Direktori i vlasnici tvrtki kao bogati i utjecajni pojedinci često izlaze u medijima. Ponekad zbog velikih investicija, velikih dobitaka, kao i gubitaka. Može se pročitati i o njihovim oštrim rezovima, otpuštanjima radnika i gašenjima tvrtki, uz brojne kontroverze i traume.
Ali vlasnici u poduzetnici znaju se naći u medijima obasjani i pozitivnim svjetlom, kada isplaćuju velike plaće i nagrade radnicima, daju različite pogodnosti ili doniraju širu zajednicu.
Ipak potez njemačkoga multimilijunaša Helmuta Schlotterera odskače i od toga. Schlottererovo bogatstvo časopis Forbes 2019. godine procijenio je na oko 200 milijuna eura. Vlasnik je svoje dionice modne tvrtke Marc Cain iz Bodelshausena, koja proizvodi žensku odjeću, prenio na zakladu zaposlenika.

"Više od svega važno mi je osigurati da Marc Cain dospijeva u prave ruke. Prodaja tvrtke nikada nije bila opcija za mene, a budući da moja žena i ja nemamo djece, odlučio sam osnovati zakladu kako bi tvrtka nastavila raditi", objasnio je Schlotterer u priopćenju za javnost, prenosi Fenix-magazin.
Zaposlenici sada imaju priliku aktivno sudjelovati u uspjehu tvrtke i koristiti svoja glasačka prava i odredili kako će se koristiti profit. Radničkom zakladom upravlja radničko vijeće koje čine svi aktivni rukovoditelji.

Helmut Schlotterer je tvrtku iz okruga Tübingen u Baden-Württembergu vodio više od 50 godina i smtra da bi se vrijednosti tvrtke ovako trebale očuvati i u budućnosti. Tvrtka Marc Cain je izvoznik u nekoliko desetaka država, a u 2020. godini imala je prodaju od oko 200 milijuna eura diljem svijeta.
Ne bi bilo neočekivano da Schlottererov mudar i nesebičan potez u ovim prijelomnim vremenima izazove lančanu reakciju među vlasnicima u Njemačkoj, pa i šire u svim pravcima jer riječ je o potezu dobrom za tvrtku, zaposlene i gospodarstvo u cjelini. Herr Helmut Schlotterer, svaka čast!

Direktori i vlasnici tvrtki kao bogati i utjecajni pojedinci često izlaze u medijima. Ponekad zbog velikih investicija, velikih dobitaka, kao i gubitaka. Može se pročitati i o njihovim oštrim rezovima, otpuštanjima radnika i gašenjima tvrtki, uz brojne kontroverze i traume.
Ali vlasnici u poduzetnici znaju se naći u medijima obasjani i pozitivnim svjetlom, kada isplaćuju velike plaće i nagrade radnicima, daju različite pogodnosti ili doniraju širu zajednicu.
Ipak potez njemačkoga multimilijunaša Helmuta Schlotterera odskače i od toga. Schlottererovo bogatstvo časopis Forbes 2019. godine procijenio je na oko 200 milijuna eura. Vlasnik je svoje dionice modne tvrtke Marc Cain iz Bodelshausena, koja proizvodi žensku odjeću, prenio na zakladu zaposlenika.

"Više od svega važno mi je osigurati da Marc Cain dospijeva u prave ruke. Prodaja tvrtke nikada nije bila opcija za mene, a budući da moja žena i ja nemamo djece, odlučio sam osnovati zakladu kako bi tvrtka nastavila raditi", objasnio je Schlotterer u priopćenju za javnost, prenosi Fenix-magazin.
Zaposlenici sada imaju priliku aktivno sudjelovati u uspjehu tvrtke i koristiti svoja glasačka prava i odredili kako će se koristiti profit. Radničkom zakladom upravlja radničko vijeće koje čine svi aktivni rukovoditelji.

Helmut Schlotterer je tvrtku iz okruga Tübingen u Baden-Württembergu vodio više od 50 godina i smtra da bi se vrijednosti tvrtke ovako trebale očuvati i u budućnosti. Tvrtka Marc Cain je izvoznik u nekoliko desetaka država, a u 2020. godini imala je prodaju od oko 200 milijuna eura diljem svijeta.
Ne bi bilo neočekivano da Schlottererov mudar i nesebičan potez u ovim prijelomnim vremenima izazove lančanu reakciju među vlasnicima u Njemačkoj, pa i šire u svim pravcima jer riječ je o potezu dobrom za tvrtku, zaposlene i gospodarstvo u cjelini. Herr Helmut Schlotterer, svaka čast!
