Panel "Gloria osobno", održan na temu "Znamo li s novim životom izaći na kraj", okupio je stručnjake za mentalno zdravlje - Almu Mihaljević Peleš i Miroslava Hercega, ali i Ivanu Kindl, pjevačicu koja je otvoreno progovorila o borbi s depresijom. Voditeljica i moderatorica panela, Barbara Kolar, i sama je otkrila kako se nosi s promjenama, piše gloria.hr.

Svaki veliki stres ostavlja trag na ljude, no ne znači da će sve naše promjene otići u lošem smjeru. Teško životno iskustvo poput ovog kojeg živimo posljednjih godinu dana može nas i oplemeniti, a mnogi će kroz taj proces i sazreti. Jedni će srljati u poroke i ovisnosti, ali mnogi će na drugačiji način pristupati životnim vrijednostima – složili su se sudionici panela Gloria osobno 'Koliko smo se promijenili', organiziranog u Laubi.

Panelisti Alma Mihaljević Peleš, psihijatrica iz KBC Zagreb, Ivana Kindl, pjevačica koja je otvoreno progovorila o borbi s depresijom te Miroslav Herceg, psihijatar iz Klinike Vrapče uz voditeljicu Barbaru Kolar koja je moderirala panel, otvorili su temu 'Znamo li s novim životom izaći na kraj'.

Na novonastalu situaciju još se nije prilagodila pjevačica Ivana Kindl. Najteže podnosi činjenicu da joj je onemogućen rad pa zbog straha i egzistencijalne krize često ima psihičke 'padove'. Kako je prije tri godine prolazila kroz težak period depresije o kojoj je javno progovorila, uslijed koje je prolazila tretmane psihoterapije, a još uvijek pije i lijekove, kaže kako ju je to iskustvo na neki način pripremilo za krizu koju proživljava sada tijekom pandemije. 

"Svi nastupi u posljednjih godinu dana su mi otkazani. To je priličan šok za mene, imam anksiozne periode zbog ugrožene egzistencije. Trenutno joj je povod pandemija i nerad, no naučila sam svoje mehanizme kojima se 'dižem'. Depresiji pustim da prođe kroz cijelo tijelo, osvijestim je, isplačem se i sva tuga tako izađe iz mene. Važno mi je da sama sa sobom osvijestim problem i pričam o njemu" govori Ivana. Što je još otkrila, pogledajte u panelu Gloria osobno:

Procjene su kako će uskoro svaka druga osoba do 40. godine razviti neki mentalni poremećaj zato su se svi panelisti složili kako o mentalnom zdravlju treba govoriti bez predrasuda. „Mnogi se ne znaju sami nositi sa svojim problemima, a još gore je što neki nisu ni svjesni svojih psihoza.

Dugo sam čekala da zatražim pomoć psihoterapeuta, no kada je došao period da danima nisam izlazila iz sobe shvatila sam da je krajnji čas i da više ne mogu sama”, priča pjevačica. Iako je dane u lockdownu provodila u pidžami, nije dopustila da je preuzme letargija već je otkrila svoju novu strast – prema šminkanju.

„Nakon što sam prošla kroz sva ta teška razdoblja, danas mogu reći da jednim dijelom žalim što nisam studirala psihologiju - nevjerojatno je zanimljivo što se sve iz nje može naučiti. Drago mi je da mi se ljudi javljaju kad ih okolina ne razumije ili žive u mjestima gdje depresija nije prihvatljiva. Sretna sam kada ih mogu savjetovati. Neke ohrabrim svojim primjerom, nekima dam broj svoje psihijatrice koja je i financijski vrlo prihvatljiva što je u ovom razdoblju jako bitno”, istaknula je.

Stručni sugovornici na panelu istaknuli su kako ne treba težiti sreći, već zadovoljstvu, otkrili koliko je važno iznijeti sve emocije bliskim osobama, je li veći okidač za anksioznost i depresiju bila pandemija ili potres, te kako se osim pandemije zaštiti i od infodemije. Istaknuli su kako i psihijatri često zatraže pomoć od svojih kolega te koliko je važno osvijestiti problem i bez predrasuda potražiti pomoć.

Panel "Gloria osobno", održan na temu "Znamo li s novim životom izaći na kraj", okupio je stručnjake za mentalno zdravlje - Almu Mihaljević Peleš i Miroslava Hercega, ali i Ivanu Kindl, pjevačicu koja je otvoreno progovorila o borbi s depresijom. Voditeljica i moderatorica panela, Barbara Kolar, i sama je otkrila kako se nosi s promjenama, piše gloria.hr.

