O Danu crvenih haljina govorilo se u svim medijima, taj jedan dan u godini kada podsjećamo na moždani udar kod žena javno-zdravstvenom kampanjom o prevenciji, dijagnostici i kontroli kardiovaskularnih bolesti, što uključuje bolesti krvnih žila srca i mozga kod žena.

Nosile crvene haljine ili ne, i prije i nakon prvog petka u veljači oko nas su žene koje su doživjele i preživjele moždani udar. Dogodilo se onako. Iznebuha. Nerijetko nisu imale nikakve upozoravajuće signale koji bi ih ranije uputili liječniku. To se dogodilo i sugovornici Portala Zdravlje Loriti Vierdi. 

- Recimo da sam novinarka, bavim se svim i svačim, a u zadnje vrijeme nažalost najviše sobom. To mi nekako nije prirodno, ali liječi me posao i zapravo mi je najveće zadovoljstvo kad se potpuno zaokupiram nekom temom. To me najviše ispunjava. Tako da na koncu se najviše bavim novinarstvom. I bavim se šetnjom! To mi postao više hobi nego rekreacija, pa zato sada govorim da mi je to kao jedan honorarni posao.

Zašto honorarni i to baš posao?

- Zato što mi je cilj da do kraja 2022. godine prestanem šepati, odnosno da mi glava prestane misliti na to kako će mi sad otkazati koljeno, kako će me početi boljeti zglob, kako ću sad skrenuti desno umjesto lijevo… I nastojim nekako više mozak vježbati, nego noge, da hodam automatski, bez razmišljanja, ideš, ideš i ni o čemu ne misliš. To mi je deadline, do kraja godine želim prestati s prebacivanjem noge kada želim sjesti.

Sve je počelo s moždanim udarom prije dvije godine. Kako se to dogodilo, zašto?

– E pa ne znam! Meni je to i danas misterija. Mislim, nije. Znam zbog čega je došlo do toga i glavni okidač je bio stres. Fizički, ja nemam niti jednu predispoziciju ni za moždani udar, ni za ugrušak, ni za začepljenje krvnih žila. U principu sam bila zdrava k’o dren i cijeli se život borila s niskim tlakom. To znači da mi je tlak kad se ujutro dignem 90/60, pijem kaubojsku kavu, da ne zaspim štogod da radim. Međutim, imala sam vrlo intenzivno razdoblje u obitelji kada sam uvijek kad je nešto trebalo napraviti govorila: Ma nema veze, ja ću. Nema problema, ja ću. Nemoj se nervirat, ja ću.

I kad sam odlučila da mi je dosta pored vlastitog obiteljskog života odgovarati i na pozive svih koji su se zbog nečega obraćali za savjet i pomoć, smirila sam se i tad me zveknulo! Dogodilo se to tako da pojma nisam imala što se događa. Ispred kuće sam bila, napravila nekoliko koraka pri povratku doma i klecnula sam ispred vrata. Odjednom, kao da mi je utrnulo koljeno. Nisam ga osjećala. A opet, nije baš ni da je utrnulo. Kako će utrnut kad sam sad hodala i sve je bilo u redu. Ali išla sam dalje i u idućih nekoliko koraka do stana baš sam “otresla”, osjetila sam da sve manje osjećam cijelu nogu. Na kraju sam išla uhvatiti kvaku od vrata i shvatila da me ni ruka baš nešto ne sluša.

Kako ja sve pripisujem glavi i psihi, uvjerila sam se da sam se malo taj dan zaležala, da mi nije ništa. Međutim, u idućih 10 minuta više nisam mogla stajati uopće. I nije mi nažalost palo na pamet da bih ja možda mogla imati visoki tlak i moždani udar, jer ja nemam visoki tlak. Pored tlakomjera i sve tehnologije koju imam doma, pored svega što sam čula i vidjela u životu, e to mi nije palo na pamet! Pa sam odlučila malo odležat’. Usred noći par puta sam se probudila i nisam se mogla ustati iz kreveta. Kao da nije postojala desna strana, ruka mi je potpuno otkazala, mogla sam je podići, ali nisam mogla kontrolirati smjer, nisam mogla popiti čašu vode. Kod kuće su se svi isprepadali, ali ja nisam. Gledala sam se u ogledalo, nisam se iskrivila i sebi sam govorila: Sve je u redu, ne može bit!

