Liječnici često kažu da su vidjeli osobe kojima manjka gotovo svih vitalnih nutrijenata osim proteina. Ipak, ljudi često strahuju da će ako izbace meso iz svoje prehrane ostati i bez sastojaka prijeko potrebnih za njihovo zdravlje. Istina je upravo suprotna, trebali bismo ga jesti što manje jer može biti izvor raznih bolesti - od dijabetesa do karcinoma. Ipak, ako želite unositi što više proteina postoji puno bolji način da ih dobijete.

Slanutak je grahorica koja obiluje energijom. Bogat je vitaminima i mineralima, a nutricionisti tvrde da je čak bolji izvor proteina od mesa. Manje je kaloričan, a sadrži i prijeko potrebna vlakna koja poboljšavaju probavu i olakšavaju mršavljenje. U svoju prehranu bi ga trebali uključiti svi koji se žele hraniti zdravo jer u sebi nosi kalcij, magnezij, mangan, cink, željezo i vitamin K koji pomažu u izgradnji koštane strukture. 

Naš omiljeni recept za slanutak pravo je mediteransko jelo. Osim slanutka potrebno je u manjoj količini dodati miks drugih grahorica, maslinovo ulje i začine po želji. Jelo se kuha praktički samo od sebe pa je idealno za dan kada imate puno drugoga posla.

Varivo od slanutka

Sastojci:

500 g slanutka

100 g miks grahorica (ječam, leća, sitni grah)

6 jušnih žlica maslinovog ulja

sol, papar

Priprema:

1. Večer prije kuhanja obroka slanutak i miks grahorica natopite u vodi.

2. Prije kuhanja dobro operite slanutak i grahorice u mlakoj vodi.

3. Stavite sve sastojke u veliki lonac i prekrijte vodom tako da je bude dvostruko više nego što je količina ostalih sastojaka. Dodajte četiri žlice maslinovog ulja.

4. Kuhajte sve sastojke dva sata povremeno miješajući.

5. Začinite jelo po želji i dodajte još dvije žlice maslinovog ulja.

Servirajte jelo, a ostatak čuvajte u hladnjaku do tri dana.

Liječnici često kažu da su vidjeli osobe kojima manjka gotovo svih vitalnih nutrijenata osim proteina. Ipak, ljudi često strahuju da će ako izbace meso iz svoje prehrane ostati i bez sastojaka prijeko potrebnih za njihovo zdravlje. Istina je upravo suprotna, trebali bismo ga jesti što manje jer može biti izvor raznih bolesti - od dijabetesa do karcinoma. Ipak, ako želite unositi što više proteina postoji puno bolji način da ih dobijete.

Slanutak je grahorica koja obiluje energijom. Bogat je vitaminima i mineralima, a nutricionisti tvrde da je čak bolji izvor proteina od mesa. Manje je kaloričan, a sadrži i prijeko potrebna vlakna koja poboljšavaju probavu i olakšavaju mršavljenje. U svoju prehranu bi ga trebali uključiti svi koji se žele hraniti zdravo jer u sebi nosi kalcij, magnezij, mangan, cink, željezo i vitamin K koji pomažu u izgradnji koštane strukture. 

Naš omiljeni recept za slanutak pravo je mediteransko jelo. Osim slanutka potrebno je u manjoj količini dodati miks drugih grahorica, maslinovo ulje i začine po želji. Jelo se kuha praktički samo od sebe pa je idealno za dan kada imate puno drugoga posla.

Varivo od slanutka

Sastojci:

500 g slanutka

100 g miks grahorica (ječam, leća, sitni grah)

6 jušnih žlica maslinovog ulja

sol, papar

Priprema:

1. Večer prije kuhanja obroka slanutak i miks grahorica natopite u vodi.

2. Prije kuhanja dobro operite slanutak i grahorice u mlakoj vodi.

3. Stavite sve sastojke u veliki lonac i prekrijte vodom tako da je bude dvostruko više nego što je količina ostalih sastojaka. Dodajte četiri žlice maslinovog ulja.

4. Kuhajte sve sastojke dva sata povremeno miješajući.

5. Začinite jelo po želji i dodajte još dvije žlice maslinovog ulja.

Servirajte jelo, a ostatak čuvajte u hladnjaku do tri dana.

Liječnici često kažu da su vidjeli osobe kojima manjka gotovo svih vitalnih nutrijenata osim proteina. Ipak, ljudi često strahuju da će ako izbace meso iz svoje prehrane ostati i bez sastojaka prijeko potrebnih za njihovo zdravlje. Istina je upravo suprotna, trebali bismo ga jesti što manje jer može biti izvor raznih bolesti - od dijabetesa do karcinoma. Ipak, ako želite unositi što više proteina postoji puno bolji način da ih dobijete.

Slanutak je grahorica koja obiluje energijom. Bogat je vitaminima i mineralima, a nutricionisti tvrde da je čak bolji izvor proteina od mesa. Manje je kaloričan, a sadrži i prijeko potrebna vlakna koja poboljšavaju probavu i olakšavaju mršavljenje. U svoju prehranu bi ga trebali uključiti svi koji se žele hraniti zdravo jer u sebi nosi kalcij...
