Ako ste se uputili u parfumeriju kupiti kremu za njegu lica možda ćete se iznenaditi da su male kutije, primjerice kreme za područje oko očiju, jako skupe. Mnoge žene vjeruju da im kreme za oko očiju nisu potrebne prije 50. godine. Jesu li u pravu ili se isplati platiti više? Nije li dovoljno nanijeti dnevnu kremu za lice i na područje oko očiju te tako uštedjeti 200-ak kuna ili više za kutiju u kojoj je krema zapremnine jedne žličice? Posebnost kože oko očiju

Uobičajene kreme namijenjene dnevnoj ili noćnoj njezi lica mogu biti preagresivne za osjetljivu kožu oko očiju i mogu iritirati kapke. Kreme za njegu očiju prilagođene su specifičnostima ovog dijela lica, posebno koncentraciji aktivnih sastojaka i udjelu masti. Koža oko očiju je deset puta tanja od kože na obrazima. U tom dijelu lica nema žlijezda lojnica ili znojnica koje bi stvorile zaštitni sloj, mješavinu vode i sebuma.

Zbog toga je koža bez prirodne zaštite jako izložena mnogim štetnim utjecajima: sunčevim zrakama, neprospavanim noćima i pregrijanom prostoru. Istodobno, ne smijemo zaboraviti da trepćemo očima oko 10.000 puta dnevno. Tome moramo dodati i izražavanje emocija. Naime, statistički je nemoguće izračunati koliko se puta dnevno mrštimo, smiješimo, plačemo ili širimo oči u čudu.

Koža reagira na naše izraze lica stvaranjem bora. Kako bi se spriječilo produbljivanje bora, osjetljivoj koži oko očiju potrebno je puno vlage i malo masti, ali i tvari koje pomažu u održavanju čvrstoće i elastičnosti kože ubrzavajući stvaranje prirodnih potpornih i elastičnih vlakana - kolagena i elastina. Njega kože ovisi o koži pojedinca, a kad uđete u tridesetu, trebali biste u svakodnevnu njegu uključiti poseban proizvod za područje oko očiju.

Brisanje podočnjaka

Podočnjaci su znak neprospavane noći, iako najčešće uzrok nije noćna zabava. Često ih nasljeđujemo, a postaju još uočljiviji zbog stresa. Kako koža s godinama postaje sve tanja i prozirnija (za 6 posto u deset godina), kapci postaju vidljiviji. Ako ne želite da tamni kolutovi dominiraju vašim licem, imate samo jednu mogućnost: upotrijebite tekući korektor protiv tamnih krugova sa pigmentima koji reflektiraju svjetlost. Takav korektor izgleda prirodno i ne nakuplja se u borama. Vrlo su korisne i kreme s ekstraktima koji potiču cirkulaciju, na primjer na bazi ekstrakta bukve, bršljana ili divljeg kestena.

Do oticanja dolazi i zbog zadržavanja tekućine pod tankom kožom kapaka što nije samo posljedica burne i neprospavane noći. Natečene oči često su posljedica suhog zraka, na primjer u uredu ili u hotelskim sobama. Oni također mogu biti i posljedica predugog sna, jer predugo ležanje ometa protok i distribuciju limfe.

Oteklina će nestati nakon nanošenja krema koje hlade i smiruju, čime se smanjuje oticanje. Najčešći sastojci takvih pripravaka su tvari prirodnog podrijetla, poput ginka, kofeina, krastavca, aloe vere i kvasca. Ako imate kronično otečene oči, potražite liječničku pomoć.

Kreme koje sprječavaju bore, podočnjake i natečenost ujedno su vrlo korisne za potpunu njegu kože oko očiju. Dobre su i maske u obliku flastera koji hlade kožu i brzo daju vidljive rezultate.