Ujutro sam prvo dovršila dio posla koji mi je ostao od dana ranije, pripremila za školu sve što djeci treba, obukla se i krenula na taksi i u bolnicu. Nisam mogla gotovo uopće hodati, skoro sam puzala putem, taksist me nekako ugurao u vozilo i odvezao na hitnu pomoć. I to je bilo to. Došla sam na hitnu i tako sam preživjela.

A kako je sve izgledalo u bolnici?

- Obrada je trajala 10-ak sati. Vidjela sam jedno stotinjak sestara, tehničara, liječnika. Svi su valjda došli vidjeti koliki je taj tlak, kako je to moguće, to se nije moglo izmjerit’. A ja sam se osjećala normalno, osim što mi je bila oduzeta desna strana, nije mi bilo ništa. Cijeli život me boli glava, imam migrene, više sam svima dosadila sa svojim glavoboljama. Ništa! Nisam imala dvosliku, normalno sam govorila… Zaprimili su me oko 10 navečer i oko 11 sati su mi došli reći da imam moždani udar koji prema njihovom mišljenju još traje. I trajao je, nekakvih 4 do 5 dana. Nije to bilo kao u filmu, strese te, padneš u nesvijest, hvala Bogu ostaneš živ i kažu ti: Bio je moždani. Nije bilo tako. U mene je to trajalo. Sutradan popodne sam počela brljat’ dok sam govorila. Od pet rečenica koje bih izgovorila jedna je bila potpuno nesuvisla. Ostala sam desetak dana u bolnici i najteže mi je bilo što sam izašla gora nego što sam ušla. Bila sam potpuno nesvjesna da se sve promijenilo, da ja više nisam ja. Da ne mogu stvari koje sam mogla prije. Onda me počelo “prat” u glavi. Što sad?

O Danu crvenih haljina govorilo se u svim medijima, taj jedan dan u godini kada podsjećamo na moždani udar kod žena javno-zdravstvenom kampanjom o prevenciji, dijagnostici i kontroli kardiovaskularnih bolesti, što uključuje bolesti krvnih žila srca i mozga kod žena.

Nosile crvene haljine ili ne, i prije i nakon prvog petka u veljači oko nas su žene koje su doživjele i preživjele moždani udar. Dogodilo se onako. Iznebuha. Nerijetko nisu imale nikakve upozoravajuće signale koji bi ih ranije uputili liječniku. To se dogodilo i sugovornici Portala Zdravlje Loriti Vierdi. 

- Recimo da sam novinarka, bavim se svim i svačim, a u zadnje vrijeme nažalost najviše sobom. To mi nekako nije prirodno, ali liječi me posao i zapravo mi je najveće zadovoljstvo kad se potpuno zaokupiram nekom temom. To me najviše ispunjava. Tako da na koncu se najviše bavim novinarstvom. I bavim se šetnjom! To mi postao više hobi nego rekreacija, pa zato sada govorim da mi je to kao jedan honorarni posao.

Zašto honorarni i to baš posao?

- Zato što mi je cilj da do kraja 2022. godine prestanem šepati, odnosno da mi glava prestane misliti na to kako će mi sad otkazati koljeno, kako će me početi boljeti zglob, kako ću sad skrenuti desno umjesto lijevo… I nastojim nekako više mozak vježbati, nego noge, da hodam automatski, bez razmišljanja, ideš, ideš i ni o čemu ne misliš. To mi je deadline, do kraja godine želim prestati s prebacivanjem noge kada želim sjesti.

Sve je počelo s moždanim udarom prije dvije godine. Kako se to dogodilo, zašto?

