Dok god traje sezona balancana, ne mogu nam dosaditi novi zanimljivi recepti za njihovu pripremu. Jedan baš takav odnosi se na jelo koje neki nazivaju tartarom od patlidžana. Ne bojte se, ne podrazumijeva sirove balancane, ali uključuje puno finih začina i rezultira namazom koji će vam super poslužiti i kao prilog.

Tartar od patlidžana

Sastojci:

4 patlidžana
4 češnja češnjaka
1 puna žličica sušenog origana
15 g svježe metvice
15 g svježeg peršina
4 mlada luka
50 g blanširanih badema
1 žlica kapara
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Narežite patlidžane na ploške pa ih rasporedite u jednom sloju na nekoliko limova za pečenje. Svaku fetu zarežite par puta, a u svaku rupicu ubacite ploškicu češnjaka pa sve pokapajte maslinovim uljem, posolite, popaprite i pospite origanom pa pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 45 minuta ili dok patlidžan ne omekša.

Sitno nasjeckajte po mentu i peršin, sitno narežite mladi luk. Tostirajte 50 g blanširanih badema na suhoj tavi dok ne porumene, a zatim ih grubo nasjeckajte.

Ostavite patlidžane da se malo ohlade, zatim ih nasjeckajte na kockice od oko 1 cm i dodajte u zdjelu sa začinskim biljem, mladim lukom, bademima i 1 žlicom kapara. Začinite, pokapajte ekstra djevičanskim maslinovim uljem i dobro promiješajte.

Poslužite s tostiranim kruhom i svježim rajčicama.

Dok god traje sezona balancana, ne mogu nam dosaditi novi zanimljivi recepti za njihovu pripremu. Jedan baš takav odnosi se na jelo koje neki nazivaju tartarom od patlidžana. Ne bojte se, ne podrazumijeva sirove balancane, ali uključuje puno finih začina i rezultira namazom koji će vam super poslužiti i kao prilog.

Tartar od patlidžana

Sastojci:

4 patlidžana
4 češnja češnjaka
1 puna žličica sušenog origana
15 g svježe metvice
15 g svježeg peršina
4 mlada luka
50 g blanširanih badema
1 žlica kapara
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Narežite patlidžane na ploške pa ih rasporedite u jednom sloju na nekoliko limova za pečenje. Svaku fetu zarežite par puta, a u svaku rupicu ubacite ploškicu češnjaka pa sve pokapajte maslinovim uljem, posolite, popaprite i pospite origanom pa pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 45 minuta ili dok patlidžan ne omekša.

Sitno nasjeckajte po mentu i peršin, sitno narežite mladi luk. Tostirajte 50 g blanširanih badema na suhoj tavi dok ne porumene, a zatim ih grubo nasjeckajte.

Ostavite patlidžane da se malo ohlade, zatim ih nasjeckajte na kockice od oko 1 cm i dodajte u zdjelu sa začinskim biljem, mladim lukom, bademima i 1 žlicom kapara. Začinite, pokapajte ekstra djevičanskim maslinovim uljem i dobro promiješajte.

Poslužite s tostiranim kruhom i svježim rajčicama.

Dok god traje sezona balancana, ne mogu nam dosaditi novi zanimljivi recepti za njihovu pripremu. Jedan baš takav odnosi se na jelo koje neki nazivaju tartarom od patlidžana. Ne bojte se, ne podrazumijeva sirove balancane, ali uključuje puno finih začina i rezultira namazom koji će vam super poslužiti i kao prilog.

Tartar od patlidžana

Sastojci:

4 patlidžana
4 češnja češnjaka
1 puna žličica sušenog origana
15 g svježe metvice
15 g svježeg peršina
4 mlada luka
50 g blanširanih badema
1 žlica kapara
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Narežite patlidžane na ploške pa ih rasporedite u jednom sloju na nekoliko limova za pečenje. Svaku fetu zarežite par puta, a u svaku rupicu ubacite ploškicu češnjaka pa sve pokapajte maslinovim uljem, posolite, popaprite i pospite origanom pa pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 45 minuta ili dok patlidžan ne omekša.

Sitno nasjeckajte po mentu i peršin, sitno narežite mladi luk. Tostirajte 50 g blanširanih badema na suhoj tavi dok ne porumene, a zatim ih grubo nasjeckajte.

Ostavite patlidžane da se malo ohlade, zatim ih nasjeckajte na kockice od oko 1 cm i dodajte u zdjelu sa začinskim biljem, mladim lukom, bademima i 1 žlicom kapara. Začinite, pokapajte ekstra djevičanskim maslinovim uljem i dobro promiješajte.

Poslužite s tostiranim kruhom i svježim rajčicama.
