2 do 3 vrećice čaja u hladnu vodi i nježno isperite i tapkajte vrećice čaja. Drugi način je korištenje 3 ili 4 vrećice čaja, 2 šalice svježe metvice i 4 šalice kipuće vode. Procijedite tekućinu u posudu i ostavite da se ohladi. Namočite vaticu i nanesite na opeklinu.

Ako ste na putu, također možete napraviti topao oblog od 2 ili 3 mokre vrećice čaja. Jednostavno ohladite vrećice čaja, zamotajte u komad gaze i držite na opečenom mjestu.

5. Ocat

Ocat djeluje kao antiseptik na manje opekotine i pomaže u sprječavanju infekcije. Razrijedite ocat s jednakim dijelom vode i nanesite ne opečeno područje.

6. Led

Male opekline je najbolje tretirati s ledom radije nego hladnom vodom. Prvo isperite pod vodom kocke tako da se ne lijepe za kožu, zatim hladite opečeno područje.

7. Mlijeko

Za manje opekline, namočite opečeno područje u mlijeko na 15 minuta. Također se primjenjuje gaza namočena u mlijeko. Ponovite svakih nekoliko sati kako bi ublažili bol.

8. Lišće trputca

U narodnoj medicini trputac je popularan lijek za liječenje opeklina. Lišće trputca se prvenstveno koristi kao lijek. Svježe lišće trputca izlomite i sok iz lišća nanesite izravno na opekline.

9. Hladna voda

Hladna voda ili hladan oblog na mjestu opekline za deset minuta može ublažiti simptome. Učinite to što prije, po mogućnosti u roku od nekoliko sekundi nakon zadobivanja opekline. Svježa voda ne samo da će vam goditi, već će i pomoći zaustaviti širenje opekline.

10. Tijesto

Napravite tijesto od jednakog dijela sode bikarbone i vode. Na primjer, pomiješajte 1 žlicu sode bikarbone, 1 žlicu hladne vode. Stavite u plastičnu posudu ili zdjelu i pomiješajte. Nanesite nježno na manje opekline i ostavite da djeluje oko 10 minuta. Isperite tijesto s hladnom vodom i pokrijte ranu gazom ili zavojem.

11. Bjelanjak

Bjelanjak nanesite izravno na opeklinu. Kad se osuši, ponovno ga nanesite. Nemojte ga ispirati, već ga nježno utrljajte i prekrijte zavojem.

12. Rajčice

Izrežite rajčice na kriške. Utrljajte rajčice preko opekotine. Kiseline od rajčice će umiriti pečenje i spriječiti pojavu mjehurića.

Svi oni koji su zadrijemali na suncu i probudili se s opeklinama pomoć mogu potražiti na policama svoje kuhinje.

Kosa, živci, krvne žile, žlijezde, pa čak i mišići i kosti mogu biti oštećeni. Opekline trećeg stupnja često rezultiraju smrću, pogotovo ako pokrivaju velike površine tijela.

Kućni lijekovi za opekline

Pitate se čime mazati opekline? Kućni lijekovi mogu pomoći kod manjih opeklina koje nisu toliko ozbiljne. Navodimo neke koji mogu biti od koristi.

1. Med

Med se dugo koristi kao lijek za opekotine i dezinfekciju rana. Kada se primjenjuje na opekline, med izvlači tekućinu iz tkiva i učinkovito čisti ranu. Možete također staviti med u gazu, što je manje ljepljivo od neposredne primjene. Na komad sterilne gaze, stavite med i položite direktno na opekline. Primijenite tri do četiri puta dnevno.

2. Zobena kaša

Kako manje opekotine zacjeljuju, mogu početi svrbjeti. Dobar način da se smanji svrbež je stavljanje zobene kaše. Jednu čašu nekuhane zobene kaše namočite u mlaku vodu 15 do 20 minuta, a zatim nanesite na kožu i sušite na zraku tako da tanki premaz ostaje na koži.

3. Sol

Opekline se mogu ublažiti ispiranjem slanom vodom svakih sat vremena. Pomiješajte 1/2 žličice soli u čaši tople vode.

4. Vrećice čaja

Tanična kiselina koju nalazimo u crnom čaju pomaže izvući toplinu. Stavite 2 do 3 vrećice čaja u hladnu vodi i nježno isperite i tapkajte vrećice čaja. Drugi način je korištenje 3 ili 4 vrećice čaja, 2 šalice svježe metvice i 4 šalice kipuće vode. Procijedite tekućinu u posudu i ostavite da se ohladi. Namočite vaticu i nanesite na opeklinu.

Ako ste na putu, također možete napraviti topao oblog od 2 ili 3 mokre vrećice čaja. Jednostavno ohladite vrećice čaja, zamotajte u komad gaze i držite na opečenom mjestu.

5. Ocat

Ocat djeluje kao antiseptik na manje opekotine i pomaže u sprječavanju infekcije. Razrijedite ocat s jednakim dijelom vode i nanesite ne opečeno područje.

6. Led

Male opekline je najbolje tretirati s ledom radije nego hladnom vodom. Prvo isperite pod vodom kocke tako da se ne lijepe za kožu, zatim hladite opečeno područje.

7. Mlijeko

Za manje opekline, namočite opečeno područje u mlijeko na 15 minuta. Također se primjenjuje gaza namočena u mlijeko. Ponovite svakih nekoliko sati kako bi ublažili bol.

8. Lišće trputca

U narodnoj medicini trputac je popularan lijek za liječenje opeklina. Lišće trputca se prvenstveno koristi kao lijek. Svježe lišće trputca izlomite i sok iz lišća nanesite izravno na opekline.

9. Hladna voda

Hladna voda ili hladan oblog na mjestu opekline za deset minuta može ublažiti simptome. Učinite to što prije, po mogućnosti u roku od nekoliko sekundi nakon zadobivanja opekline. Svježa voda ne samo da će vam goditi, već će i pomoći zaustaviti širenje opekline.

10. Tijesto

Napravite tijesto od jednakog dijela sode bikarbone i vode. Na primjer, pomiješajte 1 žlicu sode bikarbone, 1 žlicu hladne vode. Stavite u plastičnu posudu ili zdjelu i pomiješajte. Nanesite nježno na manje opekline i ostavite da djeluje oko 10 minuta. Isperite tijesto s hladnom vodom i pokrijte ranu gazom ili zavojem.

11. Bjelanjak

Bjelanjak nanesite izravno na opeklinu. Kad se osuši, ponovno ga nanesite. Nemojte ga ispirati, već ga nježno utrljajte i prekrijte zavojem.

12. Rajčice

Izrežite rajčice na kriške. Utrljajte rajčice preko opekotine. Kiseline od rajčice će umiriti pečenje i spriječiti pojavu mjehurića.
