Napokon ste se maknuli iz ureda i otišli na toliko željeno putovanje. Bez e-mailova, sastanaka, samo vi, vaša bolja polovica i uživanje. Sad kad ste na putovanju, trebali biste se osjećati odlično, ali vaša crijeva vam to ne dopuštaju. Kad bolje razmislite već nekoliko dana niste imali stolicu. Što je putni zatvor?

Zapravo sasvim je normalno da vam se dogodi zatvor tijekom putovanja, a stručnjaci ističu da je to vrlo česta pojava. Čak i kod ljudi koji obično nemaju problema s obavljanjem velike nužde. Što se onda dogodi tijekom putovanja?

- Mnogo puta je to samo rezultat promjene rutine i malo stresa zbog putovanja - kaže dr. med. Vijaya Rao, gastroenterologinja i docentica na Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Chicagu.

Zatvor se može pojaviti još dok ste u avionu, autobusu ili nekom drugom prijevoznom sredstvo gdje vam je ograničen pristup sanitarnom čvoru. Zatim kad se smjestite u hotel ili apartman, nećete se osjećati kao kod kuće i zbog toga vam crijeva mogu biti malo stidljiva.

Naravno, na zatvor mogu utjecati i promjene u prehrani jer obično na putovanjima ne jedemo namirnice koje konzumiramo kod kuće. Nadalje, svoju ulogu može odigrati i nekvalitetan san. Možda ste promijenili vremensku zonu ili spavate na neudobnom kauču. Sve to može imati utjecaj na vašu probavu. Čak je i studija objavljena u časopisu Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility navela da nekvalitetan san može utjecati na rad crijeva.

Iako zatvor nije najgora stvar koja vam se može dogoditi na putovanju, nije baš ni ugodna. Srećom, postoje metode koje ga sprječavaju te potiču rad crijeva kad dođe do konstipacije.

Prije putovanje: Uzmite probiotike

Ako ste već više puta imali problema s putnim zatvorom, nije na odmet da prije putovanja uzmete probiotike kroz suplemente ili kroz hranu.

Probiotici su živi mikroorganizmi koji imaju brojne zdravstvene prednosti kada se konzumiraju, ali najvažniji je poboljšanje probave. Obično se nazivaju korisnim bakterijama. Ovo su neke od namirnica koje možete jesti: jogurt, kefir, tempeh, kiseli kupus, kiseli krastavci, gauda, mozzarella. Jedite ih nekoliko dana prije putovanja, ali i kad dođete na destinaciju.

Na putu: Redovito ustajte

Ako letite, nemojte samo sjediti, povremeno ustanite i prošetajte kako bi vam se ubrzala cirkulacija. Ako putujete automobilom, često pravite pauze kako biste protegnuli noge na nekoliko minuta. Redovita fizička aktivnost potiče pražnjenje crijeva.

Isto tako, pazite što jedete! Nemojte jesti grickalice ili čokoladice, vaša crijeva će vam biti zahvalnija ako odaberete sušeno voće i orašaste plodove. I ne zaboravite piti puno vode. Održavanje hidratacije je ključno za kvalitetan rad crijeva, odnosno za kretanje hrane kroz probavni trakt.

Naglašava da pazite na to što je jedete. To ne znači da trebate izbjegavati degustiranje lokalnih delicija, ali svakako uključite hranu bogatu vlaknima poput voća, povrća, zobene kaše i mahunarki.

Nadalje, konstipaciju možete spriječiti fizičkom aktivnošću, čak je hodanje dobra opcija. Uz to, nemojte zaboraviti na vodu i kvalitetan san.

Što je putni zatvor?

Zapravo sasvim je normalno da vam se dogodi zatvor tijekom putovanja, a stručnjaci ističu da je to vrlo česta pojava. Čak i kod ljudi koji obično nemaju problema s obavljanjem velike nužde. Što se onda dogodi tijekom putovanja?

- Mnogo puta je to samo rezultat promjene rutine i malo stresa zbog putovanja - kaže dr. med. Vijaya Rao, gastroenterologinja i docentica na Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Chicagu.

Zatvor se može pojaviti još dok ste u avionu, autobusu ili nekom drugom prijevoznom sredstvo gdje vam je ograničen pristup sanitarnom čvoru. Zatim kad se smjestite u hotel ili apartman, nećete se osjećati kao kod kuće i zbog toga vam crijeva mogu biti malo stidljiva.

Naravno, na zatvor mogu utjecati i promjene u prehrani jer obično na putovanjima ne jedemo namirnice koje konzumiramo kod kuće. Nadalje, svoju ulogu može odigrati i nekvalitetan san. Možda ste promijenili vremensku zonu ili spavate na neudobnom kauču. Sve to može imati utjecaj na vašu probavu. Čak je i studija objavljena u časopisu Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility navela da nekvalitetan san može utjecati na rad crijeva.

Iako zatvor nije najgora stvar koja vam se može dogoditi na putovanju, nije baš ni ugodna. Srećom, postoje metode koje ga sprječavaju te potiču rad crijeva kad dođe do konstipacije.

Prije putovanje: Uzmite probiotike

Ako ste već više puta imali problema s putnim zatvorom, nije na odmet da prije putovanja uzmete probiotike kroz suplemente ili kroz hranu.

Probiotici su živi mikroorganizmi koji imaju brojne zdravstvene prednosti kada se konzumiraju, ali najvažniji je poboljšanje probave. Obično se nazivaju korisnim bakterijama. Ovo su neke od namirnica koje možete jesti: jogurt, kefir, tempeh, kiseli kupus, kiseli krastavci, gauda, mozzarella. Jedite ih nekoliko dana prije putovanja, ali i kad dođete na destinaciju.

Na putu: Redovito ustajte

Ako letite, nemojte samo sjediti, povremeno ustanite i prošetajte kako bi vam se ubrzala cirkulacija. Ako putujete automobilom, često pravite pauze kako biste protegnuli noge na nekoliko minuta. Redovita fizička aktivnost potiče pražnjenje crijeva.

Isto tako, pazite što jedete! Nemojte jesti grickalice ili čokoladice, vaša crijeva će vam biti zahvalnija ako odaberete sušeno voće i orašaste plodove. I ne zaboravite piti puno vode. Održavanje hidratacije je ključno za kvalitetan rad crijeva, odnosno za kretanje hrane kroz probavni trakt.

Na destinaciji: Krećite se, jedite i pijte puno vode

- Pokušajte održati što je moguće više svoju rutinu - kaže dr. Rao.

Naglašava da pazite na to što je jedete. To ne znači da trebate izbjegavati degustiranje lokalnih delicija, ali svakako uključite hranu bogatu vlaknima poput voća, povrća, zobene kaše i mahunarki.

Nadalje, konstipaciju možete spriječiti fizičkom aktivnošću, čak je hodanje dobra opcija. Uz to, nemojte zaboraviti na vodu i kvalitetan san.
