Salmonelu ćemo najlakše dobiti u ljetnim mjesecima, a među najčešće oboljelima su djeca i osobe slabijeg imuniteta, piše Centar zdravlja .
Salmonela je vrsta trovanja hranom koju uzrokuje bakterija Salmonella enterica. Obično je uzrokovana konzumacijom sirovog zaraženog mesa, najčešće peradi ili jaja.
Simptomi se obično pojavljuju 12 do 72 sata nakon zaraze i traju 4 do 10 dana ili dok se probavni sustav ne vrati u normalu.
Najčešći simptomi salmonele su:
- mučnina
- povraćanje
- bolovi u trbuhu
- proljev
- groznica
- glavobolja
- zelena stolica
- bolovi u mišićima
- krv u stolici

Salmonela uzrok
Većina se zarazi salmonelom uslijed konzumacije hranom koja je bila u doticaju s kontaminiranim izmetom.
Salmonelom su najčešće zaražene ove namirnice:
- sirovo meso, perad i plodovi mora
- sirova jaja i proizvodi koji sadrže jaja
- voće i povrće
Kako izbjeći salmonelu?
Operite ruke i radne površine sapunom i vodom, odmah nakon kontakta sa sirovim mesom.
Prije termičke obrade, isperite meso pod mlazom vode.
Temeljito perite ruke nakon diranja peradi i ostalih domaćih životinja.
Iz hladnjaka svaki tjedan izbacite namirnice kojima je istekao rok trajanja.
Temeljito operite ruke nakon korištenja WC-a i prije pripremanja hrane.
Za pohranu hrane koristite hladnjak.
Ne poslužujte hranu koja je izvan hladnjaka dulje od četiri sata, piše Centar zdravlja .

Salmonelu ćemo najlakše dobiti u ljetnim mjesecima, a među najčešće oboljelima su djeca i osobe slabijeg imuniteta, piše Centar zdravlja .
Salmonela je vrsta trovanja hranom koju uzrokuje bakterija Salmonella enterica. Obično je uzrokovana konzumacijom sirovog zaraženog mesa, najčešće peradi ili jaja.
Simptomi se obično pojavljuju 12 do 72 sata nakon zaraze i traju 4 do 10 dana ili dok se probavni sustav ne vrati u normalu.

Većina se zarazi salmonelom uslijed konzumacije hranom koja je bila u doticaju s kontaminiranim izmetom.
Salmonelom su najčešće zaražene ove namirnice:
- sirovo meso, perad i plodovi mora
- sirova jaja i proizvodi koji sadrže jaja
- voće i povrće
Kako izbjeći salmonelu?
Operite ruke i radne površine sapunom i vodom, odmah nakon kontakta sa sirovim mesom.
Prije termičke obrade, isperite meso pod mlazom vode.
Temeljito perite ruke nakon diranja peradi i ostalih domaćih životinja.
Iz hladnjaka svaki tjedan izbacite namirnice kojima je istekao rok trajanja.
Temeljito operite ruke nakon korištenja WC-a i prije pripremanja hrane.
Za pohranu hrane koristite hladnjak.
Ne poslužujte hranu koja je izvan hladnjaka dulje od četiri sata, piše Centar zdravlja .
