Ne spadam među one kojima pomicanje sata na ljetno ili zimsko računanje vremena poremeti san i život jer im se organizam prilagođava tom šoku.

Sat vremena spavanja manje ili više ništa mi ne znači za razliku od ljudi koji imaju problema s tlakom ili glavoboljama, te onih koji se nazivaju meteoropatima, premda ima i drugih na koje te promjene negativno djeluju, a istraživanja pokazuju kako u prvih nekoliko dana nakon promjene računanja vremena raste broj srčanih i moždanih udara, veći je broj prometnih nesreća i nesreća na radu...

Organizmu je navodno potrebno pet-šest dana da se navikne na promjenu, suosjećam sa svima kojima se to događa, ali ja sam nekako izbjegla da mi pomicanje kazaljki život okrene naglavačke. Premda je ono zimsko vrijeme standardno, usklađeno s kretanjem Sunca, prirodno (a što je još danas baš prirodno!?), više mi se sviđa ljetno računanje vremena i dulji dan, nego kad se zimi spusti mrak prije nego završim s poslom, ali ne gubim živce oko toga.

Suvišni relikt prošlosti

I tako smo sad opet morali pomicati sat na ljetno računanje vremena iako smo se još prije četiri godine ponadali kako je tome došao kraj kad je Europski parlament podržao direktivu kojom se na razini Unije ukida taj nepotrebni relikt prošlosti osmišljen još tijekom Prvog svjetskog rata zbog uštede energije.

Državama članicama prepuštena je odluka o tome hoće li se odabrati ljetno ili zimsko računanje vremena, činilo se da je polugodišnjem pomicanju kazaljki konačno odzvonilo, ali smo se prerano veselili, zavladala je pandemija koronavirusa pa rat u Ukrajini i odluka o prestanku pomicanja sata ostala je na čekanju.

Osim toga, i nije baš izgledalo kako će do suglasnosti među članicama EU-a lako doći, jednima više odgovara ljetno, drugima zimsko vrijeme pa jedinstvene odluke vrlo vjerojatno neće biti i moglo bi nam se dogoditi da imamo sat vremena razlike i s najbližim susjedima.

A osim znanstvenih istraživanja usmjerenih na ispitivanje negativnih zdravstvenih utjecaja promjena računanja vremena, provodile su se i ankete u kojima se, primjerice, 90 posto hrvatskih gospodarstvenika zalagalo za ukidanje pomicanja sata, a 60 posto njih preferira ljetno računanje vremena. Nesumnjivo je razlog tome što ljetno vrijeme ide više u prilog turizmu koji je naš glavni izvor zarade.

U jednoj ranije provedenoj anketi čak 84 posto Europljana kazalo je da treba prestati s pomicanjem sata, većina je dala prednost ljetnom računanju vremena, a tako je bilo i u anketi provedenoj u Hrvatskoj gdje se 54 posto ispitanika opredijelilo za ljetno vrijeme. Hoće li njihove želje biti uvažene i hoće li se Europska unija uspjeti sinkronizirati, tek ćemo vidjeti.

Gospodo, evo vam prijedlog!

A u tom promišljanju o zimskom ili ljetnom vremenu zapravo postoji vrlo jednostavno rješenje, kompromis u punom smislu te riječi. Sad je za ovo proljetno pomicanje sata na ljetno računanje vremena već kasno, ali zašto ne bismo zadnje nedjelje listopada, kad bismo se opet trebali vratiti na zimsko računanje vremena, umjesto cijeli sat, kazaljke vratili za – pola sata? I trajno ostali na tome!

Tako bismo dobili po ure na svakoj strani među argumentima za i protiv, ta manja promjena vremena imala bi i manje štetne posljedice na zdravlje ljudi, lakše i brže bi joj se prilagodili, a kako bi bila trajna, kasnijih šokova više ne bi bilo. Čini se zbilja kao rješenje u kojemu svi dobivaju.

Naravno, ne sumnjam da će se pronaći različiti razlozi protiv takvog mogućeg razrješenja dileme zimsko ili ljetno, vjerojatno će mnogi reći kako bi se poremetile vremenske zone, da s istočnom obalom SAD-a, primjerice, više ne bismo bili na razlici od šest sati nego pet i pol ili šest i pol, ali koga briga!? Najvažnije je da pronađemo rješenje koje nama odgovara, a ostali, ako hoće, neka naprave to isto ili ostanu pri svome. Njihov problem.

Ajmo mi pomaknuti kazaljke za pola sata i ostati pri tome. Gospodo iz Europske unije, imate prijedlog na stolu, da vidimo što kažete na njega.

