Na Facebook stranici 'Hitna uživo 194' liječnica Nevena Đurović s pratiteljima je podijela način na koji se treba odnositi prema opeklinama.
Njezine savjete prenosimo u cijelosti:
- Odmaknuti osobu od izvora topline, ukloniti nakit ili bilo što što steže opečeni dio tijela (kad dođe do edema to više neće biti moguće).
Ukloniti odjeću koja nije zalijepljena za opeklinu, a onu koja jest obrezati (NE TRGATI kao traku za depilaciju). Brzo procijeniti opsežnost opeklina (pravilo devetke, slika 2). Svaka opeklina veća od površine šake smatra se "ozbiljnijom".
Hladiti opečeni dio tijela barem 10 min ili do prestanka bolova (kod većih površina paziti na hipotermiju, osobito kod djece). Kod elektrokemijskih ozljeda što duže ispirati mlakom vodom, najbolje do dolaska HMP
NE STAVLJATI NIKAKVE PRIPRAVKE NA SVJEŽU OPEKLINU, osobito na bazi masti i ulja (to produbljuje i proširuje opečeno područje). Nakon hlađenja STERILNO previti (jaaako su sklone infekciji).
Ne bušiti i trgati mjehure ili komadiće kože. Debridman nije "uradi sam" aktivnost.
Potražiti hitnu liječničku pomoć za sve opekline trećeg stupnja (slika 5 dolje) opekline 5% tijela prvog stupnja (slika 3) ili 1% drugog (slika 4) opekline lica, šaka, stopala ili genitalija, opeklina koje formiraju krug oko ruke ili noge, svake opekline u malog djeteta ili starije/bolesne osobe i opekline nastale u doticaju s korozivnom ili otrovnom tvari.
Sasvim male opekline (tipa "prstom po vreloj tepsiji") nije potrebno previjati. Nakon hlađenja ostaviti da cijeli na zraku, NE MAZATI ničim osim po liječničkoj preporuci i pratiti pojavu eventualnih znakova infekcije (pojačanje bolnosti u doba cijeljenja, sekrecija iz rane, promjena boje, neugodan miris, sistemni simptomi - zimica, tresavica, temperatura...). Infekciju NIKAD ne liječite pripravcima iz kućne radinosti, bilo svoje, susjedove ili internetske, nego bez odlaganja zatražite liječničku pomoć.
Ako vam se često događaju "kulinarski incidenti" ili je u kući malo dijete, nije loša ideja investirati u burn jel kit. Proučite unaprijed upute za upotrebu, ali sigurno je da će vam znatno olakšati prvu pomoć.

Na Facebook stranici 'Hitna uživo 194' liječnica Nevena Đurović s pratiteljima je podijela način na koji se treba odnositi prema opeklinama.
Njezine savjete prenosimo u cijelosti:
- Odmaknuti osobu od izvora topline, ukloniti nakit ili bilo što što steže opečeni dio tijela (kad dođe do edema to više neće biti moguće).
Ukloniti odjeću koja nije zalijepljena za opeklinu, a onu koja jest obrezati (NE TRGATI kao traku za depilaciju). Brzo procijeniti opsežnost opeklina (pravilo devetke, slika 2). Svaka opeklina veća od površine šake smatra se "ozbiljnijom".
Hladiti opečeni dio tijela barem 10 min ili do prestanka bolova (kod većih površina paziti na hipotermiju, osobito kod djece). Kod elektrokemijskih ozljeda što duže ispirati mlakom vodom, najbolje do dolaska HMP
NE STAVLJATI NIKAKVE PRIPRAVKE NA SVJEŽU OPEKLINU, osobito na bazi masti i ulja (to produbljuje i proširuje opečeno područje). Nakon hlađenja STERILNO previti (jaaako su sklone infekciji).
Ne bušiti i trgati mjehure ili komadiće kože. Debridman nije "uradi sam" aktivnost.
Potražiti hitnu liječničku pomoć za sve opekline trećeg stupnja (slika 5 dolje) opekline 5% tijela prvog stupnja (slika 3) ili 1% drugog (slika 4) opekline lica, šaka, stopala ili genitalija, opeklina koje formiraju krug oko ruke ili noge, svake opekline u malog djeteta ili starije/bolesne osobe i opekline nastale u doticaju s korozivnom ili otrovnom tvari.
Sasvim male opekline (tipa "prstom po vreloj tepsiji") nije potrebno previjati. Nakon hlađenja ostaviti da cijeli na zraku, NE MAZATI ničim osim po liječničkoj preporuci i pratiti pojavu eventualnih znakova infekcije (pojačanje bolnosti u doba cijeljenja, sekrecija iz rane, promjena boje, neugodan miris, sistemni simptomi - zimica, tresavica, temperatura...). Infekciju NIKAD ne liječite pripravcima iz kućne radinosti, bilo svoje, susjedove ili internetske, nego bez odlaganja zatražite liječničku pomoć.
Ako vam se često događaju "kulinarski incidenti" ili je u kući malo dijete, nije loša ideja investirati u burn jel kit. Proučite unaprijed upute za upotrebu, ali sigurno je da će vam znatno olakšati prvu pomoć.
Slike su preuzete s Google-a, vlastitu sliku drugog stupnja preko skoro cijele desne noge nažalost više nemam jer je ostala u starom mobitelu, iako bi odlično potakla na oprez u kuhinji, napisala je.
