Jednog sunčanog dana kao što je i većina njih na otoku Rodosu u Grčkoj, grupa taksista napravila je kaos na parkiralištu, prevrćući i razbijajući Uberove automobile kao da su igračke, piše Jutarnji list.

Prije incidenta policija je uhitila trojicu vozača Ubera zbog kršenja prometnih zakona i nuđenja jeftinije vožnje od dopuštene do zračne luke na otoku, dok su taksisti organizirali skup protiv prisutnosti Ubera na Rodosu.

Lokalni mediji snimili su šokantne posljedice divljanja grčkih taksista ispred prostorija Uber Grčke na Rodosu. Fotografije prikazuju VW T-Roc i Volvo XC40 prevrnute na krovu. Vandalizirano je i nekoliko drugih automobila, a među oštećenima su Mercedes CLA, tri GLA-a, Peugeot 3008 i Škoda Octavia. Pronađen je i uništen skuter, no nije jasno je li povezan s tvrtkom.

Vandalizam je navodno izazvala skupina bijesnih vlasnika taksija i vozača u četvrtak, 27. travnja. Prema izvješćima, incident je izazvao vozač Ubera koji je pokazao prst lokalnim taksistima dok je kršio prometne zakone, što je dovelo do toga da ga je policija uhitila.

Još dva vozača Ubera uhićena su u srijedu jer su nudili snižene cijene do zračne luke, naplaćujući samo 20 eura umjesto minimalne cijene taksista od 36 eura.

Jasno je da postoji dugogodišnja napetost između grčkih taksi sindikata i diva za dijeljenje prijevoza. Otkako je 25. travnja 2023. lansiran na Rodosu i Krfu, Uber se bavi svojim poslovnim modelom koji se uvelike razlikuje od lokalnog zakonodavstva o taksistima u Grčkoj.

Dok dobivanje taksi dozvole u Ateni može stajati i do nevjerojatnih 100 tisuća eura, rad s Uberom znatno je jeftiniji i zahtijeva puno manje čekanja. Lokalni taksi sindikat na Rodosu drugačije gleda na situaciju, rekavši da će se nastaviti protiviti Uberovoj prisutnosti u regiji ne spominjući vandalizam, piše Jutarnji list.

Jednog sunčanog dana kao što je i većina njih na otoku Rodosu u Grčkoj, grupa taksista napravila je kaos na parkiralištu, prevrćući i razbijajući Uberove automobile kao da su igračke, piše Jutarnji list.

Prije incidenta policija je uhitila trojicu vozača Ubera zbog kršenja prometnih zakona i nuđenja jeftinije vožnje od dopuštene do zračne luke na otoku, dok su taksisti organizirali skup protiv prisutnosti Ubera na Rodosu.

Lokalni mediji snimili su šokantne posljedice divljanja grčkih taksista ispred prostorija Uber Grčke na Rodosu. Fotografije prikazuju VW T-Roc i Volvo XC40 prevrnute na krovu. Vandalizirano je i nekoliko drugih automobila, a među oštećenima su Mercedes CLA, tri GLA-a, Peugeot 3008 i Škoda Octavia. Pronađen je i uništen skuter, no nije jasno je li povezan s tvrtkom.

Vandalizam je navodno izazvala skupina bijesnih vlasnika taksija i vozača u četvrtak, 27. travnja. Prema izvješćima, incident je izazvao vozač Ubera koji je pokazao prst lokalnim taksistima dok je kršio prometne zakone, što je dovelo do toga da ga je policija uhitila.

Još dva vozača Ubera uhićena su u srijedu jer su nudili snižene cijene do zračne luke, naplaćujući samo 20 eura umjesto minimalne cijene taksista od 36 eura.

Jasno je da postoji dugogodišnja napetost između grčkih taksi sindikata i diva za dijeljenje prijevoza. Otkako je 25. travnja 2023. lansiran na Rodosu i Krfu, Uber se bavi svojim poslovnim modelom koji se uvelike razlikuje od lokalnog zakonodavstva o taksistima u Grčkoj.

Dok dobivanje taksi dozvole u Ateni može stajati i do nevjerojatnih 100 tisuća eura, rad s Uberom znatno je jeftiniji i zahtijeva puno manje čekanja. Lokalni taksi sindikat na Rodosu drugačije gleda na situaciju, rekavši da će se nastaviti protiviti Uberovoj prisutnosti u regiji ne spominjući vandalizam, piše Jutarnji list.

Jednog sunčanog dana kao što je i većina njih na otoku Rodosu u Grčkoj, grupa taksista napravila je kaos na parkiralištu, prevrćući i razbijajući Uberove automobile kao da su igračke, piše Jutarnji list.

Prije incidenta policija je uhitila trojicu vozača Ubera zbog kršenja prometnih zakona i nuđenja jeftinije vožnje od dopuštene do zračne luke na otoku, dok su taksisti organizirali skup protiv prisutnosti Ubera na Rodosu.

Lokalni mediji snimili su šokantne posljedice divljanja grčkih taksista ispred prostorija Uber Grčke na Rodosu. Fotografije prikazuju VW T-Roc i Volvo XC40 prevrnute na krovu. Vandalizirano je i nekoliko drugih automobila, a među oštećenima su Mercedes CLA, tri GLA-a, Peugeot 3008 i Škoda Octavia. Pronađen je i uništen skuter, no nije jasno je li pove...
