Hrana koju jedemo prije spavanja ima velik utjecaj na kvalitetu sna. Neke kasnonoćne zalogaje zato ne treba izbjegavati, oni bi vam mogli biti od velike pomoći ako imate problem sa spavanjem, piše Novi list. 

Stručnjak Fergus Smithers koji je zaposlen na čelu odjela za hranu rekao je u intervjuu za Mirror koju hranu treba birati ako ogladnite prije spavanja. 

Prva i možda najcjenjenija namirnica je tamna čokolada, koja sadrži razne hranjive tvari koje pospješuju san - poput magnezija i triptofana. Ipak, ako želite nešto zdravije, ali jednako ukusno, posegnite za voćem poput banana ili kivija.

Kivi je bogat serotoninom, neurotransmiterom koji regulira ciklus spavanja i koji prirodno pomaže da utonete u dublji san. Banane sadrže magnezij, kalij i triptofan, koji pomažu u opuštanju mišića i potiču san, a bogate su i vlaknima, zbog čega se osjećate siti i zadovoljni prije nego što zaspite.

Ako želite nešto slano, možete se odlučiti za kupus koji ima brojne zdravstvene prednosti i koji sadrži kalcij, kalij i magnezij.

Još jedan međuobrok koji se preporučuje za spavanje je humus, koji će ukloniti glad - a istovremeno izazvati opuštanje. Možete ga upariti s raznim povrćem poput mrkve, celera, paprike, krastavaca ili cherry rajčica.

Hrana koju jedemo prije spavanja ima velik utjecaj na kvalitetu sna. Neke kasnonoćne zalogaje zato ne treba izbjegavati, oni bi vam mogli biti od velike pomoći ako imate problem sa spavanjem, piše Novi list. 

Stručnjak Fergus Smithers koji je zaposlen na čelu odjela za hranu rekao je u intervjuu za Mirror koju hranu treba birati ako ogladnite prije spavanja. 

Prva i možda najcjenjenija namirnica je tamna čokolada, koja sadrži razne hranjive tvari koje pospješuju san - poput magnezija i triptofana. Ipak, ako želite nešto zdravije, ali jednako ukusno, posegnite za voćem poput banana ili kivija.
