Kad se zahukta toplinski val, najčešće nemamo volje ni stati uz štednjak, a kamoli kuhati ili uključivati pećnicu. No, jednostavnim sparivanjem savršenih sastojaka bez uključivanja pećnice ili štednjaka možemo pripremiti odličnu večeru, piše Živim.

Ljeto je idealno vrijeme i da naučimo slagati fina jela od ostataka iz hladnjaka (koje smo već skuhali).

1. Hranjiva zelena salata

Zelena salata, špinat, kelj ili bilo koje drugo zeleno povrće neka bude baza vaše salate. Potom se usredotočite na zdrave masti, proteine, kiseline i nešto za hrskavost kako biste upotpunili okus. Narežite krastavce, žutu papriku, cherry rajčice, dodajte masline i malo kapara, po želji dodatno začinite limunovim sokom pomiješanim sa žličicom maslinova ulja i sušenim bosiljkom. Na salatu razmrvite malo sira i posipajte sjeckanim bademima.

2. Salata od piletine

Narežite kuhanu piletinu (ostaci od ručka) i stavite na zelenu salatu, špinat, blitvu ili kineski kupus ili kelj (narežite ga na trakice). Dodajte kuhani slanutak, na trakice narezanu svježu mrkvu i celer, dodajte i krastavac. Napravite preljev od maslinova ulja, češnjaka, peršinova lista, vlasca, inćuna i limunova soka. Po želji dodajte i žličicu senfa.

3. Plata sa sirom

Iako može zvučati više kao predjelo (ili desert, ovisno o tome gdje se nalazite), pažljivo planirana plata sa sirom može biti savršen izbor za večernji obrok. Narežite i mnogo voća i povrća kako biste umanjili osjećaj težine nakon obroka. Izbjegavajte citruse i kiselkasto voće poput kivija jer će sir učiniti gorčim i oštrijim. Jabuka, kruška, grožđe i smokve odlično se slažu sa sirom, a i orašasti plodovi su kao stvoreni uz sir.

4. Salata bez salate

Za salatu nam nije nužno potrebna zelena salata. Ponekad je ionako ne želimo jesti. Idealan obrok može biti i kuhani mango ili obični grah s mangom i krastavcem ili avokado s komoračem i crvenom paprikom. Preljev napravite od čajne žlice svježe naribanog đumbira, maslinova ulja i soka pola limete. Posolite i popaprite po ukusu.

5. Ljetni gazpacho

Tradicionalna španjolska hladna juha savršeno je osvježenje na visokim temperaturama. Često se radi od rajčice, ali recepti mogu uključivati široku paletu sastojaka, uključujući lubenicu i još mnogo toga. Crvenu ljutu papričicu očistite od sjemenki i narežite. Narežite i rajčice, krastavac, luk i češnjak. Ubacite u blender. Dodajte maslinovo ulje, sol i papar, malo balzamičnog octa i svježe narezani bosiljak. Izmiksajte i doradite po potrebi. Juhu stavite u hladnjak na sat vremena da se još malo ohladi. Ako želite zasitniju juhu, dodajte krišku kruha.

Kad se zahukta toplinski val, najčešće nemamo volje ni stati uz štednjak, a kamoli kuhati ili uključivati pećnicu. No, jednostavnim sparivanjem savršenih sastojaka bez uključivanja pećnice ili štednjaka možemo pripremiti odličnu večeru, piše Živim.

Ljeto je idealno vrijeme i da naučimo slagati fina jela od ostataka iz hladnjaka (koje smo već skuhali).

1. Hranjiva zelena salata

Zelena salata, špinat, kelj ili bilo koje drugo zeleno povrće neka bude baza vaše salate. Potom se usredotočite na zdrave masti, proteine, kiseline i nešto za hrskavost kako biste upotpunili okus. Narežite krastavce, žutu papriku, cherry rajčice, dodajte masline i malo kapara, po želji dodatno začinite limunovim sokom pomiješanim sa žličicom maslinova ulja i sušenim bosiljkom. Na salatu razmrvite malo sira i posipajte sjeckanim bademima.

2. Salata od piletine

Narežite kuhanu piletinu (ostaci od ručka) i stavite na zelenu salatu, špinat, blitvu ili kineski kupus ili kelj (narežite ga na trakice). Dodajte kuhani slanutak, na trakice narezanu svježu mrkvu i celer, dodajte i krastavac. Napravite preljev od maslinova ulja, češnjaka, peršinova lista, vlasca, inćuna i limunova soka. Po želji dodajte i žličicu senfa.

3. Plata sa sirom

Iako može zvučati više kao predjelo (ili desert, ovisno o tome gdje se nalazite), pažljivo planirana plata sa sirom može biti savršen izbor za večernji obrok. Narežite i mnogo voća i povrća kako biste umanjili osjećaj težine nakon obroka. Izbjegavajte citruse i kiselkasto voće poput kivija jer će sir učiniti gorčim i oštrijim. Jabuka, kruška, grožđe i smokve odlično se slažu sa sirom, a i orašasti plodovi su kao stvoreni uz sir.

4. Salata bez salate

Za salatu nam nije nužno potrebna zelena salata. Ponekad je ionako ne želimo jesti. Idealan obrok može biti i kuhani mango ili obični grah s mangom i krastavcem ili avokado s komoračem i crvenom paprikom. Preljev napravite od čajne žlice svježe naribanog đumbira, maslinova ulja i soka pola limete. Posolite i popaprite po ukusu.

5. Ljetni gazpacho

Tradicionalna španjolska hladna juha savršeno je osvježenje na visokim temperaturama. Često se radi od rajčice, ali recepti mogu uključivati široku paletu sastojaka, uključujući lubenicu i još mnogo toga. Crvenu ljutu papričicu očistite od sjemenki i narežite. Narežite i rajčice, krastavac, luk i češnjak. Ubacite u blender. Dodajte maslinovo ulje, sol i papar, malo balzamičnog octa i svježe narezani bosiljak. Izmiksajte i doradite po potrebi. Juhu stavite u hladnjak na sat vremena da se još malo ohladi. Ako želite zasitniju juhu, dodajte krišku kruha.

Toplinski val nas tjera iz kuhinje: pet zdravih jela koja ne zahtijevaju paljenje štednjaka

Kad se zahukta toplinski val, najčešće nemamo volje ni stati uz štednjak, a kamoli kuhati ili uključivati pećnicu. No, jednostavnim sparivanjem savršenih sastojaka bez uključivanja pećnice ili štednjaka možemo pripremiti odličnu večeru, piše Živim.

Ljeto je idealno vrijeme i da naučimo slagati fina jela od ostataka iz hladnjaka (koje smo već skuhali).

1. Hranjiva zelena salata

Zelena salata, špinat, kelj ili bilo koje drugo zeleno povrće neka bude baza vaše salate. Potom se usredotočite na zdrave masti, proteine, kiseline i nešto za hrskavost kako biste upotpunili okus. Narežite krastavce, žutu papriku, cherry rajčice, dodajte masline i malo kapara, po želji dodatno začinite limunovim sokom pomiješanim sa žličicom maslinova ulja i sušenim bosiljkom.
