[alias] => stijesnjeni-smo-izmedu-dvije-zgrade [catid] => 298 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Redovno čitam vašu kolumnu te sam se i ja, ponukan nekim vrlo dobrim rješenjima, odlučio javiti Slobodnoj Dalmaciji i zatražiti savjet. Imamo jedan potpuno prazan i neuređen prostor, a nalazi se stiješnjen između dvije kuće.

Dimenzije prostora su cca 3,6 metara za cca 12 metara. Jedini otvori su na južnom i sjevernom dijelu koji gledaju prema glavnoj ulici i dvorištu straga. Dimenzije otvora nisu još definirane jer je trenutno sve zazidano privremenim zidom od nepovezanih bloketa tako da otvori mogu biti koliko god treba.

Htjeli bi dobiti (ako je to uopće moguće!) funkcionalan stan za dvočlanu obitelj ili studente! Jedini uvjet je da ima odvojenu spavaću sobu. Položaj kanalizacije i vode je označen debelom crtom na tlocrtu postojećeg stanja koji je priložen uz mail.

   Postojeće stanje - Prijedlog rješenja
Poštovani, dimenzije prostora same po sebi nameću vrlo jednostavno rješenje koje ću vam pojasniti u kratkim crtama jer sve je vrlo jasno vidljivo na priloženom tlocrtu i 3D vizualizaciji.

Predloženo uređenje stana ispunjava sve bitne zahtjeve no, jedina zamjerka ovoj dispoziciji je direktan ulaz u dnevni boravak s obzirom na položaj kuhinje i boravka kao i dimenzija prostora. No ukoliko vam ne odgovara ovaj prijedlog, preporučujem vam da na samom ulazu napravite mali hodnik koji bi s lijeve strane zidom odvajao ulaz od dnevnog boravka.

Nastavno na boravak spaja se otvoreno blagovanje te kuhinja. Ostali dio stana je degažiran s malim hodnikom iz kojeg se pristupa u zahod s kupaonicom i spavaću sobu.

Dimenzije prostora su cca 3,6 metara za cca 12 metara. Jedini otvori su na južnom i sjevernom dijelu koji gledaju prema glavnoj ulici i dvorištu straga. Dimenzije otvora nisu još definirane jer je trenutno sve zazidano privremenim zidom od nepovezanih bloketa tako da otvori mogu biti koliko god treba.

Htjeli bi dobiti (ako je to uopće moguće!) funkcionalan stan za dvočlanu obitelj ili studente! Jedini uvjet je da ima odvojenu spavaću sobu. Položaj kanalizacije i vode je označen debelom crtom na tlocrtu postojećeg stanja koji je priložen uz mail.

   Postojeće stanje - Prijedlog rješenja
Poštovani, dimenzije prostora same po sebi nameću vrlo jednostavno rješenje koje ću vam pojasniti u kratkim crtama jer sve je vrlo jasno vidljivo na priloženom tlocrtu i 3D vizualizaciji.

Predloženo uređenje stana ispunjava sve bitne zahtjeve no, jedina zamjerka ovoj dispoziciji je direktan ulaz u dnevni boravak s obzirom na položaj kuhinje i boravka kao i dimenzija prostora. No ukoliko vam ne odgovara ovaj prijedlog, preporučujem vam da na samom ulazu napravite mali hodnik koji bi s lijeve strane zidom odvajao ulaz od dnevnog boravka.

Nastavno na boravak spaja se otvoreno blagovanje te kuhinja. Ostali dio stana je degažiran s malim hodnikom iz kojeg se pristupa u zahod s kupaonicom i spavaću sobu.

Redovno čitam vašu kolumnu te sam se i ja, ponukan nekim vrlo dobrim rješenjima, odlučio javiti Slobodnoj Dalmaciji i zatražiti savjet. Imamo jedan potpuno prazan i neuređen prostor, a nalazi se stiješnjen između dvije kuće.
