Znate li kolika je dnevna količina koju Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija preporučuje za konzumaciju. soli? Mnogi znaju da je to pet grama soli po danu, ali ne znaju  da je veća količina morske soli isto štetna kao i stolna sol. Naime, većina navode kako je morska sol zdravija od stolne, ali nije bitno koju sol koristimo, već koju količinu, tvrde kardiolozi.

Činjenica je da je sol iz mora manje obrađena, ali to ne znači da je i zdravija: “Sol je sol, bilo da je roza, bijela, kuhinjska, morska. Morska sol nije ništa zdravija od kuhinjske u smislu utjecaja na krvni tlak i zdravlje srca. Nije pitanje vrste soli, već količine koju koristimo i ona ne smije premašiti dnevnu preporuku”, kaže kardiologinja Suzanne Steinbaum, a prenosi NBC.

Razlike između kuhinjske i morske soli

Glavne razlike između morske i kuhinjske soli su u okusu, teksturi i obradi. Morska sol dolazi iz isparene morske vode i minimalno se prerađuje, tako da može zadržati minerale u tragovima. Manja obrada i sadržaj minerala daju aromu, boju i čine kristale većima.

Kuhinjska sol se više obrađuje, a mineralni sadržaj se uklanja. Sadrži jod, esencijalnu hranjivu tvar koja pomaže u održavanju zdrave štitnjače, ali i aditive koji se koriste za sprječavanje nakupljanja grudica, piše B92.

Stručnjaci preporučuju ograničavanje soli bilo koje vrste u prehrani jer ovaj uobičajeni dodatak hrani sadrži natrij koji može povećati krvni tlak. Sadržaj ovog elementa u obje vrste soli je identičan i iznosi 40 posto.

Umjesto da se fokusiramo na vrstu soli koju trebamo koristiti, preporuka je da jedemo manje količine, ističu liječnici. Savjetuju da se držimo preporučene doze jer ćemo tako pomoći boljoj kontroli krvnog tlaka, smanjenju rizika za nastanak kardiovaskularnih bolesti, srčanog i moždanog udara.

Znate li kolika je dnevna količina koju Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija preporučuje za konzumaciju. soli? Mnogi znaju da je to pet grama soli po danu, ali ne znaju  da je veća količina morske soli isto štetna kao i stolna sol. Naime, većina navode kako je morska sol zdravija od stolne, ali nije bitno koju sol koristimo, već koju količinu, tvrde kardiolozi.

Činjenica je da je sol iz mora manje obrađena, ali to ne znači da je i zdravija: “Sol je sol, bilo da je roza, bijela, kuhinjska, morska. Morska sol nije ništa zdravija od kuhinjske u smislu utjecaja na krvni tlak i zdravlje srca. Nije pitanje vrste soli, već količine koju koristimo i ona ne smije premašiti dnevnu preporuku”, kaže kardiologinja Suzanne Steinbaum, a prenosi NBC.

Razlike između kuhinjske i morske soli

Glavne razlike između morske i kuhinjske soli su u okusu, teksturi i obradi. Morska sol dolazi iz isparene morske vode i minimalno se prerađuje, tako da može zadržati minerale u tragovima. Manja obrada i sadržaj minerala daju aromu, boju i čine kristale većima.

Kuhinjska sol se više obrađuje, a mineralni sadržaj se uklanja. Sadrži jod, esencijalnu hranjivu tvar koja pomaže u održavanju zdrave štitnjače, ali i aditive koji se koriste za sprječavanje nakupljanja grudica, piše B92.

Stručnjaci preporučuju ograničavanje soli bilo koje vrste u prehrani jer ovaj uobičajeni dodatak hrani sadrži natrij koji može povećati krvni tlak. Sadržaj ovog elementa u obje vrste soli je identičan i iznosi 40 posto.

Umjesto da se fokusiramo na vrstu soli koju trebamo koristiti, preporuka je da jedemo manje količine, ističu liječnici. Savjetuju da se držimo preporučene doze jer ćemo tako pomoći boljoj kontroli krvnog tlaka, smanjenju rizika za nastanak kardiovaskularnih bolesti, srčanog i moždanog udara.
