Je li u splitskim ljekarnama moguće kupiti "pilule za dan poslije"? Pitanje je inicirano slučajem u Zagrebu, kad je jedna ljekarnica odbila prodati rečenu tabletu ženskoj osobi, pozivajući se na (legitiman) priziv savjesti.

Moguće je, i nikad lakše, rekli bismo; nema više ispunjavanja obrasca kao ranije, no ljekarnice tom činu ne pristupaju kao trgovci, nego odgovorno. Razgovarali smo s nekoliko njih, a ono što smo čuli iz njihove prakse nas je iznenadilo. Nekoga bi, "niže baždarenog" od nas, novinara, možda i - šokiralo.

Prije no što iznesemo iskustva, podsjetimo da je Hrvatska ljekarnička komora izdala naputak da je obavezno organizirati rad tako da korisnik dobije uslugu. Naveli su također da ljekarnici imaju pravo na priziv savjesti samo ako time ne dovode u opasnost zdravlje i život bolesnika.

Tableta za "dan poslije" (zna se čega) od pojave na tržištu izazivala je kontroverzije i izdavala se s izvjesnim zazorom, te uz prethodno popunjavanje obrasca za evidenciju prodavatelju (ljekarni). Danas se može kupiti lako kao higijenski ulošci ili andol, no osobe s kojima smo razgovarali na prodajnim mjestima (u farmacijama) dale su nam do znanja da kupcu (bolje rečeno, "kupici") pristupaju ipak kao osobi koja rečeni proizvod baš i ne mora nužno kupiti. Dakle, zbilja humano – u okviru svojih ingerencija.

U maloj ljekarni na Žnjanu, u Makarskoj ulici, saznajemo da je na tržištu najpoznatiji proizvod (tableta, jedna) EllaOne, te da stoji 21,89 eura. To nije abortivna pilula, ne "ubija plod", kao što mnoge djevojke misle; njezina je uloga, laički, da odgodi ovulaciju, budući da spermij u rodnici živi do pet dana. Ako u trenutku ejakulacije žena već ovulira, ni pilula neće pomoći, laičkim rječnikom približava ljubazna farmaceutkinja u smjeni.

U maloj žnjanskoj ljekarni povremeno kupuju – najviše kondome - i strani turisti, budući da u rečenom kvartu "niče" sve više apartmana i sve više soba postaju smještajni objekti u sezoni. Ipak, najčudnovatije izjave čuju se od "naših".

- Radila sam u drugoj, dežurnoj ljekarni noćnu smjenu godinama, e tu sam se tek svega naslušala! Moja je moralna dužnost prije prodaje ovog farmakološkog proizvoda pitati osobu zna li kako se koristi i zbog čega. Skoro ni jedna nije znala; mislile su da "ubija zametak", pa se to poslije fino "očisti", i slično...

Shvatila sam da u slengu ovu pilulu zovu "plan B". Kad me prvi put osoba s vrata upitala za taj "plan b", mislila sam da traži istoimeni restoran s hamburgerima – prisjeća se epizoda iz svoje dugogodišnje prakse.

Ono što je manje zabavno, a više tužno jest činjenica da se susretala i sa – nazovimo ih tako – serijskim konzumenticama rečene pilule.

- Bilo ih je više, a budući da nemam priziv savjesti, dužna sam im prodati lijek. No, posebno mi je zapela za oko mlada djevojka koja je često dolazila noću u dežurnu ljekarnu (možda zbog diskrecije, da bude manje vidljiva okolini dok grad spava), kupovati tabletu za "dan poslije". Zamolila sam je da mi kaže zašto to tako često radi, i iz njezina objašnjenja uvidjela da ona misli da je riječ o klasičnoj kontracepciji! S vremenom sam uvidjela da to mnoge misle. Edukacija je neophodna – smatra ljekarnica iz Makarske ulice.

