Blijede ili plutajuće stolice

Jetra su jedan od najvažnijih organa u tijelu, odgovorna za detoksikaciju krvi, metabolizam masti i ugljikohidrata te stvaranje biokemijskih molekula važnih za funkcioniranje drugih dijelova tijela. Ali ako ne rade dobro, mogu uzrokovati ozbiljne, čak i smrtonosne zdravstvene probleme. Nekoliko je znakova koji mogu upućivati na bolest jetre i ako imate neki od ovih znakova odmah otiđite liječniku, piše Živim.

Oteklina

Zadržavanje tekućine najčešći je simptom oštećene jetre, prema klinici Cleveland. Doživljava ga svaka druga osoba s cirozom, najtežim oblikom bolesti jetre, u kojem ožiljno tkivo zamjenjuje zdravo. Zadržavanje tekućine može uzrokovati oticanje ruku, nogu ili trbuha. Nastaje kada jetra više ne može proizvesti albumin, protein koji sprječava istjecanje tekućine iz krvnih žila u tkivo. Ta tekućina koja curi može se nakupiti u gležnjevima, nogama i trbuhu, uzrokujući bolno oticanje.

Žutica

Žutilo očiju ili kože je još jedan čest znak oštećenja jetre. Događa se kada jetra iz krvi optimalno ne filtrira bilirubin, prirodnu kemikaliju koju proizvode crvene krvne stanice. To može uzrokovati da oči i koža poprime žućkasti ton. Žutica je obično prvi znak, a ponekad i jedini znak bolesti jetre, navode u Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Tamni urin

Može biti narančast ili smećkast, a njegova tamnija boja može upućivati na nakupljanje bilirubina u krvi. Ako primijetite da vam je urin tamniji od normalnog, dobro je kontaktirati svog liječnika što je prije moguće.

Neki ljudi s oštećenjem jetre mogu primijetiti promjene u stolici. One su svjetlije od uobičajenih (od žućkaste do glinene boje, bjelkaste ili čak sive) jer oštećena jetra ima problema s obradom žuči, koja stolici daje smeđu boju. Plutajuća stolica može biti znak da oštećena jetra više nije u stanju optimalno obrađivati masti.

Bol u trbuhu

Jetra se nalazi na gornjoj desnoj strani trbuha, iza i odmah ispod prsnog koša. Oštećena jetra može nabreknuti i pritiskati obližnja tkiva i uzrokujući bol.

Jetra su jedan od najvažnijih organa u tijelu, odgovorna za detoksikaciju krvi, metabolizam masti i ugljikohidrata te stvaranje biokemijskih molekula važnih za funkcioniranje drugih dijelova tijela. Ali ako ne rade dobro, mogu uzrokovati ozbiljne, čak i smrtonosne zdravstvene probleme. Nekoliko je znakova koji mogu upućivati na bolest jetre i ako imate neki od ovih znakova odmah otiđite liječniku, piše Živim.

Zadržavanje tekućine najčešći je simptom oštećene jetre, prema klinici Cleveland. Doživljava ga svaka druga osoba s cirozom, najtežim oblikom bolesti jetre, u kojem ožiljno tkivo zamjenjuje zdravo. Zadržavanje tekućine može uzrokovati oticanje ruku, nogu ili trbuha. Nastaje kada jetra više ne može proizvesti albumin, protein koji sprječava istjecanje tekućine iz krvn...
