S gubitkom kose susreće se veliki broj muškaraca, a najnovije istraživanje pokazalo je kako do ćelavosti može dovesti i prevelika konzumacija zaslađenih napitaka.

Studiju su proveli znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta Tsinghua u Pekingu. Sudjelovalo je više od 1000 muškaraca (od siječnja do travnja 2022.) između 18 do 45 godina te su se uspoređivale njihove životne navike i gubitak kose.

Otkrilo se da je gubitak kose bio čak 30 posto češći među onim muškarcima koji su svakodnevno pili najmanje jedan zaslađeni napitak poput gaziranog soka, energetskog ili sportskog napitka, zaslađene kave ili čaja (ukupno između jedne do tri litre tjedno).

Osim toga, oni koji su pili više od jednog zaslađenog pića dnevno imali su još veću vjerojatnost gubitka kose. Taj rizik bio je čak 42 posto veći u odnosu na one koji ova pića konzumiraju rijetko ili ih uopće ne konzumiraju, piše Živim.hr.

Istraživanje objavljeno u časopisu Gut otkrilo je zlokobnu vezu između zaslađenih pića i raka debelog crijeva.

Značajna prijetnja

Utvrđeno je da žene koje piju dva ili više zaslađena soka svaki dan udvostručuju rizik od raka crijeva prije 50. godine.

Zaslađena pića te sportska i energetska pića puna šećera predstavljaju značajnu prijetnju, pokazalo je istraživanje.

Znanstvenici su pratili 95.464 sudionika tijekom 24 godine, uzimajući u obzir njihovu obiteljsku povijest raka crijeva, način života i ono što su jeli i pili.

Stručnjaci su zaključili da konzumacija zaslađenih pića može značajno doprinijeti ranom nastanku raka crijeva.

Dodaje se i da smanjenje unosa i/ili zamjena drugim zdravijim pićima među adolescentima i mladim odraslim osobama može poslužiti kao potencijalna akcijska strategija za ublažavanje rastućeg tereta raka crijeva prije 50. godine.

Godišnje u svijetu od ovog raka oboli više od 1.500.000 ljudi, dok skoro više od polovice tog broja umire.

Prema procjenama interaktivne baze podatka o incidenciji i mortalitetu od raka Međunarodne agencije za istraživanje raka (IARC) u 2020. godini u svijetu je dijagnosticirano skoro dva milijuna novih slučajeva raka debelog crijeva u oba spola, a više od 930.000 ljudi je umrlo od ove bolesti. To je treće najčešće sijelo raka, ali i drugi uzrok smrti među oboljelima od raka u svijetu.

S gubitkom kose susreće se veliki broj muškaraca, a najnovije istraživanje pokazalo je kako do ćelavosti može dovesti i prevelika konzumacija zaslađenih napitaka.

Studiju su proveli znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta Tsinghua u Pekingu. Sudjelovalo je više od 1000 muškaraca (od siječnja do travnja 2022.) između 18 do 45 godina te su se uspoređivale njihove životne navike i gubitak kose.

Otkrilo se da je gubitak kose bio čak 30 posto češći među onim muškarcima koji su svakodnevno pili najmanje jedan zaslađeni napitak poput gaziranog soka, energetskog ili sportskog napitka, zaslađene kave ili čaja (ukupno između jedne do tri litre tjedno).

Osim toga, oni koji su pili više od jednog zaslađenog pića dnevno imali su još veću vjerojatnost gubitka kose. Taj rizik bio je čak 42 posto veći u odnosu na one koji ova pića konzumiraju rijetko ili ih uopće ne konzumiraju, piše Živim.hr.

Istraživanje objavljeno u časopisu Gut otkrilo je zlokobnu vezu između zaslađenih pića i raka debelog crijeva.

Značajna prijetnja

Utvrđeno je da žene koje piju dva ili više zaslađena soka svaki dan udvostručuju rizik od raka crijeva prije 50. godine.

Zaslađena pića te sportska i energetska pića puna šećera predstavljaju značajnu prijetnju, pokazalo je istraživanje.

Znanstvenici su pratili 95.464 sudionika tijekom 24 godine, uzimajući u obzir njihovu obiteljsku povijest raka crijeva, način života i ono što su jeli i pili.

Stručnjaci su zaključili da konzumacija zaslađenih pića može značajno doprinijeti ranom nastanku raka crijeva.

Dodaje se i da smanjenje unosa i/ili zamjena drugim zdravijim pićima među adolescentima i mladim odraslim osobama može poslužiti kao potencijalna akcijska strategija za ublažavanje rastućeg tereta raka crijeva prije 50. godine.

Godišnje u svijetu od ovog raka oboli više od 1.500.000 ljudi, dok skoro više od polovice tog broja umire.

Prema procjenama interaktivne baze podatka o incidenciji i mortalitetu od raka Međunarodne agencije za istraživanje raka (IARC) u 2020. godini u svijetu je dijagnosticirano skoro dva milijuna novih slučajeva raka debelog crijeva u oba spola, a više od 930.000 ljudi je umrlo od ove bolesti. To je treće najčešće sijelo raka, ali i drugi uzrok smrti među oboljelima od raka u svijetu.

Omiljeno piće mnogih muškaraca može uzrokovati ćelavost, istraživanje otkrilo i zlokobnu vezu s rakom crijeva

S gubitkom kose susreće se veliki broj muškaraca, a najnovije istraživanje pokazalo je kako do ćelavosti može dovesti i prevelika konzumacija zaslađenih napitaka.

Studiju su proveli znanstvenici sa Sveučilišta Tsinghua u Pekingu. Sudjelovalo je više od 1000 muškaraca (od siječnja do travnja 2022.) između 18 do 45 godina te su se uspoređivale njihove životne navike i gubitak kose.

Otkrilo se da je gubitak kose bio čak 30 posto češći među onim muškarcima koji su svakodnevno pili najmanje jedan zaslađeni napitak poput gaziranog soka, energetskog ili sportskog napitka, zaslađene kave ili čaja (ukupno između jedne do tri litre tjedno).

Osim toga, oni koji su pili više od jednog zaslađenog pića dnevno imali su još veću vjerojatnost gubitka kose. Taj rizik bio je čak 42 p...
