Jaja su izvor kolesterola, ali istovremeno sadrže i vrlo hranjive tvari. Postoje kontradiktorni dokazi je li konzumacija jaja štetna ili zdrava za srce. Primjerice, studija objavljena 2018. u časopisu Heart u kojoj je sudjelovalo oko pola milijuna odraslih u Kini, otkrila je da osobe koje na dnevnoj bazi konzumiraju jedno jaje, imaju značajno niži rizik od srčanih bolesti i infarkta od osoba koje jedu jaja puno rjeđe, prenosi N1.

Kako bi bolje shvatili procese koji utječu na zdravlje, autori nove studije istražili su kako konzumacija jaja utječe na markere kardiovaskularnih bolesti u krvi.

Profesor sa Sveučilišta Peking Lang Pan s timom je odabrao 4.778 sudionika u istraživanju od kojih je 3,401 imao neku kardiovaskularnu bolest, a 1,377 osoba nije. Mjerili su metabolite u plazmi iz krvi pacijenata. Više od 20 vrsta metabolita povezali su s razinom konzumacije jaja.

Analiza je pokazala da osobe, koje su umjereno jele jaja, imaju više razine bjelančevina u krvi kao i molekula koje pomažu u čišćenju kolesterola u krvnim žilama i štite od začepljenja koje može dovesti do infarkta.

Kod osoba koje su jele manje jaja, razine dobrih metabolita su bile niže, a štetnih više, u usporedbi s osobama koje su redovno jele jaja, piše Science Daily.

“Naši rezultati pokazuju kako umjerena konzumacija jaja može poomoći u zaštiti zdravlja srca”, rekao je Canqing Yu, također profesor na Sveučilištu Peking.

Dodatna istraživanja su potrebna da bi se detaljno otkrile poveznice, no autori naglašavaju da i ovo mogu biti dobre smjernice u kreiranju nacionalnih politika.

Jaja su izvor kolesterola, ali istovremeno sadrže i vrlo hranjive tvari. Postoje kontradiktorni dokazi je li konzumacija jaja štetna ili zdrava za srce. Primjerice, studija objavljena 2018. u časopisu Heart u kojoj je sudjelovalo oko pola milijuna odraslih u Kini, otkrila je da osobe koje na dnevnoj bazi konzumiraju jedno jaje, imaju značajno niži rizik od srčanih bolesti i infarkta od osoba koje jedu jaja puno rjeđe, prenosi N1.

Kako bi bolje shvatili procese koji utječu na zdravlje, autori nove studije istražili su kako konzumacija jaja utječe na markere kardiovaskularnih bolesti u krvi.

Profesor sa Sveučilišta Peking Lang Pan s timom je odabrao 4.778 sudionika u istraživanju od kojih je 3,401 imao neku kardiovaskularnu bolest, a 1,377 osoba nije. Mjerili su metabolite u plazmi iz krvi pacijenata. Više od 20 vrsta metabolita povezali su s razinom konzumacije jaja.

Analiza je pokazala da osobe, koje su umjereno jele jaja, imaju više razine bjelančevina u krvi kao i molekula koje pomažu u čišćenju kolesterola u krvnim žilama i štite od začepljenja koje može dovesti do infarkta.

Kod osoba koje su jele manje jaja, razine dobrih metabolita su bile niže, a štetnih više, u usporedbi s osobama koje su redovno jele jaja, piše Science Daily.

“Naši rezultati pokazuju kako umjerena konzumacija jaja može poomoći u zaštiti zdravlja srca”, rekao je Canqing Yu, također profesor na Sveučilištu Peking.

Dodatna istraživanja su potrebna da bi se detaljno otkrile poveznice, no autori naglašavaju da i ovo mogu biti dobre smjernice u kreiranju nacionalnih politika.

Jaja su izvor kolesterola, ali istovremeno sadrže i vrlo hranjive tvari. Postoje kontradiktorni dokazi je li konzumacija jaja štetna ili zdrava za srce. Primjerice, studija objavljena 2018. u časopisu Heart u kojoj je sudjelovalo oko pola milijuna odraslih u Kini, otkrila je da osobe koje na dnevnoj bazi konzumiraju jedno jaje, imaju značajno niži rizik od srčanih bolesti i infarkta od osoba koje jedu jaja puno rjeđe, prenosi N1.

Kako bi bolje shvatili procese koji utječu na zdravlje, autori nove studije istražili su kako konzumacija jaja utječe na markere kardiovaskularnih bolesti u krvi.

Profesor sa Sveučilišta Peking Lang Pan s timom je odabrao 4.778 sudionika u istraživanju od kojih je 3,401 imao neku kardiovaskularnu bolest, a 1,377 osoba nije. Mjerili su metabolite u plazm...
