Jetra je izuzetno snažan organ koji igra ključnu ulogu u uklanjanju otpada ili potencijalno opasnih tvari iz tijela. Bez zdrave jetre nema dobrog zdravlja. Čaj od korijena maslačka

Čaj od ovih korijenčića savršen je za poticanje rada jetre ili pomoć jetri u učinkovitijoj detoksikaciji. Zatim smiksajte 1 oguljenu i narezanu bananu, 2 šalice nasjeckanog kelja, 1 šalicu cvjetače (po želji možete koristiti i druge vrste kupusnjača), poja šalice sjemenki nara, 1 šalicu jagoda i pola šalice manga. Ako želite, možete upotrijebiti malo više kurkume i papra te žlicu lanenih sjemenki. Dodajte tekućinu po vašem izboru i dobro promiješajte.

Jetra je izuzetno snažan organ koji igra ključnu ulogu u uklanjanju otpada ili potencijalno opasnih tvari iz tijela. Bez zdrave jetre nema dobrog zdravlja. Čaj od korijena maslačka

Među najčešće spominjanim pozitivnim učincima na jetru je osušeni korijen maslačka, koji je izuzetan izvor važnih antioksidansa. Čaj od ovih korijenčića savršen je za poticanje rada jetre ili pomoć jetri u učinkovitijoj detoksikaciji. Ako niste u prilici sami nabrati korjenčiće maslačka, možete ih kupiti u ljekarni i pripremiti čaj. Za bolji okus i snažniji učinak čaja preporučuje se kombiniranje korijena maslačka s đumbirom, klinčićima i limunom. Uzmite komad đumbira veličine 2,5 cm, ogulite ga i naribajte.

Zatim istresite ove komadiće u šalicu. U cjediljku ili aparat za čaj istresite 1 žlicu suhog korijena maslačka i nekoliko klinčića. Dodajte kipuću vodu, malo promiješajte i pokrijte šalicu tanjurom. Nakon 10 minuta maknite aparat za čaj s korijenjem maslačka i klinčićima. Dodajte još limunovog soka i popijte.

Osvježavajući napitak od citrusa i mente

Prvo zakuhajte 1 litru vode, a zatim u nju istresite šaku svježih listova metvice. Smanjite temperaturu i pokrijte lonac te zagrijte još oko 5 minuta. Zatim maknite lonac sa štednjaka i pustite da se smjesa ohladi prije nego što je procijedite. Na kraju dodajte sok od pola limuna i jedne naranče. Dobro promiješajte, po potrebi malo ohladite i popijte.

Čaj od kurkumina s dodatkom đumbira

Kurkuma i đumbir sadrže puno antioksidansa ili protuupalnih sastojaka, pa su to začini koji su, između ostalog, izvrsna pomoć jetri. Zakuhajte pola litre vode, a zatim smanjite temperaturu i dodajte pola žličica kurkume u prahu, pola žličica svježe nasjeckanog korijena đumbira i prstohvat papra (to će osigurati bolju apsorpciju kurkumina - ključnog sastojka kurkume). Dobro promiješajte i kuhajte dok pola tekućine ne ispari. Zatim ulijte tekućinu u šalicu i pijte toplo.

Smoothie od cikle i zelenog lisnatog povrća

Uzmite ciklu srednje veličine, očistite je i ogulite. Izrežite je na manje komade i sameljite u kuhinjskom blenderu. Dodajte oprano zeleno lisnato povrće po vašem izboru, 1 jabuku, 1 oguljeni krastavac i oguljeni limun. Na kraju dodajte još malo vode i sve zajedno dobro promiješajte da dobijete tekući smoothie.

Smoothie s kupusnjačama i voćem

Kupusnjače su izvrstan izvor glutationa - antioksidansa koji je izuzetno važan za zdravu jetru. Glutation potiče djelovanje jetrenih enzima koji igraju ključnu ulogu u detoksikaciji. U skupinu kupusnjača spadaju namirnice poput cvjetače, brokule, kupusa, kelja i prokulice. Potrebno vam je 300 mililitara bilo kojeg biljnog mlijeka ili vode.

Zatim smiksajte 1 oguljenu i narezanu bananu, 2 šalice nasjeckanog kelja, 1 šalicu cvjetače (po želji možete koristiti i druge vrste kupusnjača), poja šalice sjemenki nara, 1 šalicu jagoda i pola šalice manga. Ako želite, možete upotrijebiti malo više kurkume i papra te žlicu lanenih sjemenki. Dodajte tekućinu po vašem izboru i dobro promiješajte.
