Ako trebate još jedan dokaz da je mediteranska prehrana najpoželjnija prehrana na svijetu, naći ćete ga u studiji koju su zajednički proveli u Izraelu, Njemačkoj i američkom Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prelazak na prehranu punu svježeg povrća, voća, ribe, cjelovitih žitarica i maslinova ulja čini čuda za biološku dob našeg mozga, objavio je međunarodni tim istraživača koji je zaključio da mediteranska prehrana usporava znakove ubrzanog starenja koji se vidi kod osoba s debljinom nakon što smanje tjelesnu masu za samo jedan posto.

Biološko starenje

Skeniranje mozga provedeno nakon 18 mjeseci pridržavanja mediteranske prehrane pokazalo je da je starost mozga sudionika devet mjeseci manja od očekivane, u usporedbi s procjenama kronološke dobi njihova mozga. U studiju su bila uključena 102 sudionika koja su u prosjeku izgubila oko 2,3 kilograma. Na svakih jedan posto izgubljene tjelesne težine mozak sudionika bio je devet mjeseci mlađi od njihove kronološke dobi, otkrili su istraživači.

Znakovi usporenog starenja mozga također su bili povezani s nižim razinama masti u jetri i poboljšanim profilom lipida. Iako sve više istraživanja sugerira da biološko starenje uzrokovano stresnim događajima može biti reverzibilno, ova nova studija pokazuje da zdravija prehrana može biti jedan od najjednostavnijih načina za poboljšanje fizičkog stanja, bez obzira na dob.

Ako trebate još jedan dokaz da je mediteranska prehrana najpoželjnija prehrana na svijetu, naći ćete ga u studiji koju su zajednički proveli u Izraelu, Njemačkoj i američkom Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prelazak na prehranu punu svježeg povrća, voća, ribe, cjelovitih žitarica i maslinova ulja čini čuda za biološku dob našeg mozga, objavio je međunarodni tim istraživača koji je zaključio da mediteranska prehrana usporava znakove ubrzanog starenja koji se vidi kod osoba s debljinom nakon što smanje tjelesnu masu za samo jedan posto.

Biološko starenje

Skeniranje mozga provedeno nakon 18 mjeseci pridržavanja mediteranske prehrane pokazalo je da je starost mozga sudionika devet mjeseci manja od očekivane, u usporedbi s procjenama kronološke dobi njihova mozga. U studiju su bila uključena 102 sudionika koja su u prosjeku izgubila oko 2,3 kilograma. Na svakih jedan posto izgubljene tjelesne težine mozak sudionika bio je devet mjeseci mlađi od njihove kronološke dobi, otkrili su istraživači.

Znakovi usporenog starenja mozga također su bili povezani s nižim razinama masti u jetri i poboljšanim profilom lipida. Najpoželjnija prehrana: godinu i pol mediteranske prehrane pomlađuje mozak za devet mjeseci

Ako trebate još jedan dokaz da je mediteranska prehrana najpoželjnija prehrana na svijetu, naći ćete ga u studiji koju su zajednički proveli u Izraelu, Njemačkoj i američkom Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prelazak na prehranu punu svježeg povrća, voća, ribe, cjelovitih žitarica i maslinova ulja čini čuda za biološku dob našeg mozga, objavio je međunarodni tim istraživača koji je zaključio da mediteranska prehrana usporava znakove ubrzanog starenja koji se vidi kod osoba s debljinom nakon što smanje tjelesnu masu za samo jedan posto.

Biološko starenje

Skeniranje mozga provedeno nakon 18 mjeseci pridržavanja mediteranske prehrane pokazalo je da je starost mozga sudionika devet mjeseci manja od očekivane, u usporedbi s procjenama kronološke dobi njihova mozga. U studiju su bila uključena 102 sudionika koja su u prosjeku izgubila oko 2,3 kilograma. Na svakih jedan posto izgubljene tjelesne težine mozak sudionika bio je devet mjeseci mlađi od njihove kronološke dobi, otkrili su istraživači.

Znakovi usporenog starenja mozga također su bili povezani s nižim razinama masti u jetri i poboljšanim profilom lipida.