U većoj ljekarni iz Farmacia grupe, također na Žnjanu, ali na adresi Žnjanska 2, imaju sličan, etičan stav o pitanju prodaje pilule. Raspolažu istim asortimanom – EllaOne i Escapelle, nekoliko eura jeftinijom tabletom – i u svojim redovima nemaju ljekarnike/ce koji će odbiti kupca/pacijenta. No, postoji pravilo zbog čega netko ipak - neće biti poslužen.

- Ne prodajemo pilulu za Dan poslije muškarcima! Što se tiče žena, pak, nismo dužne poštivati dobni minimum, ali sa svakom ženom nastojimo porazgovarati o razlogu zašto je želi uzeti, pitamo kad je imala mjesečnicu i slično. Možda joj pilula uopće ne treba, a svaki lijek – jer ovo je ipak farmakološki proizvod, ne slatkiš i slično – može imati nuspojave, ili biti kontraindiciran, i ne smije se olako popiti. Pogotovo ako je riječ o mlađoj osobi, ovoj prodaji pristupamo s posebnom pažnjom. Ne, u našoj ljekarni nema djelatnika sa prizivom savjesti – kazuje također vrlo ljubazna farmaceutkinja.

Zanima nas kupuju li kod njih strane državljanke (turistkinje) taj proizvod.

- Malo. Proda se nešto kondoma, ali, budimo realni, puno veći izbor im je u obližnjem DM-u. Kod nas na Žnjanu stranci najviše kupuju tablete za prehladu i glavobolju (možda i mamurluk nakon burnih splitskih noći), te sredstva protiv opeklina nakon pretjeranog sunčanja – saznajemo od djelatnice apoteke u Žnjanskoj ulici, blizu čuvene zgrade Blizanci.

U Jokera, u velikoj ljekarni iz grupacije Prima Pharme također imaju istu ponudu po istim cijenama, može se slobodno kupiti, no o detaljima iz dosadašnje prakse farmaceutkinja nije mogla govoriti bez odobrenja poslovođe iz suprotne smjene.

Je li u splitskim ljekarnama moguće kupiti "pilule za dan poslije"? Pitanje je inicirano slučajem u Zagrebu, kad je jedna ljekarnica odbila prodati rečenu tabletu ženskoj osobi, pozivajući se na (legitiman) priziv savjesti.

Moguće je, i nikad lakše, rekli bismo; nema više ispunjavanja obrasca kao ranije, no ljekarnice tom činu ne pristupaju kao trgovci, nego odgovorno. Razgovarali smo s nekoliko njih, a ono što smo čuli iz njihove prakse nas je iznenadilo. Nekoga bi, "niže baždarenog" od nas, novinara, možda i - šokiralo.

Prije no što iznesemo iskustva, podsjetimo da je Hrvatska ljekarnička komora izdala naputak da je obavezno organizirati rad tako da korisnik dobije uslugu. Naveli su također da ljekarnici imaju pravo na priziv savjesti samo ako time ne dovode u opasnost zdravlje i život bolesnika.

Tableta za "dan poslije" (zna se čega) od pojave na tržištu izazivala je kontroverzije i izdavala se s izvjesnim zazorom, te uz prethodno popunjavanje obrasca za evidenciju prodavatelju (ljekarni). Danas se može kupiti lako kao higijenski ulošci ili andol, no osobe s kojima smo razgovarali na prodajnim mjestima (u farmacijama) dale su nam do znanja da kupcu (bolje rečeno, "kupici") pristupaju ipak kao osobi koja rečeni proizvod baš i ne mora nužno kupiti. Dakle, zbilja humano – u okviru svojih ingerencija.

U maloj ljekarni na Žnjanu, u Makarskoj ulici, saznajemo da je na tržištu najpoznatiji proizvod (tableta, jedna) EllaOne, te da stoji 21,89 eura. To nije abortivna pilula, ne "ubija plod", kao što mnoge djevojke misle; njezina je uloga, laički, da odgodi ovulaciju, budući da spermij u rodnici živi do pet dana. Ako u trenutku ejakulacije žena već ovulira, ni pilula neće pomoći, laičkim rječnikom približava ljubazna farmaceutkinja u smjeni.

