Naše tijelo je savršen detektor koji, ako postoje simptomi, šalje suptilne signale da nam zdravlje nije u najboljem stanju. Drugim riječima, upozorava da moramo obratiti pažnju na vidljive promjene i na vrijeme reagirati. Ipak, mnogi od nas će takve signale zanemariti sve dok ne dođe do ozbiljne ugroze našeg zdravlja. Signali se mogu manifestirati kao ustrajni i neobjašnjivi simptomi poput umora, čestih glavobolja ili boli u mišićima. Znakovi upozorenja također mogu biti i promjene apetita, poremećaji u obrascima spavanja, stalni probavni problemi i promjene na koži mogu ukazivati na osnovne zdravstvene probleme. Stalan umor

Ako ustanovite da čak i nakon solidnih osam sati sna, još uvijek žudite za rem fazom, provjerite stanje sa štitnjačom i nadbubrežnom žlijezdom. Također, možda ćete morati detoksicirati tijelo putem prehrane kako biste ga oslobodili nakupljenih toksina.

Ispucale usne

Ako stalno posegnete za balzamom za usne kako bi tretirali napuknute usne, pogotovo pukotine u kutovimausana, vrlo je vjerojatno imate nedostatak vitamina B. Napuknute usne također mogu biti rani znak simptoma anemije. Hladna stopala

Mnogi, a posebno one osobe s manjom tjelesnom težinom, mogu imati hladne ruke i noge. Ipak, razlog za zabrinutost bi se trebao pojaviti ako su stopala kontinuirano hladna, neovisno o godišnjem dobu. Smrznuti nožni prsti mogu biti znak Raynaudovog sindroma, gdje je krvotok u stopalima i šakama nedostatan. Zagrijavanje stopala udobnim čarapama neće biti dovoljno jer ovaj je sindrom povezan s autoimunim stanjima, stoga biste trebali posjetiti liječnika.

Naše tijelo je savršen detektor koji, ako postoje simptomi, šalje suptilne signale da nam zdravlje nije u najboljem stanju. Drugim riječima, upozorava da moramo obratiti pažnju na vidljive promjene i na vrijeme reagirati. Ipak, mnogi od nas će takve signale zanemariti sve dok ne dođe do ozbiljne ugroze našeg zdravlja. Signali se mogu manifestirati kao ustrajni i neobjašnjivi simptomi poput umora, čestih glavobolja ili boli u mišićima. Znakovi upozorenja također mogu biti i promjene apetita, poremećaji u obrascima spavanja, stalni probavni problemi i promjene na koži mogu ukazivati na osnovne zdravstvene probleme. Stalan umor

Naime, našem je tijelu potreban san i ako mu ga ne osiguramo, s vremenom će doći do zdravstvenih problema. Ako ustanovite da čak i nakon solidnih osam sati sna, još uvijek žudite za rem fazom, provjerite stanje sa štitnjačom i nadbubrežnom žlijezdom. Također, možda ćete morati detoksicirati tijelo putem prehrane kako biste ga oslobodili nakupljenih toksina.

Ispucale usne

Ako stalno posegnete za balzamom za usne kako bi tretirali napuknute usne, pogotovo pukotine u kutovimausana, vrlo je vjerojatno imate nedostatak vitamina B. Napuknute usne također mogu biti rani znak simptoma anemije. Nedostatak željeza, osim simptoma ispucalih usana, može se manifestirati kroz umor, nedostatak zraka, glavobolje, zamućenog vida te grčeva u nogama. U uznapredovalim slučajevima puknuća usana možda će biti potrebno liječenje oralne kandidijaze.

Naježena ili pileća koža

Mnogi, a posebno one osobe s manjom tjelesnom težinom, mogu imati hladne ruke i noge. Ipak, razlog za zabrinutost bi se trebao pojaviti ako su stopala kontinuirano hladna, neovisno o godišnjem dobu. Smrznuti nožni prsti mogu biti znak Raynaudovog sindroma, gdje je krvotok u stopalima i šakama nedostatan. Zagrijavanje stopala udobnim čarapama neće biti dovoljno jer ovaj je sindrom povezan s autoimunim stanjima, stoga biste trebali posjetiti liječnika.
