Australac je pokušao tužiti bolnicu u Melbourneu za milijardu australskih dolara (643 milijuna dolara) jer ga je poticala i dopustila da dođe na carski rez svoje supruge, tvrdeći da je to kod njega izazvalo psihozu.

Supruga Anila Copule rodila je zdravo dijete carskim rezom u Kraljevskoj ženskoj bolnici 20. siječnja 2018. godine.

Copula je rekao da je "ohrabren", odnosno da mu je "dopušteno" prisustvovati porodu svoje supruge carskim rezom, prenosi blic.rs.

Tom je prilikom vidio krv i unutarnje organe svoje supruge, što mu je, kako kaže, izazvalo psihički poremećaj i potpuno mu poremetilo život.

Godinama nakon djetetova rođenja, tužio se Vrhovnom sudu Victorije, navodeći da je bolnica prekršila svoju dužnost brige prema njemu i da mu je dužna platiti odštetu.

Coppola, koji se sam zastupao tijekom postupka, procijenio je svoju odštetu za psihički stres na milijardu australskih dolara.

Kraljevska ženska bolnica priznala je da je i prema njemu imala obavezu brige, ali je negirala da ju je prekršila. Također je odbacila tvrdnje da je pretrpio bilo kakvu traumu.

U izrečenoj presudi, sudac James Gorton odbacio je tužbu, nazvavši je "zlouporabom procesa." Copula je na sudu tvrdio da je bolest dovela do "raspada njegovog braka." Podvrgnut je liječničkom pregledu, a vijeće je utvrdilo da ‘stupanj psihijatrijskog oštećenja koji je rezultat prisustvovanja porodu podnositelja zahtjeva, koji je naveden u tužbi, ne zadovoljava ganični ‘nivo‘. 

On se nije se složio s nalazom vijeća, ali nije podnio zahtjev za preispitivanje odluke. Bolnica je tada zatražila obustavu postupka.

Australac je pokušao tužiti bolnicu u Melbourneu za milijardu australskih dolara (643 milijuna dolara) jer ga je poticala i dopustila da dođe na carski rez svoje supruge, tvrdeći da je to kod njega izazvalo psihozu.

Supruga Anila Copule rodila je zdravo dijete carskim rezom u Kraljevskoj ženskoj bolnici 20. siječnja 2018. godine.

Copula je rekao da je "ohrabren", odnosno da mu je "dopušteno" prisustvovati porodu svoje supruge carskim rezom, prenosi blic.rs.

Tom je prilikom vidio krv i unutarnje organe svoje supruge, što mu je, kako kaže, izazvalo psihički poremećaj i potpuno mu poremetilo život.

Godinama nakon djetetova rođenja, tužio se Vrhovnom sudu Victorije, navodeći da je bolnica prekršila svoju dužnost brige prema njemu i da mu je dužna platiti odštetu.

Coppola, koji se sam zastupao tijekom postupka, procijenio je svoju odštetu za psihički stres na milijardu australskih dolara.

Kraljevska ženska bolnica priznala je da je i prema njemu imala obavezu brige, ali je negirala da ju je prekršila. Također je odbacila tvrdnje da je pretrpio bilo kakvu traumu.

U izrečenoj presudi, sudac James Gorton odbacio je tužbu, nazvavši je "zlouporabom procesa." Copula je na sudu tvrdio da je bolest dovela do "raspada njegovog braka." Podvrgnut je liječničkom pregledu, a vijeće je utvrdilo da ‘stupanj psihijatrijskog oštećenja koji je rezultat prisustvovanja porodu podnositelja zahtjeva, koji je naveden u tužbi, ne zadovoljava ganični ‘nivo‘. 

On se nije se složio s nalazom vijeća, ali nije podnio zahtjev za preispitivanje odluke. Bolnica je tada zatražila obustavu postupka.

Australac je pokušao tužiti bolnicu u Melbourneu za milijardu australskih dolara (643 milijuna dolara) jer ga je poticala i dopustila da dođe na carski rez svoje supruge, tvrdeći da je to kod njega izazvalo psihozu.

Supruga Anila Copule rodila je zdravo dijete carskim rezom u Kraljevskoj ženskoj bolnici 20. siječnja 2018. godine.

Copula je rekao da je "ohrabren", odnosno da mu je "dopušteno" prisustvovati porodu svoje supruge carskim rezom, prenosi blic.rs.

Tom je prilikom vidio krv i unutarnje organe svoje supruge, što mu je, kako kaže, izazvalo psihički poremećaj i potpuno mu poremetilo život.

Godinama nakon djetetova rođenja, tužio se Vrhovnom sudu Victorije, navodeći da je bolnica prekršila svoju dužnost brige prema njemu i da mu je dužna platiti odštetu.

Coppola, koji se sam zastupao tijekom postupka, procijenio je svoju odštetu za psihički stres na milijardu australskih dolara.

Kraljevska ženska bolnica priznala je da je i prema njemu imala obavezu brige, ali je negirala da ju je prekršila. Također je odbacila tvrdnje da je pretrpio bilo kakvu traumu.

U izrečenoj presudi, sudac James Gorton odbacio je tužbu, nazvavši je "zlouporabom procesa." Copula je na sudu tvrdio da je bolest dovela do "raspada njegovog braka." Podvrgnut je liječničkom pregledu, a vijeće je utvrdilo da ‘stupanj psihijatrijskog oštećenja koji je rezultat prisustvovanja porodu podnositelja zahtjeva, koji je naveden u tužbi, ne zadovoljava ganični ‘nivo‘. 

On se nije se složio s nalazom vijeća, ali nije podnio zahtjev za preispitivanje odluke. Bolnica je tada zatražila obustavu postupka.
