S lijekovima se zaista ne treba igrati. Uvijek prije uzimanja trebalo bi pročitati što piše u uputstvima, a ako neki lijek koristite godinama sada je idealna prilika da to učinite ponovno i podsjetite se.

Većina ljudi toga je svjesna, ali ono o čemu možda nikada niste razmišljali je s čim pijete lijekove. Neki se moraju piti na tašte, a to znači da ne biste trebali ništa jesti ni piti pola sata nakon uzimanja, a voda je zapravo najbolji izbor uz koji biste trebali konzumirati lijekove.

Novo istraživanje magazina Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal bavi se upravo time - s čime piti svoje lijekove, a pokazalo se da je popis pića koja biste trebali izbjegavati poprilično dug. U nekim slučajevima može biti i opasno kombinirati neke lijekove i napitke pa svakako provjerite što se nikako ne smije uzimati zajedno, a što može biti dobro za apsorpciju lijeka, piše Ordinacija.hr.

Kava

Osim što se kofein može uplesti u razgradnju lijeka, kava se uglavnom pije na višoj temperaturi, a sve to može promijeniti kemijske sastave lijeka, ali i vrijeme apsorpcije.

Stručnjaci su davno prije došli do spoznaje kako kava može oslabiti učinak antipsihotika poput litija i klozapina, a pojačati učinak i nuspojave nekih drugih lijekova. Među njima su aspirin, epinefrin (koristi se za liječenje ozbiljnih alergijskih reakcija) i salbutamol (u obliku inhalatora za bolesti dišnih putova). Kava može otežati vašem organizmu iskorištavanje željeza koje ste unijeli u organizam.

Sok od naranče

Poznato je da naranča ima visok udjel vitamina C, pa tako i njezin sok može biti napitak koji će vam pomoći kada se ne osjećate najbolje. Ovom studijom se pokazalo i da naranča može utjecati na apsorpciju lijekova na ispravan način.

Gazirani sokovi

Vjerojatno više ne moramo ponavljati kako većina gaziranih napitaka nikako nije dobra za vaše zdravlje, niti spominjati kako šećer utječe na upalne proces. No upravo se za ovaj popularni napitak ispostavilo da će pozitivno utjecati na vrijeme razgradnje lijeka u organizmu i to kod većine lijekova koji su korišteni u studiji, osim onih koji tretiraju simptome alergije, piše Ordinacija.hr.

Energetski napici

Nakon studije su znanstvenici zaključili kako i ovakvi napici nisu dobrodošli kada pijete lijekove. Energetska pića sadrže povećanu količinu kofeina. Suprotno nazivu, energetska pića nisu direktan izvor energije. Preko dodanih sastojaka potiču bolje iskorištenje energije organizma, a sadržajem kofeina djeluju stimulirajuće, stoji na stranicama HZJZ-a.

Pri njihovoj konzumaciji dolazi do stimulacije rada srca i povećava se krvni tlak ( katkada i do granice osjetnog lupanja srca ), uzrokuje dehidraciju, izlučivanje vode iz tijela, a smanjuje i potrebu za spavanjem.

Mlaćenica

Već se prije govorilo o tome kako mliječni proizvodi nisu najbolji odbir kada pijete lijekove. Možda vam ni nije palo na pamet piti lijek s mlaćenicom, ali ova je studija otkrila kako može utjecati na djelovanje lijeka. Glavni krivci zašto se mliječni proizvodi ne ljube mogu biti neki minerali u mlijeku, poput magnezija i kalcija te protein kazein.

Sok od grejpa

Ovaj agrum mijenja način na koji određene stanice u vašim crijevima prihvaćaju i prenose lijekove kroz vaše tijelo, a to se znalo i puno prije ove studije. Grejp može negativno djelovati na učinak više od 50 lijekova, tako da nekim lijekovima oslabi učinak, a drugima pojača. Među ostalim lijekovima to su feksofenadin protiv alergija ili atorvastatin za snižavanje razine kolesterola u krvi.

