Jamie je podijelio recept za mekane bublice - okej, ne'š ti novosti - ali njegove idu u paru s pečenim camembertom. Sve je to lijepo i efektno prezentirano, ma tko se ne bi mašio...

'Tear'n'share' bublice s pečenim camembertom

800 grama brašna plus još malo za posipanje

vrećica instant kvasca

žličica soli

3 okrugla camembert sira od po 250 grama

par grančica ružmarina

3 režnja češnjaka

malo maslinovog ulja

sol, papar

Stavite brašno, kvasac i sol u blender pa postupno dodajte oko 500 mililitara mlake vode. 'Pulsirajte' blender nekoliko puta, dok se ne stvori tijesto. U nedostatku blendera poslužite se ručnim mikserom.

Tijesto ostavite da se diže oko sat i 30 minuta, dok se ne udvostruči. Sir izvadite iz drvene kutije.

Rukama oblikujte kuglice i poslažite ih oko kutije od sira. Prekrijte sve vlažnom krpom i ostavite da se bublice dižu oko sat vremena.

Sir vratite u kutiju, pa mu skinite koru s vrha. Po želji, zabodite u njega grančice ružmarina i komadiće češnjaka. Ružmarin rasporedite i među bublicama.

Nakapajte sir i bublice maslinovim uljem te pospite solju i paprom. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva oko 30-35 minuta.

'Tear'n'share' bublice s pečenim camembertom

800 grama brašna plus još malo za posipanje

vrećica instant kvasca

žličica soli

3 okrugla camembert sira od po 250 grama

par grančica ružmarina

3 režnja češnjaka

malo maslinovog ulja

sol, papar

Stavite brašno, kvasac i sol u blender pa postupno dodajte oko 500 mililitara mlake vode. 'Pulsirajte' blender nekoliko puta, dok se ne stvori tijesto. U nedostatku blendera poslužite se ručnim mikserom.

Tijesto ostavite da se diže oko sat i 30 minuta, dok se ne udvostruči. Sir izvadite iz drvene kutije.

Rukama oblikujte kuglice i poslažite ih oko kutije od sira. Prekrijte sve vlažnom krpom i ostavite da se bublice dižu oko sat vremena.

Sir vratite u kutiju, pa mu skinite koru s vrha. Po želji, zabodite u njega grančice ružmarina i komadiće češnjaka. Ružmarin rasporedite i među bublicama.

Nakapajte sir i bublice maslinovim uljem te pospite solju i paprom. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva oko 30-35 minuta.
