Umak od karameliziranog luka

750 grama luka, najbolje je uzeti razne vrste (ljubičasti, srebrenac, žuti)

4 režnja češnjaka, neoguljena

60 ml maslinovog ulja

350 ml grčkog jogurta

2 žličice limunovog soka

2 žlice vode

malo papra i soli

Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 srupnjeva Celzija. Luk narežite na tanke ploškice u obliku polumjeseca. Stavite ih u širu posudu za pečenje, dodajte češnjak i sve prelijte uljem te dodajte 2 žlice vode.

Promiješajte pa oblikujte hrpicu, kako se ne bi prebrzo ispekli. Stavite peći. Svakih deset minuta promiješajte. Neka se peku 40-50 minuta dok sve nije lijepo karamelizirano. Poneki komadić će posmeđiti, ali to je u redu.

Izvadite iz pećnice pa kad se malo ohladi usitnite ploškice, a češnjaku odstranite koricu i zgnječite ga. Sve prebacite u posudu i dodajte ostale sastojke. Provjerite treba li dotjerati okus pa poslužite uz čips po svom izboru.

Umak od karameliziranog luka

750 grama luka, najbolje je uzeti razne vrste (ljubičasti, srebrenac, žuti)

4 režnja češnjaka, neoguljena

60 ml maslinovog ulja

350 ml grčkog jogurta

2 žličice limunovog soka

2 žlice vode

malo papra i soli

Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 srupnjeva Celzija. Luk narežite na tanke ploškice u obliku polumjeseca. Stavite ih u širu posudu za pečenje, dodajte češnjak i sve prelijte uljem te dodajte 2 žlice vode.

Promiješajte pa oblikujte hrpicu, kako se ne bi prebrzo ispekli. Stavite peći. Svakih deset minuta promiješajte. Neka se peku 40-50 minuta dok sve nije lijepo karamelizirano. Poneki komadić će posmeđiti, ali to je u redu.

Izvadite iz pećnice pa kad se malo ohladi usitnite ploškice, a češnjaku odstranite koricu i zgnječite ga. Sve prebacite u posudu i dodajte ostale sastojke. Provjerite treba li dotjerati okus pa poslužite uz čips po svom izboru.
