Problemi sa spavanjem izuzetno su brojni, a među najčešćim krivcima je stres koji je danas vrlo teško u potpunosti izbjeći. Kurkumino mlijeko

Recept za 'zlatno mlijeko'

Sastojci:

- 250 mililitara kokosovog mlijeka

- 1 žličica kurkume

- prstohvat crnog papra

- mali komad đumbira

Priprema:

Izrežite đumbir na tanke kriške (po želji možete koristiti i đumbir u prahu). Zatim ga dodajte kokosovom mlijeku, zajedno s kurkumom i paprom. Smjesu ulijte u lončić i zagrijte. Kad se počnu pojavljivati ​​prvi mjehurići, smanjite temperaturu i kuhajte još oko 5 minuta. Kokosovo mlijeko zatim procijedite kroz gušće cjedilo kako bi se uklonili komadići đumbira. Ako ste koristili đumbir u prahu, preskočite ovaj korak. Na kraju, po potrebi možete dodati malu količinu odabranog zaslađivača.

I kurkuma i đumbir ugodno zagrijavaju, zbog čega brzo počinjete drijemati. Problemi sa spavanjem izuzetno su brojni, a među najčešćim krivcima je stres koji je danas vrlo teško u potpunosti izbjeći. Kurkumino mlijeko

Jedno od najboljih napitaka za smirivanje gastrointestinalnog sustava, koje također pomaže ublažiti negativne učinke stresa je kurkumino ili zlatno mlijeko. Priprema:

Izrežite đumbir na tanke kriške (po želji možete koristiti i đumbir u prahu). Zatim ga dodajte kokosovom mlijeku, zajedno s kurkumom i paprom. Smjesu ulijte u lončić i zagrijte. Problemi sa spavanjem izuzetno su brojni, a među najčešćim krivcima je stres koji je danas vrlo teško u potpunosti izbjeći. Za mnoge ljude negativne posljedice pretjerano stresnog života najizraženije su u snu. Budući da nesanica također može imati izuzetno negativan utjecaj na druga područja života, razumljivo je da oni koji se suočavaju s njom žele rješenja što je prije moguće.

Međutim, ovo dugoročno može donijeti više štete nego koristi. Na primjer, upotreba tableta za spavanje može dovesti do ovisnosti, pa barem za blaže oblike problema sa spavanjem ima smisla najprije isprobati prirodne metode.

Uz stres, postoji još nekoliko čimbenika koji često utječu na probleme sa spavanjem. Uzroci, između ostalog, mogu biti probavni problemi, a ta je veza često prikriven...
