Pandemija je usporila globalnu ekonomiju, a kompanije koje su pritom prosperirale uglavnom se bave ili dostavama, kao što je slučaj s Amazonom, ili su u pitanju techhnološki divovi kao Facebook, s obzirom da smo svi provodili puno više vremena doma. Tako su se mnogi zapitali hoće li 2020. godina biti prva koja će zahvaljujući padu sveopćeg konzumerizma usporiti stabilni rast Applea, međutim odgovor je jasno ne!

Apple trenutno ima 1,65 milijardi aktivnih IPhone uređaja diljem svijeta, ponosno je obznanio Tim Cook tijekom izjave za medije povodom obračunavanja godišnje zarade. Dakle, ne radi se o svim uređajima koje je kompanija ikad prodala, već samo onima koji su bili u upotrebi posljednjih tri mjeseca. To je ogromna prekretnica za tvrtku koja govori o kontinuiranom uspjehu i dugovječnosti svojih mobilnih telefona, prenosti The Verge.

Ovakav uspjeh već dulje vrijeme je najavljivan i osjećalo se da se približava, ali je postojao strah da će ga pandemija usporiti. Apple je 2016. prodao svoj milijarditi iPhone, a u siječnju 2019. obznanili su da su ostvarili 900 milijuna aktivnih korisnika iPhonea. Uređaj se smatra aktivnim ako je u proteklih 90 dana uspostavio vezu s Apple uslugom. Statistički podaci sugeriraju da značajan broj ikad prodanih iPhonea ostaje u aktivnoj upotrebi, barem prema Appleovoj definiciji. 

Taj nagli skok dogodio se zahvaljujući ogromnom porastu zarade u posljednjem tromjesečju 2020. kada je čini se, enorman broj ljudi kupio novi 5G iPhone 12, točnije Pro i Pro Max, baš kao i početkom 2021. Ujedno je to prvi put da je Appleov prihod iznosio više od 100 milijardi dolara - točnije 111,4 milijarde dolara, što je porast od 21% u odnosu na prošlu godinu, piše Gizmodo.

-Zimska sezona praznika uvijek je užurbano vrijeme za nas i naše proizvode, ali ova je godina bila jedinstvena. Imali smo rekordan broj aktiviranja uređaja tijekom posljednjeg tjedna u tromjesečju. I dok nas je Covid-19 razdvajao, ovog smo Božića vidjeli najveći broj FaceTime poziva ikad, rekao je Cook.

Čini se da dobra stara poslovica 'Kad jednom smrkne, drugom svane' nikada ne izdaje u svojoj točnosti.

Pandemija je usporila globalnu ekonomiju, a kompanije koje su pritom prosperirale uglavnom se bave ili dostavama, kao što je slučaj s Amazonom, ili su u pitanju techhnološki divovi kao Facebook, s obzirom da smo svi provodili puno više vremena doma. Tako su se mnogi zapitali hoće li 2020. godina biti prva koja će zahvaljujući padu sveopćeg konzumerizma usporiti stabilni rast Applea, međutim odgovor je jasno ne!

Apple trenutno ima 1,65 milijardi aktivnih IPhone uređaja diljem svijeta, ponosno je obznanio Tim Cook tijekom izjave za medije povodom obračunavanja godišnje zarade. Dakle, ne radi se o svim uređajima koje je kompanija ikad prodala, već samo onima koji su bili u upotrebi posljednjih tri mjeseca. To je ogromna prekretnica za tvrtku koja govori o kontinuiranom uspjehu i dugovječnosti svojih mobilnih telefona, prenosti The Verge.

Ovakav uspjeh već dulje vrijeme je najavljivan i osjećalo se da se približava, ali je postojao strah da će ga pandemija usporiti. Apple je 2016. prodao svoj milijarditi iPhone, a u siječnju 2019. obznanili su da su ostvarili 900 milijuna aktivnih korisnika iPhonea. Uređaj se smatra aktivnim ako je u proteklih 90 dana uspostavio vezu s Apple uslugom. Statistički podaci sugeriraju da značajan broj ikad prodanih iPhonea ostaje u aktivnoj upotrebi, barem prema Appleovoj definiciji. 

Taj nagli skok dogodio se zahvaljujući ogromnom porastu zarade u posljednjem tromjesečju 2020. kada je čini se, enorman broj ljudi kupio novi 5G iPhone 12, točnije Pro i Pro Max, baš kao i početkom 2021. -Zimska sezona praznika uvijek je užurbano vrijeme za nas i naše proizvode, ali ova je godina bila jedinstvena. Imali smo rekordan broj aktiviranja uređaja tijekom posljednjeg tjedna u tromjesečju. Pandemija je usporila globalnu ekonomiju, a kompanije koje su pritom prosperirale uglavnom se bave ili dostavama, kao što je slučaj s Amazonom, ili su u pitanju techhnološki divovi kao Facebook, s obzirom da smo svi provodili puno više vremena doma.
