Ako volite pohane tikvice i majonezu ovo je pravi recept za vas. Sve zajedno vrlo jednostavno možete upakirati i u sendvič i ponijeti na plažu, piše Dobra hrana.

SASTOJCI:

3 - 4 tikvice

2 jaja za tikvice

150 g brašna

250 - 300 ml hladne vode

malo soli

1 žumanjak

250 ml suncokretova ulja

1 žličica senfa

2 - 3 žličice limunova soka

svježi kopar

Priprema:

Najprije u brašno dodajte jaje i sol, a potom hladnu vodu i napravite smjesu nalik onoj za palačinke, samo malo gušću. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna. U smjesu ubacujte tikvice koje ste najprije narezali i posolili pa ostavili da odstoje 20-ak minuta kako bi izbacile višak tekućine. Tikvice pržite u ulju. Dok se peku, napravite majonezu. U visoku usku posudu od štapnog miksera ubacite žumanjak, senf, limunov sok i sol pa blendajte dok se svi sastojci ne povežu, oko 20 sekundi. Dok štapni mikser radi, dodajte ulje polako podižući štapni mikser dok ne dobijete gusti umak. Kada potrošite ulje, miksajte još 10 sekundi. Na kraju ubacite kopar pa blendajte još nekoliko sekundi. Prebacite u posudu i stavite u hladnjak pa poslužite uz tikvice.

Ako volite pohane tikvice i majonezu ovo je pravi recept za vas. Sve zajedno vrlo jednostavno možete upakirati i u sendvič i ponijeti na plažu, piše Dobra hrana.

SASTOJCI:

3 - 4 tikvice

2 jaja za tikvice

150 g brašna

250 - 300 ml hladne vode

malo soli

1 žumanjak

250 ml suncokretova ulja

1 žličica senfa

2 - 3 žličice limunova soka

svježi kopar

Priprema:

Najprije u brašno dodajte jaje i sol, a potom hladnu vodu i napravite smjesu nalik onoj za palačinke, samo malo gušću. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna. U smjesu ubacujte tikvice koje ste najprije narezali i posolili pa ostavili da odstoje 20-ak minuta kako bi izbacile višak tekućine. Tikvice pržite u ulju. Dok se peku, napravite majonezu. U visoku usku posudu od štapnog miksera ubacite žumanjak, senf, limunov sok i sol pa blendajte dok se svi sastojci ne povežu, oko 20 sekundi. Dok štapni mikser radi, dodajte ulje polako podižući štapni mikser dok ne dobijete gusti umak. Kada potrošite ulje, miksajte još 10 sekundi. Na kraju ubacite kopar pa blendajte još nekoliko sekundi. Prebacite u posudu i stavite u hladnjak pa poslužite uz tikvice.

Ako volite pohane tikvice i majonezu ovo je pravi recept za vas. Sve zajedno vrlo jednostavno možete upakirati i u sendvič i ponijeti na plažu, piše Dobra hrana.

SASTOJCI:

3 - 4 tikvice

2 jaja za tikvice

150 g brašna

250 - 300 ml hladne vode

malo soli

1 žumanjak

250 ml suncokretova ulja

1 žličica senfa

2 - 3 žličice limunova soka

svježi kopar

Priprema:

Najprije u brašno dodajte jaje i sol, a potom hladnu vodu i napravite smjesu nalik onoj za palačinke, samo malo gušću. Prema potrebi dodajte još vode ili brašna. U smjesu ubacujte tikvice koje ste najprije narezali i posolili pa ostavili da odstoje 20-ak minuta kako bi izbacile višak tekućine. Tikvice pržite u ulju. Dok se peku, napravite majonezu. U visoku usku posudu od štapnog miksera ubacite žumanjak, senf, limunov sok i sol pa blendajt...
