U Jutarnjem programu RTS- a jutros je gostovala dr. Danijela Jevtić iz Hitne pomoći i ispričala što je metabolički sindrom i upozorila da su dovoljna samo tri ključna simptoma da biste imali razloga za brigu, odnosno što su signali da vam prijeti naprasni srčani zastoj!

Liječnica je rekla da je metabolički sindrom trenutno aktualna tema, a označava skup poremećaja u metabolizmu koji se zajedno javljaju i označavaju opasnost po organizam. Oni zajedno “olakšavaju” nastanak kardiovaskularnih oboljenja i smatra se da je dovoljno imati tri od pet da bi rizik od infarkta, pa čak i naprasne srčane smrti bio veliki, piše Žena.

Simptomi metaboličkog poremećaja su:

- Visoki tlak, vrijednosti iznad 135 sa 80

- Povećan obujam struka, i kod žena i kod muškaraca

- Jutarnja vrijednost glukoze u krvi veća od 6,1

- Trigliceridi u krvi vrijednosti većih od 1,7

- Smanjen HDL kolesterol

“Govorimo često i o visokoj frekvenciji tlaka, to je kada stavite tri prsta u korijen palca i brojite otkucaje koje osjećate. Pogoduje kardiovaskularnim bolestima, a tu su i prekidi u disanju kod pretilih osoba”, rekla je liječnica.

Ona je upozorila i na to da struk nije jedini dio tijela koji bi valjalo mjeriti da bismo znali kakvo nam je zdravlje, i rekla da i obujam vrata koji je velik postavlja podlogu za opasne bolesti krvnih žila. Također je i odsutnost tjelesne aktivnosti nazvala bolešću modernog doba, to više nije samo “činjenica” u našim životima već problem za sebe, piše Žena.

U Jutarnjem programu RTS- a jutros je gostovala dr. Danijela Jevtić iz Hitne pomoći i ispričala što je metabolički sindrom i upozorila da su dovoljna samo tri ključna simptoma da biste imali razloga za brigu, odnosno što su signali da vam prijeti naprasni srčani zastoj!

Liječnica je rekla da je metabolički sindrom trenutno aktualna tema, a označava skup poremećaja u metabolizmu koji se zajedno javljaju i označavaju opasnost po organizam. Oni zajedno “olakšavaju” nastanak kardiovaskularnih oboljenja i smatra se da je dovoljno imati tri od pet da bi rizik od infarkta, pa čak i naprasne srčane smrti bio veliki, piše Žena.

Simptomi metaboličkog poremećaja su:

“Govorimo često i o visokoj frekvenciji tlaka, to je kada stavite tri prsta u korijen palca i brojite otkucaje koje osjećate. Pogoduje kardiovaskularnim bolestima, a tu su i prekidi u disanju kod pretilih osoba”, rekla je liječnica.

Ona je upozorila i na to da struk nije jedini dio tijela koji bi valjalo mjeriti da bismo znali kakvo nam je zdravlje, i rekla da i obujam vrata koji je velik postavlja podlogu za opasne bolesti krvnih žila. Također je i odsutnost tjelesne aktivnosti nazvala bolešću modernog doba, to više nije samo “činjenica” u našim životima već problem za sebe, piše Žena.