U maloj žnjanskoj ljekarni povremeno kupuju – najviše kondome - i strani turisti, budući da u rečenom kvartu "niče" sve više apartmana i sve više soba postaju smještajni objekti u sezoni. Ipak, najčudnovatije izjave čuju se od "naših".

- Radila sam u drugoj, dežurnoj ljekarni noćnu smjenu godinama, e tu sam se tek svega naslušala! Moja je moralna dužnost prije prodaje ovog farmakološkog proizvoda pitati osobu zna li kako se koristi i zbog čega. Skoro ni jedna nije znala; mislile su da "ubija zametak", pa se to poslije fino "očisti", i slično...

Shvatila sam da u slengu ovu pilulu zovu "plan B". Kad me prvi put osoba s vrata upitala za taj "plan b", mislila sam da traži istoimeni restoran s hamburgerima – prisjeća se epizoda iz svoje dugogodišnje prakse.

Ono što je manje zabavno, a više tužno jest činjenica da se susretala i sa – nazovimo ih tako – serijskim konzumenticama rečene pilule.

- Bilo ih je više, a budući da nemam priziv savjesti, dužna sam im prodati lijek. No, posebno mi je zapela za oko mlada djevojka koja je često dolazila noću u dežurnu ljekarnu (možda zbog diskrecije, da bude manje vidljiva okolini dok grad spava), kupovati tabletu za "dan poslije". Zamolila sam je da mi kaže zašto to tako često radi, i iz njezina objašnjenja uvidjela da ona misli da je riječ o klasičnoj kontracepciji! S vremenom sam uvidjela da to mnoge misle. Edukacija je neophodna – smatra ljekarnica iz Makarske ulice.

U većoj ljekarni iz Farmacia grupe, također na Žnjanu, ali na adresi Žnjanska 2, imaju sličan, etičan stav o pitanju prodaje pilule. Raspolažu istim asortimanom – EllaOne i Escapelle, nekoliko eura jeftinijom tabletom – i u svojim redovima nemaju ljekarnike/ce koji će odbiti kupca/pacijenta. No, postoji pravilo zbog čega netko ipak - neće biti poslužen.

- Ne prodajemo pilulu za Dan poslije muškarcima! Što se tiče žena, pak, nismo dužne poštivati dobni minimum, ali sa svakom ženom nastojimo porazgovarati o razlogu zašto je želi uzeti, pitamo kad je imala mjesečnicu i slično. Možda joj pilula uopće ne treba, a svaki lijek – jer ovo je ipak farmakološki proizvod, ne slatkiš i slično – može imati nuspojave, ili biti kontraindiciran, i ne smije se olako popiti. Pogotovo ako je riječ o mlađoj osobi, ovoj prodaji pristupamo s posebnom pažnjom. Ne, u našoj ljekarni nema djelatnika sa prizivom savjesti – kazuje također vrlo ljubazna farmaceutkinja.

Zanima nas kupuju li kod njih strane državljanke (turistkinje) taj proizvod.

- Malo. Proda se nešto kondoma, ali, budimo realni, puno veći izbor im je u obližnjem DM-u. Kod nas na Žnjanu stranci najviše kupuju tablete za prehladu i glavobolju (možda i mamurluk nakon burnih splitskih noći), te sredstva protiv opeklina nakon pretjeranog sunčanja – saznajemo od djelatnice apoteke u Žnjanskoj ulici, blizu čuvene zgrade Blizanci.

U Jokera, u velikoj ljekarni iz grupacije Prima Pharme također imaju istu ponudu po istim cijenama, može se slobodno kupiti, no o detaljima iz dosadašnje prakse farmaceutkinja nije mogla govoriti bez odobrenja poslovođe iz suprotne smjene.