– E pa ne znam! Meni je to i danas misterija. Mislim, nije. Znam zbog čega je došlo do toga i glavni okidač je bio stres. Fizički, ja nemam niti jednu predispoziciju ni za moždani udar, ni za ugrušak, ni za začepljenje krvnih žila. U principu sam bila zdrava k’o dren i cijeli se život borila s niskim tlakom. To znači da mi je tlak kad se ujutro dignem 90/60, pijem kaubojsku kavu, da ne zaspim štogod da radim. Međutim, imala sam vrlo intenzivno razdoblje u obitelji kada sam uvijek kad je nešto trebalo napraviti govorila: Ma nema veze, ja ću. Nema problema, ja ću. Nemoj se nervirat, ja ću.

I kad sam odlučila da mi je dosta pored vlastitog obiteljskog života odgovarati i na pozive svih koji su se zbog nečega obraćali za savjet i pomoć, smirila sam se i tad me zveknulo! Dogodilo se to tako da pojma nisam imala što se događa. Ispred kuće sam bila, napravila nekoliko koraka pri povratku doma i klecnula sam ispred vrata. Odjednom, kao da mi je utrnulo koljeno. Nisam ga osjećala. A opet, nije baš ni da je utrnulo. Kako će utrnut kad sam sad hodala i sve je bilo u redu. Ali išla sam dalje i u idućih nekoliko koraka do stana baš sam “otresla”, osjetila sam da sve manje osjećam cijelu nogu. Na kraju sam išla uhvatiti kvaku od vrata i shvatila da me ni ruka baš nešto ne sluša.

Kako ja sve pripisujem glavi i psihi, uvjerila sam se da sam se malo taj dan zaležala, da mi nije ništa. Međutim, u idućih 10 minuta više nisam mogla stajati uopće. I nije mi nažalost palo na pamet da bih ja možda mogla imati visoki tlak i moždani udar, jer ja nemam visoki tlak. Pored tlakomjera i sve tehnologije koju imam doma, pored svega što sam čula i vidjela u životu, e to mi nije palo na pamet! Pa sam odlučila malo odležat’. Usred noći par puta sam se probudila i nisam se mogla ustati iz kreveta. Kao da nije postojala desna strana, ruka mi je potpuno otkazala, mogla sam je podići, ali nisam mogla kontrolirati smjer, nisam mogla popiti čašu vode. Kod kuće su se svi isprepadali, ali ja nisam. Gledala sam se u ogledalo, nisam se iskrivila i sebi sam govorila: Sve je u redu, ne može bit!

Ujutro sam prvo dovršila dio posla koji mi je ostao od dana ranije, pripremila za školu sve što djeci treba, obukla se i krenula na taksi i u bolnicu. Nisam mogla gotovo uopće hodati, skoro sam puzala putem, taksist me nekako ugurao u vozilo i odvezao na hitnu pomoć. I to je bilo to. Došla sam na hitnu i tako sam preživjela.

A kako je sve izgledalo u bolnici?

- Obrada je trajala 10-ak sati. Vidjela sam jedno stotinjak sestara, tehničara, liječnika. Svi su valjda došli vidjeti koliki je taj tlak, kako je to moguće, to se nije moglo izmjerit’. A ja sam se osjećala normalno, osim što mi je bila oduzeta desna strana, nije mi bilo ništa. Cijeli život me boli glava, imam migrene, više sam svima dosadila sa svojim glavoboljama. Ništa! Nisam imala dvosliku, normalno sam govorila… Zaprimili su me oko 10 navečer i oko 11 sati su mi došli reći da imam moždani udar koji prema njihovom mišljenju još traje. I trajao je, nekakvih 4 do 5 dana. Nije to bilo kao u filmu, strese te, padneš u nesvijest, hvala Bogu ostaneš živ i kažu ti: Bio je moždani. Nije bilo tako. U mene je to trajalo. Sutradan popodne sam počela brljat’ dok sam govorila. Od pet rečenica koje bih izgovorila jedna je bila potpuno nesuvisla. Ostala sam desetak dana u bolnici i najteže mi je bilo što sam izašla gora nego što sam ušla. Bila sam potpuno nesvjesna da se sve promijenilo, da ja više nisam ja. Da ne mogu stvari koje sam mogla prije. Onda me počelo “prat” u glavi. Što sad?
