Nakon što smo isprobali recept o kojemu bruje društvene mreže i pišu neki od najpoznatijih svjetskih portala, došli smo do nekoliko zaključaka.

Najprije, proces izrade kruha čiji su glavni sastojci u kombinaciji banana i maslac od kikirikija, ponešto je kompliciranija - dok prvotnu verziju možete umiješati uz pomoć žlice, za ovaj ćete najprije trebati upaliti mikser, kako biste sjedinili na sobnoj temperaturi omekšani maslac i njegovu orašastu verziju. Polako se potom dodaju najprije jaja i šećer, zatim suhi sastojci (brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol) te pire od banane koju ste prethodno gnječili. Čokolada je samo dodatna opcija, za one koji vole slađe, no ako uživate baš u slatko-slanome okusu, preporučili bismo da dodate samo malo narezanih komadića kikirikija.

Konačan rezultat? Iako je nešto manje sočan od običnog banana kruha, a i slankasti okus neće pasati svakome, "peanut butter banana bread" nije slučajno jedan od najtraženijih recepata na Internetu. Uz to je i jako zasitan i proteinima bogat, a uz nešto manju količinu šećera može biti odličan doručak.

Ipak, prije nego ga požurite otpisati, zanimat će vas možda da ovaj skromni kolač ima nešto manje šećera od onoga na koji ste navikli peći, a slatko-slani okus daje mu jednu sasvim neuobičajenu notu. Možete ga obogatiti i sirovim kikirikijem i tamnom čokoladom, u toj varijanti je - skoro pa savršen.
Zašto skoro?
Nakon što smo isprobali recept o kojemu bruje društvene mreže i pišu neki od najpoznatijih svjetskih portala, došli smo do nekoliko zaključaka.

Najprije, proces izrade kruha čiji su glavni sastojci u kombinaciji banana i maslac od kikirikija, ponešto je kompliciranija - dok prvotnu verziju možete umiješati uz pomoć žlice, za ovaj ćete najprije trebati upaliti mikser, kako biste sjedinili na sobnoj temperaturi omekšani maslac i njegovu orašastu verziju. Polako se potom dodaju najprije jaja i šećer, zatim suhi sastojci (brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol) te pire od banane koju ste prethodno gnječili. Čokolada je samo dodatna opcija, za one koji vole slađe, no ako uživate baš u slatko-slanome okusu, preporučili bismo da dodate samo malo narezanih komadića kikirikija.

Konačan rezultat? Iako je nešto manje sočan od običnog banana kruha, a i slankasti okus neće pasati svakome, "peanut butter banana bread" nije slučajno jedan od najtraženijih recepata na Internetu. Uz to je i jako zasitan i proteinima bogat, a uz nešto manju količinu šećera može biti odličan doručak.
