Istraživanje provedeno na kalifornijskom Sveučilištu pokazalo je kako usamljenost igra veliku ulogu u životu starijih ljudi i može im ozbiljno narušiti zdravlje.

Naime, rezultati studije pokazali su sljedeće -  23 posto usamljenih sudionika studije umrlo je kroz narednih šest godina za razliku od 14 posto onih koji su imali nekoga uz sebe, prenosi prvi.tv.

'Potreba za ljudima koji nas poznaju, cijene i donose nam radost nikad u životu ne prestaje' - kazala je jedna od autorica studije.

Tu potrebu posebno imaju stariji ljudi. Oni su tolerantniji na ljudske mane od mnogo mlađih ljudi. Oni znaju kako ne treba lako odustajati od veza i prijateljstava i znaju ih čuvati, dodaju autori.

Dakle, provođenje vremena s bakama i djedovima, ili mamama i tatama produžava im život.

Istraživanje provedeno na kalifornijskom Sveučilištu pokazalo je kako usamljenost igra veliku ulogu u životu starijih ljudi i može im ozbiljno narušiti zdravlje.

Naime, rezultati studije pokazali su sljedeće -  23 posto usamljenih sudionika studije umrlo je kroz narednih šest godina za razliku od 14 posto onih koji su imali nekoga uz sebe, prenosi prvi.tv.

'Potreba za ljudima koji nas poznaju, cijene i donose nam radost nikad u životu ne prestaje' - kazala je jedna od autorica studije.

Tu potrebu posebno imaju stariji ljudi. Oni su tolerantniji na ljudske mane od mnogo mlađih ljudi. Oni znaju kako ne treba lako odustajati od veza i prijateljstava i znaju ih čuvati, dodaju autori.

Dakle, provođenje vremena s bakama i djedovima, ili mamama i tatama produžava im život.
