Događa li vam se da se noću budite preznojeni, iako je temperatura u vašoj sobi sasvim ugodna? Razlog takve pojave može biti noćna mora koja izaziva paniku i tjelesnu reakciju, no ovakvo stanje ponekad može biti pokazatelj i nekih ozbiljnijih zdravstvenih stanja. 

Noćno znojenje tako može alarmirati da vam je u tijelu došlo do hormonalnog disbalansa, što je česta pojava kod žena u menopauzi, a može biti i pokazatelj da vam rad štitnjače nije reguliran ili čak da patite od apneje tj. poteškoća s disanjem.

Uz navedena stanja, pojačano znojenje može upozoravati i na infekcije u tijelu, hipoglikemiju ili niski šećer u krvi te idiopatsku hiperhidrozu, odnosno poremećaj kod kojeg se znojenje javlja samo po sebi.

No, ukoliko je noćno znojenje popraćeno i nekim dodatnim simptomima kao što su učestali i jaki bolovi u kostima, moguće je da se radi i o ozbiljnijem zdravstvenom problemu.

Karcinom je opasna bolest koja se pojavljuje u raznim oblicima, a jedan stvar koja im je svima zajednička jest važnost uočavanja ranih znakova upozorenja kako bi se poboljšali rezultati prevencije i liječenja.

Jedan od takvih simptoma je i pojačano noćno znojenje, koje može signalizirati rak kostiju. Ako se radi o ozbiljnijem problemu, noćno znojenje bit će popraćeno bolovima u kostima.

National Health Service na ovaj problem pojačano alarmira, te navodi: "Bol uzrokovana rakom kostiju obično započinje osjećajem osjetljivosti u zahvaćenoj kosti. Bol postepeno napreduje te prelazi u stanje trajnog i neugodnog osjećaja koji se povremeno pojačava i smanjuje, a javlja se i tijekom noći kada odmarate."

Rizična skupina

Poznati su i čimbenici koji mogu povećati rizik od razvoja ove bolesti. NHS navodi da u rizičnu skupinu spadaju:

- ljudi prethodno liječeni radioterapijom

- ljudi s prijašnjim oboljenjima kostiju (npr. Pagetova bolest kostiju)

- osobe s rijetkim genetskim predispozicijama kao što je Li-Fraumeni sindrom

- osobe s povijesti određenih stanja kao što su retinoblastom

Prema navodima skupine za istraživanje raka u Ujedinjenom kraljevstvu, pogrešno je vjerovati da udarac ili ozljeda mogu biti uzročnici raka kostiju.

Znojite li se pretjerano noću dakako da to ne mora nužno značiti da bolujete od karcinoma, no ako ipak i zbog nekih drugih simptoma sumnjate na nešto, svakako biste se trebali obratiti svome liječniku što prije.

Događa li vam se da se noću budite preznojeni, iako je temperatura u vašoj sobi sasvim ugodna? Razlog takve pojave može biti noćna mora koja izaziva paniku i tjelesnu reakciju, no ovakvo stanje ponekad može biti pokazatelj i nekih ozbiljnijih zdravstvenih stanja. 

Noćno znojenje tako može alarmirati da vam je u tijelu došlo do hormonalnog disbalansa, što je česta pojava kod žena u menopauzi, a može biti i pokazatelj da vam rad štitnjače nije reguliran ili čak da patite od apneje tj. poteškoća s disanjem.

Uz navedena stanja, pojačano znojenje može upozoravati i na infekcije u tijelu, hipoglikemiju ili niski šećer u krvi te idiopatsku hiperhidrozu, odnosno poremećaj kod kojeg se znojenje javlja samo po sebi.

No, ukoliko je noćno znojenje popraćeno i nekim dodatnim simptomima kao što su učestali i jaki bolovi u kostima, moguće je da se radi i o ozbiljnijem zdravstvenom problemu.

Karcinom je opasna bolest koja se pojavljuje u raznim oblicima, a jedan stvar koja im je svima zajednička jest važnost uočavanja ranih znakova upozorenja kako bi se poboljšali rezultati prevencije i liječenja.

Jedan od takvih simptoma je i pojačano noćno znojenje, koje može signalizirati rak kostiju. Ako se radi o ozbiljnijem problemu, noćno znojenje bit će popraćeno bolovima u kostima.

National Health Service na ovaj problem pojačano alarmira, te navodi: "Bol uzrokovana rakom kostiju obično započinje osjećajem osjetljivosti u zahvaćenoj kosti. Bol postepeno napreduje te prelazi u stanje trajnog i neugodnog osjećaja koji se povremeno pojačava i smanjuje, a javlja se i tijekom noći kada odmarate."

Rizična skupina

Poznati su i čimbenici koji mogu povećati rizik od razvoja ove bolesti. NHS navodi da u rizičnu skupinu spadaju:

- ljudi prethodno liječeni radioterapijom

- ljudi s prijašnjim oboljenjima kostiju (npr. Pagetova bolest kostiju)

- osobe s rijetkim genetskim predispozicijama kao što je Li-Fraumeni sindrom

- osobe s povijesti određenih stanja kao što su retinoblastom

Prema navodima skupine za istraživanje raka u Ujedinjenom kraljevstvu, pogrešno je vjerovati da udarac ili ozljeda mogu biti uzročnici raka kostiju.

Znojite li se pretjerano noću dakako da to ne mora nužno značiti da bolujete od karcinoma, no ako ipak i zbog nekih drugih simptoma sumnjate na nešto, svakako biste se trebali obratiti svome liječniku što prije.

Događa li vam se da se noću budite preznojeni, iako je temperatura u vašoj sobi sasvim ugodna? Razlog takve pojave može biti noćna mora koja izaziva paniku i tjelesnu reakciju, no ovakvo stanje ponekad može biti pokazatelj i nekih ozbiljnijih zdravstvenih stanja. 

Noćno znojenje tako može alarmirati da vam je u tijelu došlo do hormonalnog disbalansa, što je česta pojava kod žena u menopauzi, a može biti i pokazatelj da vam rad štitnjače nije reguliran ili čak da patite od apneje tj. poteškoća s disanjem.
