Australska nutricionistica "dekodirala" je što znači kada iznenada dobijemo želju za određenom hranom, i to u većim količinama. Ponekad smo gladni i jasno nam je da će bilo što zadovoljiti potrebe našeg tijela za hranjivim tvarima, ali ponekad su iznenadne želje za određenom vrstom hrane znak da tijelu nedostaje vrijednih tvari.

Australska nutricionistica "dekodirala" je što znači kada iznenada dobijemo želju za određenom hranom, i to u većim količinama. Što znači ako žudite za slanom hranom?
Ako iznenada osjetite potrebu za nečim slanim, poput čipsa ili kikirikija, to je signal neravnoteže elektrolita. Sličnu potrebu osjetit ćete i ako ste, primjerice, išli na trening. Tada tijelo izbacuje elektrolite kroz znoj i šalje vam signal da ih trebate nadoknaditi.

Želja za slatkim bit će zadovoljena ako jedete orašaste plodove, piletinu, jaja, sir ili povrće jarkih boja.
Želju za slanom hranom zadovoljit ćete orašastim plodovima, masnom ribom i proizvodima od kozjeg mlijeka.
Želja za gaziranim pićima "riješit" ćete se ako popijete mlijeko ili jogurt, ili pojedete sardine ili sir.
