Treba brzo poduzeti akciju

Također se posavjetujte sa svojim liječnikom ako vaše dijete ima proljev šest ili više puta u 24 sata ili ako povraća tri ili više puta u 24 sata. Uzimanjem krvi ili urina, liječnik će provjeriti ravnotežu kalija i natrija u tijelu.

Znakovi dehidracije u odraslih

Znakovi dehidracije kod odraslih su: rjeđe mokrenje, apatija ili umor, vrtoglavica, mučnina, glavobolja, grčevi u mišićima, suha usta, jezik, oči, upale oči, ubrzani rad srca.

Uz još jaču dehidraciju, znakovi su sljedeći: apatija i krhkost, zbunjenost, nemogućnost izlučivanja mokraće nakon osam sati, bljedilo, ubrzani rad srca, gubitak svijesti, vrtoglavica kad ustanete i ona ne prolazi nakon nekoliko sekundi.

Meteorolozi najavaljuju još nekoliko jako vrućih dana, moguće i bablje ljeto, što je idealno za rujanski godišnji odmor, osobito za obitelji s malom djecom koja nisu školski obveznici. Naravo, to ne znači da se bez zaštite treba izlagati suncu kada je ono najjače, i zaboraviti da tijekom putovanja automobilom ili brodom dijete može dehidrirati ako mu se ne nadoknađuje tekućina, što može biti vrlo opasno stanje.

Znakovi i simptomi dehidracije razlikuju se obzirom na starost. Dojenčad i mala djeca skloniji su tome nego odrasli, pa je važno znati koji su znakovi dehidracije. U novorođenčadi, obratite pažnju na upozorenja: samo nekoliko suza ili nimalo suza tijekom plakanja, meko udubljenje na vrhu glave, suhe pelene tri sata, suha usta, tamnožuta mokraća, neobična vrtoglavica, neobično brzo disanje, dlanovi i stopala hladniji.

Koji su najčešći znakovi dehidracije?

Voda je presudna za život. Više od dvije trećine našeg tijela čini voda. To ima važne funkcije kao što su vlaženje očiju i zglobova, održavanje zdravlja kože, ispiranje toksina iz tijela, poticanje probave. Većini odraslih treba osam do deset čaša vode dnevno, iako je ovo samo približna procjena koja se može razlikovati iz nekoliko razloga, poput vremenskih prilika.

Međutim, ako naše tijelo ne dobiva dovoljno vode, jednostavno ne radi ispravno. Ravnoteža minerala u njemu je poremećena. Ako se ništa ne poduzme, može doći do oštećenja mozga ili, u ekstremnim slučajevima, smrti. Stoga je u slučaju ozbiljne dehidracije potrebna hitna medicinska pomoć.

Znakovi dehidracije u djece

Znakovi umjerene dehidracije kod djece su: opća malaksalost, razdražljivost ili lijenost, rjeđe mokrenje, brže disanje (dijete između 6 i 12 mjeseci treba udahnuti više od 50 puta u minuti, a dijete starije od 12 mjeseci više od 40 puta po minuti). Puls im postaje neobično brz (više od 160 otkucaja u minuti kod djeteta mlađeg od jedne godine, preko 150 otkucaja u minuti kod djeteta u dobi od jedne do tri godine i preko 140 otkucaja u minuti kod djeteta u dobi od dvije do pet godina).

Znakovi teške dehidracije kod djece su: manja samosvijest, blijeda, perutava koža, hladne ruke i stopala, cirkulacija se usporava, ubrzano disanje i rad srca.
Treba brzo poduzeti akciju

Što učiniti u slučaju dehidracije? Piti, naravno. Ali ne zaboravimo da djeci ne dajemo samo vodu jer ona može razrijediti minerale u tijelu. Dajte im otopinu za rehidraciju. Uz majčino mlijeko, u slučaju dehidracije, trebali bismo je davati i bebama, jer će to nadomjestiti izgubljene soli i šećere.

Ako sumnjate da je vaše novorođenče ili malo dijete dehidrirani, najbolje je odmah posjetiti liječnika, čak i ako simptomi nisu toliko izraženi. Također se posavjetujte sa svojim liječnikom ako vaše dijete ima proljev šest ili više puta u 24 sata ili ako povraća tri ili više puta u 24 sata. Uzimanjem krvi ili urina, liječnik će provjeriti ravnotežu kalija i natrija u tijelu.

Znakovi dehidracije u odraslih

Znakovi dehidracije kod odraslih su: rjeđe mokrenje, apatija ili umor, vrtoglavica, mučnina, glavobolja, grčevi u mišićima, suha usta, jezik, oči, upale oči, ubrzani rad srca.

Uz još jaču dehidraciju, znakovi su sljedeći: apatija i krhkost, zbunjenost, nemogućnost izlučivanja mokraće nakon osam sati, bljedilo, ubrzani rad srca, gubitak svijesti, vrtoglavica kad ustanete i ona ne prolazi nakon nekoliko sekundi.

Meteorolozi najavaljuju još nekoliko jako vrućih dana, moguće i bablje ljeto, što je idealno za rujanski godišnji odmor, osobito za obitelji s malom djecom koja nisu školski obveznici. Naravo, to ne znači da se bez zaštite treba izlagati suncu kada je ono najjače, i zaboraviti da tijekom putovanja automobilom ili brodom dijete može dehidrirati ako mu se ne nadoknađuje tekućina, što može biti vrlo opasno stanje.

Znakovi i simptomi dehidracije razlikuju se obzirom na starost. Dojenčad i mala djeca skloniji su tome nego odrasli, pa je važno znati koji su znakovi dehidracije. U novorođenčadi, obratite pažnju na upozorenja: samo nekoliko suza ili nimalo suza tijekom plakanja, meko udubljenje na vrhu glave, suhe pelene tri sata, suha usta, tamnožuta mokraća, neobična vrtoglavica,...
