Kolesterol je lipid potreban tijelu za pravilan rad. Međutim, previše lošeg kolesterola može povećati mogućnost obolijevanja od bolesti srca i moždanog udara. Čestog naziva tihi ubojica, visok kolesterol ne mora uvijek pokazati simptome upozorenja prije nego što dovede do neželjenih zdravstvenih rizika. Međutim, ponekad se znakovi mogu pojaviti, primjerice, na ušima.

Visok kolesterol i gubitak sluha

Ako se ne liječe, slušne sposobnosti mogu se s vremenom pogoršati. Visok kolesterol nakupljen u arterijama će dovesti do njihovog sužavanja ograničavajući pritom zdrav protok krvi za pravilan rad ušiju. prerađene mesne proizvode.

Također je važno smanjiti konzumaciju hrane koja sadrži kokosovo ili palmino ulje. Oni mogu biti prisutni u pakiranoj hrani koju kupujete, stoga prvo provjerite popis sastojaka.

Osim gubitka sluha, visoki kolesterol može se očitovati i drugim simptomima kao što su oteknuti zglobovi ruku, koljena ili Ahilove tetive na stražnjoj strani gležnja. Uz sve navedeno, simptom visokog kolesterola mogu biti male žute nakupine u blizini unutarnjeg kuta oka, piše Živim.
