Srčani udari poznati su po tome što nastaju neočekivano, što ih čini jednim od najsmrtonosnijih stanja u svijetu. Do udara dolazi kada dotok krvi u srce iznenada stane. To izaziva tsunami simptoma, ali postoje dokazi da se znakovi upozorenja mogu pojaviti u mjesecima koji prethode udaru. Prema jednom istraživanju, žene mogu osjetiti neobičan umor, poremećaje spavanja i nedostatak zraka mjesec dana prije srčanog udara.

Prvi simptom koji signalizira srčani udar je bol u prsima, slična onoj koju osjetimo kada nas tijekom vježbanja uhvati grč u nogama. Budući da je srce zaduženo za pumpanje krvi u ostatak tijela, srčani udar odmah uzrokuje nedostatak kisika u cijelom tijelu.

Anketa objavljena u časopisu Circulation prikupila je informacije od više od 500 žena koje su doživjele i preživjele srčani udar kako bi usporedila njihove simptome. Njih 95 posto reklo je da su primijetili neobične tjelesne promjene mjesec dana prije. Najčešći problem u tjednima koji su prethodili srčanom udaru bili su umor i poremećaj sna.

Zanimljivo, istraživanje je pokazalo da je bol u prsima tijekom srčanog udara iskusilo manje žena u usporedbi s muškarcima. S druge strane, kod žena je bila veća vjerojatnost od pojave kratkog daha.

2019. Harvard Health objavio je popis 12 najčešćih simptoma koje su prijavile žene mjesec dana prije srčanog udara:

– neuobičajeni umor (71 posto)

– poremećaj spavanja (48 posto)

– kratkoća daha (42 posto)

– loša probava (39 posto)

– anksioznost (36 posto)

– ubrzan rad srca (27 posto)

– slabe/teške ruke (25 posto)

– promjene u razmišljanju ili pamćenju (24 posto)

– promjena vida (23 posto)

– gubitak apetita (22 posto)

– trnci u šakama/rukama (22 posto)

– poteškoće s disanjem noću (19 posto)

Jedan od razloga zašto muškarci i žene mogu doživjeti različite simptome srčanog udara je taj što je vjerojatnije da će muškarci patiti od nakupljanja plaka u većim arterijama koje opskrbljuju srce krvlju. Žene su pak osjetljivije na nakupljanje plaka u manjim srčanim arterijama, poznatima kao mikrovaskulature.

Kako spriječiti srčani udar?

Opće je poznato da su srčani udari posljedica životnih navika koje progresivno oštećuju krvožilni sustav. Čimbenici rizika koji se mogu promijeniti su pušenje, tjelesna aktivnost i ono što jedete i pijete.

"Drugi potencijalno promjenjivi čimbenici rizika uključuju onečišćenje zraka, buku, stres i infekcije, iako pojedincu to nije lako izravno kontrolirati", navodi Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health (HSPH).

Svi ovi čimbenici izravno utječu na nekoliko fizioloških aspekata zdravlja poput krvnog tlaka, razine kolesterola i šećera u krvi. Iako postojanje jednog ili dva od ovih faktora rizika ne mora nužno rezultirati srčanim udarom, što više faktora rizika imate, to je rizik veći, upozorava HSPH, prenosi Index.

Srčani udari poznati su po tome što nastaju neočekivano, što ih čini jednim od najsmrtonosnijih stanja u svijetu. Do udara dolazi kada dotok krvi u srce iznenada stane. To izaziva tsunami simptoma, ali postoje dokazi da se znakovi upozorenja mogu pojaviti u mjesecima koji prethode udaru. Prema jednom istraživanju, žene mogu osjetiti neobičan umor, poremećaje spavanja i nedostatak zraka mjesec dana prije srčanog udara.

Prvi simptom koji signalizira srčani udar je bol u prsima, slična onoj koju osjetimo kada nas tijekom vježbanja uhvati grč u nogama. Budući da je srce zaduženo za pumpanje krvi u ostatak tijela, srčani udar odmah uzrokuje nedostatak kisika u cijelom tijelu.

Anketa objavljena u časopisu Circulation prikupila je informacije od više od 500 žena koje su doživjele i preživjele srčani udar kako bi usporedila njihove simptome. Njih 95 posto reklo je da su primijetili neobične tjelesne promjene mjesec dana prije. Najčešći problem u tjednima koji su prethodili srčanom udaru bili su umor i poremećaj sna.

Zanimljivo, istraživanje je pokazalo da je bol u prsima tijekom srčanog udara iskusilo manje žena u usporedbi s muškarcima. S druge strane, kod žena je bila veća vjerojatnost od pojave kratkog daha.

2019. Harvard Health objavio je popis 12 najčešćih simptoma koje su prijavile žene mjesec dana prije srčanog udara:

– neuobičajeni umor (71 posto)

– poremećaj spavanja (48 posto)

– kratkoća daha (42 posto)

– loša probava (39 posto)

– anksioznost (36 posto)

– ubrzan rad srca (27 posto)

– slabe/teške ruke (25 posto)

– promjene u razmišljanju ili pamćenju (24 posto)

– promjena vida (23 posto)

– gubitak apetita (22 posto)

– trnci u šakama/rukama (22 posto)

– poteškoće s disanjem noću (19 posto)

Jedan od razloga zašto muškarci i žene mogu doživjeti različite simptome srčanog udara je taj što je vjerojatnije da će muškarci patiti od nakupljanja plaka u većim arterijama koje opskrbljuju srce krvlju. Žene su pak osjetljivije na nakupljanje plaka u manjim srčanim arterijama, poznatima kao mikrovaskulature.

Kako spriječiti srčani udar?

Opće je poznato da su srčani udari posljedica životnih navika koje progresivno oštećuju krvožilni sustav. Čimbenici rizika koji se mogu promijeniti su pušenje, tjelesna aktivnost i ono što jedete i pijete.

"Drugi potencijalno promjenjivi čimbenici rizika uključuju onečišćenje zraka, buku, stres i infekcije, iako pojedincu to nije lako izravno kontrolirati", navodi Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health (HSPH).

Svi ovi čimbenici izravno utječu na nekoliko fizioloških aspekata zdravlja poput krvnog tlaka, razine kolesterola i šećera u krvi. Srčani udari poznati su po tome što nastaju neočekivano, što ih čini jednim od najsmrtonosnijih stanja u svijetu. Do udara dolazi kada dotok krvi u srce iznenada stane. To izaziva tsunami simptoma, ali postoje dokazi da se znakovi upozorenja mogu pojaviti u mjesecima koji prethode udaru. Prema jednom istraživanju, žene mogu osjetiti neobičan umor, poremećaje spavanja i nedostatak zraka mjesec dana prije srčanog udara.

Prvi simptom koji signalizira srčani udar je bol u prsima, slična onoj koju osjetimo kada nas tijekom vježbanja uhvati grč u nogama. Budući da je srce zaduženo za pumpanje krvi u ostatak tijela, srčani udar odmah uzrokuje nedostatak kisika u cijelom tijelu.
