Postajete umorni i lako gubite dah
Ako se redovite suočavate s manjkom energije to može biti znak različitih problema. Na primjer, možda ste bolesni, imate previše posla ili ne spavate dobro.

Svatko tko želi ostati što je više moguće u formi i zdrav vjerojatno zna da je ključno jesti uravnotežene i hranjive obroke koji će osigurati odgovarajuću količinu vitamina i minerala.
No, istodobno ponekad nam to i ne uspijeva pa se logičnim čini uzimanje dodataka prehrani.
Međutim, ponekad se nađemo i u nedoumici koje bismo vitamine zapravo trebali uzimati.
Prema nekim podacima, trećina populacije baš zato poseže za multivitaminima, piše Živim.hr.
Ali, kao i sa svakim dodatkom prehrani, važno je otkriti znakove koji upućuju na to da su vam potrebni baš multivitamini.

Postajete umorni i lako gubite dah
Ako se redovite suočavate s manjkom energije to može biti znak različitih problema. Na primjer, možda ste bolesni, imate previše posla ili ne spavate dobro.
Ako uz umor i teško dišete, trebali biste obavezno provjeriti zdravlje svojih pluća. Ali, također, manjak energije može biti znak da ste anemični ili da imate niske zalihe željeza.
- Ako želite podići razinu željeza, uzimanje multivitamina sa željezom poboljšat će kvalitetu crvenih krvnih zrnaca, što će podići razinu energije i transport kisika.

- Ako imate više od tri do četiri prehlade godišnje, to bi mogao biti znak da vam nedostaju ključne hranjive tvari za jak imunitet. Dobar imunosni sustav pomaže u borbi protiv infekcija, prehlade i bolesti, a nutrijenti koji su neophodni imunitetu, poput vitamina C, A i D, možete unijeti multivitaminskim pripravcima - naglašava Moriarty.
Skloni ste ozljedama
Prijelom kosti ili dugotrajno cijeljenje rane još su jedan znak da vam možda nestaju neki vitamini i minerali.
- Kalcij i vitamin D imaju veliku ulogu u zdravlju i cjelovitosti kostiju, a ako vam nedostaje jedan ili čak oba, to biste mogli osjetiti u vašim kostima - kaže nutricionistica. Uz kalcij i vitamin D često se u ovoj kombinaciji nalaze i vitamin K te magnezij.
