Apliciranje dermalnih filera estetski je postupak na koji pacijentice i pacijenti imaju najviše pritužbi, pokazalo je novo britansko istraživanje koje su proveli prodavatelj kozmetike Just My Look i vladin registar akreditiranih estetskih liječnika Save Face, objavio je Aesthetic Medicine. Analizirali su 2824 pritužbe koje je u prošloj godini primio Save Face i pokazalo se da se najveći broj, njih 1948, odnosio na dermalne filere, a čak 67 posto od toga (oko 1300) na filere u usnicama, piše Gloria.

Pacijenti vijesti o neuspješnim tretmanima šire i preko društvenih mreža, ponajviše TikToka, pa je #lipfillergonewrong imao 91,3 milijuna pregleda u 820 videa. Druga lokacija za punila na koju se pacijenti najviše žale su obrazi, na njih se odnosilo 12 posto pritužbi na filere.

Nakon filera, najviše se osoba žalilo na botoks (botulinum toksin), njih 677 ili 24 posto od ukupnog broja. Smatra se da su u više od 20 posto tih slučajeva osobe dobile nelicencirani ili krivotvoreni botulinum toksin. Na trećem su mjestu sa 118 pritužbi niti za zatezanje (thread lifts), postupak čija je popularnost nedavno skočila u nebesa – tzv. lisičje oči (fox eyes), trend inspiriran supermodelima kao što su Bella Hadid i Kendall Jenner, na TikToku su u razdoblju istraživanja prikupile oko 182 milijuna pregleda. Zanimljivo je da je čak 89 posto onih koji su podnosili pritužbe, liječnika ili „liječnika” pronašlo na društvenim mrežama, a 84 posto tvrdilo je da ih je izvoditelj postupka ignorirao ili blokirao kada su pokušali potražiti pomoć.

„U sigurnim rukama nekirurški estetski tretmani mogu nam pomoći da izgledamo i osjećamo se bolje, manje su invazivni i od njih se lakše oporavlja nego od kirurških zahvata. Međutim, nisu bez rizika. To su medicinski postupci koji mogu izazvati ozbiljne komplikacije ako ih ne radi osoba kompetentna za sigurno provođenje liječenja te za prepoznavanje i rješavanje mogućih komplikacija, koje mogu biti i vrlo ozbiljne. Primjerice, kod filera može doći do infekcije, nekroze tkiva, sljepoće”, upozorio je direktor Save Facea Ashton Collins i naglasio kako na estetske tretmane, koliko god se neinvazivnima činili, treba odlaziti isključivo kod kvalificiranih liječnika, a ne kod priučenih laika, piše Gloria.

Apliciranje dermalnih filera estetski je postupak na koji pacijentice i pacijenti imaju najviše pritužbi, pokazalo je novo britansko istraživanje koje su proveli prodavatelj kozmetike Just My Look i vladin registar akreditiranih estetskih liječnika Save Face, objavio je Aesthetic Medicine. Analizirali su 2824 pritužbe koje je u prošloj godini primio Save Face i pokazalo se da se najveći broj, njih 1948, odnosio na dermalne filere, a čak 67 posto od toga (oko 1300) na filere u usnicama, piše Gloria.

Pacijenti vijesti o neuspješnim tretmanima šire i preko društvenih mreža, ponajviše TikToka, pa je #lipfillergonewrong imao 91,3 milijuna pregleda u 820 videa. Druga lokacija za punila na koju se pacijenti najviše žale su obrazi, na njih se odnosilo 12 posto pritužbi na filere.

Nakon filera, najviše se osoba žalilo na botoks (botulinum toksin), njih 677 ili 24 posto od ukupnog broja. Smatra se da su u više od 20 posto tih slučajeva osobe dobile nelicencirani ili krivotvoreni botulinum toksin. Na trećem su mjestu sa 118 pritužbi niti za zatezanje (thread lifts), postupak čija je popularnost nedavno skočila u nebesa – tzv. lisičje oči (fox eyes), trend inspiriran supermodelima kao što su Bella Hadid i Kendall Jenner, na TikToku su u razdoblju istraživanja prikupile oko 182 milijuna pregleda. Zanimljivo je da je čak 89 posto onih koji su podnosili pritužbe, liječnika ili „liječnika” pronašlo na društvenim mrežama, a 84 posto tvrdilo je da ih je izvoditelj postupka ignorirao ili blokirao kada su pokušali potražiti pomoć.

„U sigurnim rukama nekirurški estetski tretmani mogu nam pomoći da izgledamo i osjećamo se bolje, manje su invazivni i od njih se lakše oporavlja nego od kirurških zahvata. Međutim, nisu bez rizika. To su medicinski postupci koji mogu izazvati ozbiljne komplikacije ako ih ne radi osoba kompetentna za sigurno provođenje liječenja te za prepoznavanje i rješavanje mogućih komplikacija, koje mogu biti i vrlo ozbiljne. Primjerice, kod filera može doći do infekcije, nekroze tkiva, sljepoće”, upozorio je direktor Save Facea Ashton Collins i naglasio kako na estetske tretmane, koliko god se neinvazivnima činili, treba odlaziti isključivo kod kvalificiranih liječnika, a ne kod priučenih laika, piše Gloria.

Apliciranje dermalnih filera estetski je postupak na koji pacijentice i pacijenti imaju najviše pritužbi, pokazalo je novo britansko istraživanje koje su proveli prodavatelj kozmetike Just My Look i vladin registar akreditiranih estetskih liječnika Save Face, objavio je Aesthetic Medicine. Analizirali su 2824 pritužbe koje je u prošloj godini primio Save Face i pokazalo se da se najveći broj, njih 1948, odnosio na dermalne filere, a čak 67 posto od toga (oko 1300) na filere u usnicama, piše Gloria.

Pacijenti vijesti o neuspješnim tretmanima šire i preko društvenih mreža, ponajviše TikToka, pa je #lipfillergonewrong imao 91,3 milijuna pregleda u 820 videa. Druga lokacija za punila na koju se pacijenti najviše žale su obrazi, na njih se odnosilo 12 posto pritužbi na filere....