S lijekovima se zaista ne treba igrati. Uvijek prije uzimanja trebalo bi pročitati što piše u uputstvima, a ako neki lijek koristite godinama sada je idealna prilika da to učinite ponovno i podsjetite se.

Većina ljudi toga je svjesna, ali ono o čemu možda nikada niste razmišljali je s čim pijete lijekove. Neki se moraju piti na tašte, a to znači da ne biste trebali ništa jesti ni piti pola sata nakon uzimanja, a voda je zapravo najbolji izbor uz koji biste trebali konzumirati lijekove.

Novo istraživanje magazina Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal bavi se upravo time - s čime piti svoje lijekove, a pokazalo se da je popis pića koja biste trebali izbjegavati poprilično dug. U nekim slučajevima može biti i opasno kombinirati neke lijekove i napitke pa svakako provjerite što se nikako ne smije uzimati zajedno, a što može biti dobro za apsorpciju lijeka, piše Ordinacija.hr.

Kava

Osim što se kofein može uplesti u razgradnju lijeka, kava se uglavnom pije na višoj temperaturi, a sve to može promijeniti kemijske sastave lijeka, ali i vrijeme apsorpcije.

Stručnjaci su davno prije došli do spoznaje kako kava može oslabiti učinak antipsihotika poput litija i klozapina, a pojačati učinak i nuspojave nekih drugih lijekova. Među njima su aspirin, epinefrin (koristi se za liječenje ozbiljnih alergijskih reakcija) i salbutamol (u obliku inhalatora za bolesti dišnih putova). Kava može otežati vašem organizmu iskorištavanje željeza koje ste unijeli u organizam.

Sok od naranče

Poznato je da naranča ima visok udjel vitamina C, pa tako i njezin sok može biti napitak koji će vam pomoći kada se ne osjećate najbolje. Ovom studijom se pokazalo i da naranča može utjecati na apsorpciju lijekova na ispravan način.

Gazirani sokovi

Vjerojatno više ne moramo ponavljati kako većina gaziranih napitaka nikako nije dobra za vaše zdravlje, niti spominjati kako šećer utječe na upalne proces. No upravo se za ovaj popularni napitak ispostavilo da će pozitivno utjecati na vrijeme razgradnje lijeka u organizmu i to kod većine lijekova koji su korišteni u studiji, osim onih koji tretiraju simptome alergije, piše Ordinacija.hr.

Energetski napici

Nakon studije su znanstvenici zaključili kako i ovakvi napici nisu dobrodošli kada pijete lijekove. Energetska pića sadrže povećanu količinu kofeina. Suprotno nazivu, energetska pića nisu direktan izvor energije. Preko dodanih sastojaka potiču bolje iskorištenje energije organizma, a sadržajem kofeina djeluju stimulirajuće, stoji na stranicama HZJZ-a.

Pri njihovoj konzumaciji dolazi do stimulacije rada srca i povećava se krvni tlak ( katkada i do granice osjetnog lupanja srca ), uzrokuje dehidraciju, izlučivanje vode iz tijela, a smanjuje i potrebu za spavanjem.

Mlaćenica

Već se prije govorilo o tome kako mliječni proizvodi nisu najbolji odbir kada pijete lijekove. Možda vam ni nije palo na pamet piti lijek s mlaćenicom, ali ova je studija otkrila kako može utjecati na djelovanje lijeka. Glavni krivci zašto se mliječni proizvodi ne ljube mogu biti neki minerali u mlijeku, poput magnezija i kalcija te protein kazein.

Sok od grejpa

Ovaj agrum mijenja način na koji određene stanice u vašim crijevima prihvaćaju i prenose lijekove kroz vaše tijelo, a to se znalo i puno prije ove studije. Grejp može negativno djelovati na učinak više od 50 lijekova, tako da nekim lijekovima oslabi učinak, a drugima pojača. Među ostalim lijekovima to su feksofenadin protiv alergija ili atorvastatin za snižavanje razine kolesterola u krvi.