Svaki veliki stres ostavlja trag na ljude, no ne znači da će sve naše promjene otići u lošem smjeru. Teško životno iskustvo poput ovog kojeg živimo posljednjih godinu dana može nas i oplemeniti, a mnogi će kroz taj proces i sazreti. Jedni će srljati u poroke i ovisnosti, ali mnogi će na drugačiji način pristupati životnim vrijednostima – složili su se sudionici panela Gloria osobno 'Koliko smo se promijenili', organiziranog u Laubi.

Panelisti Alma Mihaljević Peleš, psihijatrica iz KBC Zagreb, Ivana Kindl, pjevačica koja je otvoreno progovorila o borbi s depresijom te Miroslav Herceg, psihijatar iz Klinike Vrapče uz voditeljicu Barbaru Kolar koja je moderirala panel, otvorili su temu 'Znamo li s novim životom izaći na kraj'.

Na novonastalu situaciju još se nije prilagodila pjevačica Ivana Kindl. Najteže podnosi činjenicu da joj je onemogućen rad pa zbog straha i egzistencijalne krize često ima psihičke 'padove'. Kako je prije tri godine prolazila kroz težak period depresije o kojoj je javno progovorila, uslijed koje je prolazila tretmane psihoterapije, a još uvijek pije i lijekove, kaže kako ju je to iskustvo na neki način pripremilo za krizu koju proživljava sada tijekom pandemije. 

"Svi nastupi u posljednjih godinu dana su mi otkazani. To je priličan šok za mene, imam anksiozne periode zbog ugrožene egzistencije. Trenutno joj je povod pandemija i nerad, no naučila sam svoje mehanizme kojima se 'dižem'. Depresiji pustim da prođe kroz cijelo tijelo, osvijestim je, isplačem se i sva tuga tako izađe iz mene. Važno mi je da sama sa sobom osvijestim problem i pričam o njemu" govori Ivana. Što je još otkrila, pogledajte u panelu Gloria osobno:

Procjene su kako će uskoro svaka druga osoba do 40. godine razviti neki mentalni poremećaj zato su se svi panelisti složili kako o mentalnom zdravlju treba govoriti bez predrasuda. „Mnogi se ne znaju sami nositi sa svojim problemima, a još gore je što neki nisu ni svjesni svojih psihoza.

Dugo sam čekala da zatražim pomoć psihoterapeuta, no kada je došao period da danima nisam izlazila iz sobe shvatila sam da je krajnji čas i da više ne mogu sama”, priča pjevačica. Iako je dane u lockdownu provodila u pidžami, nije dopustila da je preuzme letargija već je otkrila svoju novu strast – prema šminkanju.

„Nakon što sam prošla kroz sva ta teška razdoblja, danas mogu reći da jednim dijelom žalim što nisam studirala psihologiju - nevjerojatno je zanimljivo što se sve iz nje može naučiti. Drago mi je da mi se ljudi javljaju kad ih okolina ne razumije ili žive u mjestima gdje depresija nije prihvatljiva. Sretna sam kada ih mogu savjetovati. Neke ohrabrim svojim primjerom, nekima dam broj svoje psihijatrice koja je i financijski vrlo prihvatljiva što je u ovom razdoblju jako bitno”, istaknula je.

Stručni sugovornici na panelu istaknuli su kako ne treba težiti sreći, već zadovoljstvu, otkrili koliko je važno iznijeti sve emocije bliskim osobama, je li veći okidač za anksioznost i depresiju bila pandemija ili potres, te kako se osim pandemije zaštiti i od infodemije. Istaknuli su kako i psihijatri često zatraže pomoć od svojih kolega te koliko je važno osvijestiti problem i bez predrasuda potražiti pomoć.

Panel "Gloria osobno", održan na temu "Znamo li s novim životom izaći na kraj", okupio je stručnjake za mentalno zdravlje - Almu Mihaljević Peleš i Miroslava Hercega, ali i Ivanu Kindl, pjevačicu koja je otvoreno progovorila o borbi s depresijom. Voditeljica i moderatorica panela, Barbara Kolar, i sama je otkrila kako se nosi s promjenama, piše gloria.hr.

Svaki veliki stres ostavlja trag na ljude, no ne znači da će sve naše promjene otići u lošem smjeru.
