Cijene nekretnina u cijelome svijetu dramatično skaču pa je tako i u Hong Kongu, koji se "diči" s najskupljim tržištem nekretnina na svijetu.
Međutim u Hong Kongu nisu skupi samo stanovi, nego i posljednja počivališta.
Raskošan bijeli mramorni interijer 12-katnice Shan Sum Tower definitivno nije namijenjen prosječnom kupcu nekretnina, jer je to kolumbarij i mrtvačnica. Uz standardne niše veličine oko jednog kubičnog metra, moglo bi se tvrditi da je mjesto u ovome tornju relativno skuplje od najskuplje nekretnine u gradu za život - vile u ultraekskluzivnom dijelu The Peaka, koja je u ožujku privukla ponudu od 32.000 dolara po kvadratnom metru.
Ali Shan Sum uopće nije ni najskuplje mjesto za mrtve u Hong Kongu. Najskuplja niša od svih nalazi se u kompleksu nalik hramu u sjevernom predgrađu Fanling. Cijene nekretnina u cijelome svijetu dramatično skaču pa je tako i u Hong Kongu, koji se "diči" s najskupljim tržištem nekretnina na svijetu.
Međutim u Hong Kongu nisu skupi samo stanovi, nego i posljednja počivališta.
Raskošan bijeli mramorni interijer 12-katnice Shan Sum Tower definitivno nije namijenjen prosječnom kupcu nekretnina, jer je to kolumbarij i mrtvačnica. Ta privatna visoka građevina, smještena u lepezastoj zgradi koju je dizajnirao njemački arhitekt Ulrich Kirchhoff, namijenjena je za pohranjivanje kremiranih ostataka 23.000 ljudi. I nije jeftino. Niše koje mogu primiti najviše dvije urne mogu koštati do 76.000 dolara, dok obiteljske jedinice koje mogu držati pepeo do osam ljudi dosežu čak 430.000 dolara, piše Klix.ba.

Uz standardne niše veličine oko jednog kubičnog metra, moglo bi se tvrditi da je mjesto u ovome tornju relativno skuplje od najskuplje nekretnine u gradu za život - vile u ultraekskluzivnom dijelu The Peaka, koja je u ožujku privukla ponudu od 32.000 dolara po kvadratnom metru.
Ali Shan Sum uopće nije ni najskuplje mjesto za mrtve u Hong Kongu. Najskuplja niša od svih nalazi se u kompleksu nalik hramu u sjevernom predgrađu Fanling. Tamo mjesto za urnu košta 660.000 dolara, a ta brojka čak ne uključuje naknade za upravljanje od najmanje 25.000 dolara u tekućim plaćanjima. Pepeo se ondje može skladištiti samo dok traje privatna dozvola za objekt koju je izdala vlada Hong Konga. Ove dozvole imaju ograničenje od 10 godina, a za dobivanje mogu biti potrebne godine inspekcije.