Mnoge žene vjeruju da im kreme za oko očiju nisu potrebne prije 50. godine. Jesu li u pravu ili se isplati platiti više? Posebnost kože oko očiju

Uobičajene kreme namijenjene dnevnoj ili noćnoj njezi lica mogu biti preagresivne za osjetljivu kožu oko očiju i mogu iritirati kapke. Kreme za njegu očiju prilagođene su specifičnostima ovog dijela lica, posebno koncentraciji aktivnih sastojaka i udjelu masti. Koža oko očiju je deset puta tanja od kože na obrazima. U tom dijelu lica nema žlijezda lojnica ili znojnica koje bi stvorile zaštitni sloj, mješavinu vode i sebuma.

Zbog toga je koža bez prirodne zaštite jako izložena mnogim štetnim utjecajima: sunčevim zrakama, neprospavanim noćima i pregrijanom prostoru. Istodobno, ne smijemo zaboraviti da trepćemo očima oko 10.000 puta dnevno. Tome moramo dodati i izražavanje emocija. Naime, statistički je nemoguće izračunati koliko se puta dnevno mrštimo, smiješimo, plačemo ili širimo oči u čudu.

Koža reagira na naše izraze lica stvaranjem bora. Kako bi se spriječilo produbljivanje bora, osjetljivoj koži oko očiju potrebno je puno vlage i malo masti, ali i tvari koje pomažu u održavanju čvrstoće i elastičnosti kože ubrzavajući stvaranje prirodnih potpornih i elastičnih vlakana - kolagena i elastina. Njega kože ovisi o koži pojedinca, a kad uđete u tridesetu, trebali biste u svakodnevnu njegu uključiti poseban proizvod za područje oko očiju.

Brisanje podočnjaka

Podočnjaci su znak neprospavane noći, iako najčešće uzrok nije noćna zabava. Često ih nasljeđujemo, a postaju još uočljiviji zbog stresa. Kako koža s godinama postaje sve tanja i prozirnija (za 6 posto u deset godina), kapci postaju vidljiviji. U području oko očiju cirkulacija je prirodno sporija jer je koža tanka i kapilare su vidljivije. Osim toga, ljudi skloni alergijama imaju tamniji pigment oko očiju.

Ako ne želite da tamni kolutovi dominiraju vašim licem, imate samo jednu mogućnost: upotrijebite tekući korektor protiv tamnih krugova sa pigmentima koji reflektiraju svjetlost. Takav korektor izgleda prirodno i ne nakuplja se u borama. Vrlo su korisne i kreme s ekstraktima koji potiču cirkulaciju, na primjer na bazi ekstrakta bukve, bršljana ili divljeg kestena.

Do oticanja dolazi i zbog zadržavanja tekućine pod tankom kožom kapaka što nije samo posljedica burne i neprospavane noći. Natečene oči često su posljedica suhog zraka, na primjer u uredu ili u hotelskim sobama. Oni također mogu biti i posljedica predugog sna, jer predugo ležanje ometa protok i distribuciju limfe.

Oteklina će nestati nakon nanošenja krema koje hlade i smiruju, čime se smanjuje oticanje. Najčešći sastojci takvih pripravaka su tvari prirodnog podrijetla, poput ginka, kofeina, krastavca, aloe vere i kvasca. Ako imate kronično otečene oči, potražite liječničku pomoć.

Kreme koje sprječavaju bore, podočnjake i natečenost ujedno su vrlo korisne za potpunu njegu kože oko očiju. Dobre su i maske u obliku flastera koji hlade kožu i brzo daju vidljive rezultate.

Oprez, ako nosite kontaktne leće!

Bez obzira koji proizvod odabrali, čak i ako je dermatološki ispitan, nikada ne smije dospjeti u oko ili na rub kapka. Poseban oprez potreban je ako nosite kontaktne leće.

Dakle, ima li smisla uložiti u skupu kremu za njegu područja oko očiju? Da, ali budite oprezni pri odabiru. Ako imate osjetljivu kožu, odaberite kremu s jednostavnim sastojcima i manje aktivnih tvari koje djeluju ciljano.