Ne spadam među one kojima pomicanje sata na ljetno ili zimsko računanje vremena poremeti san i život jer im se organizam prilagođava tom šoku.

Sat vremena spavanja manje ili više ništa mi ne znači za razliku od ljudi koji imaju problema s tlakom ili glavoboljama, te onih koji se nazivaju meteoropatima, premda ima i drugih na koje te promjene negativno djeluju, a istraživanja pokazuju kako u prvih nekoliko dana nakon promjene računanja vremena raste broj srčanih i moždanih udara, veći je broj prometnih nesreća i nesreća na radu...

Organizmu je navodno potrebno pet-šest dana da se navikne na promjenu, suosjećam sa svima kojima se to događa, ali ja sam nekako izbjegla da mi pomicanje kazaljki život okrene naglavačke. Premda je ono zimsko vrijeme standardno, usklađeno s kretanjem Sunca, prirodno (a što je još danas baš prirodno!?), više mi se sviđa ljetno računanje vremena i dulji dan, nego kad se zimi spusti mrak prije nego završim s poslom, ali ne gubim živce oko toga.

Suvišni relikt prošlosti

I tako smo sad opet morali pomicati sat na ljetno računanje vremena iako smo se još prije četiri godine ponadali kako je tome došao kraj kad je Europski parlament podržao direktivu kojom se na razini Unije ukida taj nepotrebni relikt prošlosti osmišljen još tijekom Prvog svjetskog rata zbog uštede energije.

Državama članicama prepuštena je odluka o tome hoće li se odabrati ljetno ili zimsko računanje vremena, činilo se da je polugodišnjem pomicanju kazaljki konačno odzvonilo, ali smo se prerano veselili, zavladala je pandemija koronavirusa pa rat u Ukrajini i odluka o prestanku pomicanja sata ostala je na čekanju.

Osim toga, i nije baš izgledalo kako će do suglasnosti među članicama EU-a lako doći, jednima više odgovara ljetno, drugima zimsko vrijeme pa jedinstvene odluke vrlo vjerojatno neće biti i moglo bi nam se dogoditi da imamo sat vremena razlike i s najbližim susjedima.

A osim znanstvenih istraživanja usmjerenih na ispitivanje negativnih zdravstvenih utjecaja promjena računanja vremena, provodile su se i ankete u kojima se, primjerice, 90 posto hrvatskih gospodarstvenika zalagalo za ukidanje pomicanja sata, a 60 posto njih preferira ljetno računanje vremena. Nesumnjivo je razlog tome što ljetno vrijeme ide više u prilog turizmu koji je naš glavni izvor zarade.

U jednoj ranije provedenoj anketi čak 84 posto Europljana kazalo je da treba prestati s pomicanjem sata, većina je dala prednost ljetnom računanju vremena, a tako je bilo i u anketi provedenoj u Hrvatskoj gdje se 54 posto ispitanika opredijelilo za ljetno vrijeme. Hoće li njihove želje biti uvažene i hoće li se Europska unija uspjeti sinkronizirati, tek ćemo vidjeti.

Gospodo, evo vam prijedlog!

A u tom promišljanju o zimskom ili ljetnom vremenu zapravo postoji vrlo jednostavno rješenje, kompromis u punom smislu te riječi. Sad je za ovo proljetno pomicanje sata na ljetno računanje vremena već kasno, ali zašto ne bismo zadnje nedjelje listopada, kad bismo se opet trebali vratiti na zimsko računanje vremena, umjesto cijeli sat, kazaljke vratili za – pola sata? I trajno ostali na tome!

Tako bismo dobili po ure na svakoj strani među argumentima za i protiv, ta manja promjena vremena imala bi i manje štetne posljedice na zdravlje ljudi, lakše i brže bi joj se prilagodili, a kako bi bila trajna, kasnijih šokova više ne bi bilo. Čini se zbilja kao rješenje u kojemu svi dobivaju.

Naravno, ne sumnjam da će se pronaći različiti razlozi protiv takvog mogućeg razrješenja dileme zimsko ili ljetno, vjerojatno će mnogi reći kako bi se poremetile vremenske zone, da s istočnom obalom SAD-a, primjerice, više ne bismo bili na razlici od šest sati nego pet i pol ili šest i pol, ali koga briga!? Najvažnije je da pronađemo rješenje koje nama odgovara, a ostali, ako hoće, neka naprave to isto ili ostanu pri svome. Njihov problem.

Ajmo mi pomaknuti kazaljke za pola sata i ostati pri tome. Gospodo iz Europske unije, imate prijedlog na stolu, da vidimo što kažete na njega.
